Definitions
- the present invention relates to a ring spinning machine with a plurality of longitudinally juxtaposed spinning stations, the spinning stations are each associated with a spinning ring, a balloon constriction and a wandering yarn guide, extending in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine each traverse for spinning rings, balloon constriction rings and traveling yarn guide and the Traverses are movable up and down.
- Ring spinning machines process a Flyerlunte to a yarn.
- the Flyerlunte first goes through a drafting system.
- a rotating spindle By a rotating spindle, the stretched Flyerlunte is given a rotation and spun into a yarn.
- the yarn is wound on a spinning cop.
- the spinning process the yarn is deposited continuously on the cop cone of the spinning cop and thereby guided through a ring traveler rotating on a spinning ring.
- the spinning rings of several juxtaposed spinning stations are arranged on a traverse extending in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine.
- the traverse with the spinning rings is also referred to as a ring rail.
- the ring rail moves upwards with the structure of the spinning cop and at the same time up and down over the cop cone.
- a yarn guide and a balloon constriction ring can be arranged at each spinning station.
- the balloon constriction ring limits the thread balloon created by the rotation of the yarn around the spinning cop.
- the thread guide and the balloon constriction ring are also moved up and down in dependence on the ring rail movement.
- the balloon constriction rings and the thread guides are likewise arranged on traverses which extend in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine. Due to their movement, the thread guides are also referred to as walking thread guides. It should be noted, however, that the speeds at which the spiders for the spinning rings, the balloon constriction rings and the traveling thread guides are moved up and down, must be different in order to achieve an optimal spinning geometry.
- each of the traverses for the spinning rings, the balloon constriction rings and the traveling thread guides with their own drive.
- the DE 198 15 617 C1 discloses one Lifting device for the migrating thread guide, the spinning ring and the balloon constriction ring.
- To reduce the effort for the drive it is proposed to couple at least two of the drives with each other. The coupling takes place via two Aufwindetrommeln different diameters, which are moved by a common drive.
- the drive or the drives with the Aufwindtrommeln are positioned at the end of the machine. For moving up and down the traverses tension members are wound or unwound on the Aufwindtrommeln.
- the other ends of the tension members are connected via pulleys with the trusses.
- the speed ratio results from the diameter ratio of the Aufwindtrommeln.
- each traverse has its own lifting means, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine and E 198 15 617 C1 are designed as tension members.
- first crossmember and a second crossmember is assigned a common - extending in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine - lifting means which is movable for moving up and down the first crossmember and the second crossmember in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine.
- the traction means are in operative connection with the lifting means and are deflected over a fixed roller so that the movement of the lifting means are transferred in the longitudinal direction in an up and down movement.
- the fixed roller is fixed to a stationary part of the ring spinning machine.
- the traction means are deflected by a loose roller, wherein the loose roller is attached to the first cross member and wherein the traction means are fixed to a stationary part of the ring spinning machine.
- the lifting means which may for example be designed as a lifting rod, is movable in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine.
- the movement can be effected by a known, arranged at the end of the machine drive.
- a pulley is an arrangement that reduces the amount of force to be applied, for example, to move loads.
- the pulley consists of fixed and / or loose rollers and a rope.
- the roles in a pulley can be arranged very differently.
- the number of load-bearing cables on which the load is distributed is crucial.
- the advantage of the force reduction is paid for by extending the distance that the rope end has to be moved in order to move the load a certain distance.
- the present invention takes advantage of the supposed disadvantage of a pulley.
- An extension or shortening of the route, which is covered in the same time, causes a corresponding change in speed.
- a simple deflection of the traction means around the loose roller causes the loose roller relative to the traction means moves at half the speed.
- the traction means may comprise one drawstring or several drawstrings.
- a single drawstring may be attached to the lifting means at one end and to a stationary part of the ring spinning machine at the other end. It is also possible to assign the first and the second traverse each have their own drawstring. Both drawstrings can be attached to the lifting means and be deflected together on the fixed role. It is also possible to continue the transmission of force at an attachment point of the drawstring by another drawstring.
- Another option is the one-piece design of the lifting means and the traction means as a continuous drawstring.
- tieback is to be understood broadly. It may be to trade a rope or a chain. Also, the tension band can have different cross sections.
- the traction means are deflected over a further loose role.
- the other role makes it possible, for example, to realize other gear ratios for the lifting speed of the traverses.
- the traction means are attached to the second cross member.
- This arrangement is particularly simple.
- the lifting speed of the second traverse corresponds to the speed of the traction means and thus simultaneously the speed of the lifting means.
- the longitudinal movement of the lifting means to which the traction means are fixed is deflected only by the fixed roller and transferred into an up and down movement. The speed does not change.
- the lifting speed of the first traverse differs from the lifting speed, since the first traverse is suspended on a loose roller.
- the additional loose roller may alternatively be fastened to the second traverse.
- both the first traverse and the second traverse are suspended on a loose roll.
- the loose roll and the further loose roll are fastened together.
- a ratio of the speeds from us to three can be realized.
- the first traverse is constructed as a traverse for the traveling yarn guides and the second traverse as a traverse for the balloon constriction rings. It has been found to be particularly favorable when the speed ratio of the traverse for the balloon constriction rings and the traverse for the traveling thread guide is two to one. Such a speed ratio can be implemented particularly easily with a ring spinning machine according to the invention. These can be the traction means on the traverse for the balloon constriction rings and the loose roller on the traverse for the wandering Be attached thread guide. Another loose role is not required in this arrangement.
- the common longitudinally extending lifting means is also assigned to a third traverse and the lifting means is also movable for moving the third traverse up and down in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine.
- the Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a spinning station 2 of a ring spinning machine according to the invention 1.
- a yarn 19 is spun from a sliver 18 and wound onto a spinning cop 17.
- a guide of the yarn 19 is also above the Spinnkopses a wandering yarn guide 5 arranged.
- the forming during winding thread balloon 20 is limited by a balloon constriction 4.
- the balloon constriction ring 4 is disposed between the spinning ring 3 and the traveling yarn guide 5.
- the ring spinning machine 1 has a multiplicity of spinning stations 2 arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction 7.
- the spinning rings 3 of the juxtaposed spinning units 2 are arranged on a traverse 8 extending in the longitudinal direction 7 of the ring spinning machine 1.
- the cross member 8 for the spinning rings 3 is also referred to as a ring rail.
- the balloon constriction rings 4 of the juxtaposed spinning stations 2 are arranged on a traverse 9 extending in the longitudinal direction 7 of the ring spinning machine 1.
- the traveling yarn guides 5 of the juxtaposed spinning units 2 are arranged on a traverse 10 extending in the longitudinal direction 7 of the ring spinning machine 1.
- the spinning ring 3 or the ring rail 8 moves upwards with the construction of the spinning cop. Superimposed on the ring rail 8 is moved along the Kopskegels 21 in the direction of arrow 22 up and down.

- the Fig. 2 shows a possible embodiment of an arrangement according to the invention for moving up and down the traverse 10 of the wandering yarn guide 5 and the traverse 9 of the balloon constriction rings 4.
- the arrangement is shown here only schematically.

Abstract
