Darüber hinaus wird die erfindungsgemäße Sperrklinke vorteilhaft von der Vollschließ-Stellung aktiv in die Vorschließ-Stellung bewegt, sobald an der Motorhaube eine Fußgängeraufprallsituation erkannt wird. Mit der derartigen, aktiven Bewegung der Sperrklinke an dem erfindungsgemäßen Schloss wird im Falle eines Unfalls sofort der Schlosshaken ein gewisses Stück freigegeben, so dass sich die Motorhaube um dieses gewisse Stück von der restlichen Karosserie entfernen kann. Die Motorhaube hat damit mehr Bewegungsspielraum und kann unter Umständen bei einem nachfolgenden Unfall weniger beschädigt werden. Die Sperrklinke 20 ist mittels eines von einem (nicht dargestellten) Aktuators aktiv antreibbaren Exzenters 36 an dem Stützblech 12 schwenkbar angelenkt. Dazu weist der Exzenter 36 an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten je einen Wellenabschnitt auf, nämlich an der zur Sperrklinke 20 gewandten Seite eine Lagerwelle 38 und an der zum Stützblech 12 gewandten Seite eine Stützwelle 40. Diese beiden Wellenabschnitte, die Lagerwelle 38 und die Stützwelle 40 sind zueinander exzentrisch, sie sind also parallel zueinander versetzt angeordnet. Dabei ist die Stützwelle 40 am Stützblech 12 angelenkt und mit einem Drehen des Exzenters 36 wird demnach die Lagerwelle 38 und damit auch die dort angelenkte Sperrklinke 20 am Stützblech 12 versetzt.The

Claims (8)
- A lock (10) for a bonnet of a motor vehicle which can be moved from an open position into a closed position, comprising a locking hook (14) which retains a striker (16) in the closed position of the bonnet and a catch (20) locking the locking hook (14) in the closed position, an eject lever (18) for moving the striker (16) out of the locking hook (14) being provided which is not blocked by the catch (20) in the closed position, characterised in that the catch (20) can actively move from a pre-locked position to a fully locked position in the closed position which locks the locking hook (14) and the catch (20) actively moves from the fully locked position to the pre-locked position as soon as a pedestrian impact situation is detected on the bonnet.
- A lock according to Claim 1, the catch (20) being pivotably positioned on a bearing shaft (38) and the position of the bearing shaft (38) being adjustable by means of an eccentric (36).
- A lock according to Claim 2, the eccentric (36) being designed to be self-locking in the fully locked position.
- A lock according to any of Claims 1 to 3, the catch (20) being resiliently pushed in the direction of the locking hook (14).
- Use of a lock (10) for a bonnet of a motor vehicle which can be moved from an open position into a closed position, comprising a locking hook (14) which retains a striker (16) in the closed position and a catch (20) locking the locking hook (14) in the closed position, an eject lever (18) for moving the striker (16) out of the locking hook (14) being provided, which is not blocked by the catch (20) in the closed position, characterised in that the catch (20) actively moves from a pre-locked position to a fully locked position in the closed position which locks the locking hook (14) and the catch (20) actively moves from the fully locked position to the pre-locked position as soon as a pedestrian impact situation is detected on the bonnet.
- Use according to Claim 5, the catch (20) actively moving from the pre-locked position to the fully locked position after the bonnet has been manually closed.
- Use according to Claim 5 or 6, the catch (20) actively moving from the fully locked position back into the pre-locked position as soon as the bonnet is manually opened.
- Use according to Claim 7, a mechanical operating element being used to manually open the bonnet.
