Definitions
- the present invention relates to a ring spinning machine with a plurality of spinning positions arranged next to one another in the longitudinal direction, the spinning positions each being assigned a spinning ring, a balloon constriction ring and a wandering thread guide, with cross members for spinning rings, balloon constriction rings and wandering yarn guides extending in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine Traverses can be moved up and down.
- Ring spinning machines process a flyer fuse into a yarn.
- the flyer fuse first runs through a drafting system.
- the drawn flyer roving is given a twist by a rotating spindle and is spun into a yarn.
- the yarn is wound onto a spinning head.
- the spinning process the yarn is continuously deposited on the coping cone of the spinning cop and is guided through a ring traveler rotating on a spinning ring.
- the spinning rings of several juxtaposed spinning stations are arranged on a cross member extending in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine.
- the traverse with the spinning rings is also known as the ring rail.
- the ring rail moves upwards with the construction of the spinning cop and at the same time up and down over the cop cone.
- a thread guide and a balloon constriction ring can be arranged between the drafting system and the ring rail at each spinning station.
- the balloon constriction ring limits the thread balloon that is created by the rotation of the yarn around the spinning head.
- the thread guide and the balloon constriction ring are also moved up and down depending on the movement of the ring rail.
- the balloon constriction rings and the thread guides are also arranged on cross members that extend in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine. Because of their movement, the thread guides are also referred to as wandering thread guides. It should be noted, however, that the speeds at which the traverses for the spinning rings, the balloon constriction rings and the moving thread guides are moved up and down must be different in order to achieve an optimal spinning geometry.
- the other ends of the tension members are connected to the traverses via pulleys. Due to the described coupling of the drives, the upward and downward movement of the traverses takes place at different speeds, but with a constant speed ratio.
- the speed ratio results from the diameter ratio of the winding drums.
- each traverse has its own lifting means that extends in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine and in the DE 198 15 617 C1 are designed as tension members.
- a first traverse and a second traverse are assigned a common lifting means, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine and which can be moved up and down in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine.
- the traction means are in operative connection with the lifting means and are deflected via a fixed roller in such a way that the movement of the lifting means in the longitudinal direction is converted into an up and down movement.
- the fixed roller is attached to a fixed part of the ring spinning machine.
- the traction means are deflected over a loose roller, the loose roller being attached to the first cross member and the traction means being attached to a stationary part of the ring spinning machine.
- a common lifting means for at least two cross members which extends in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine.
- the lifting means which can be designed as a lifting rod, for example, is movable in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine. The movement can be brought about by a drive which is known per se and is arranged at the end of the machine.
- the present invention therefore reduces the parts moving in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine and thus simplifies the construction.
- a construction with at least one fixed roller, at least one loose roller and a traction means is proposed according to the invention. The construction follows the pulley principle.
- a pulley block is an arrangement that reduces the amount of force that has to be applied, for example to move loads.
- the pulley system consists of fixed and / or loose pulleys and a rope. The roles in a pulley system can be arranged very differently.
- the number of load-bearing ropes over which the load is distributed is decisive for the tensile force that has to be applied at the end of the rope or for the reduction in force.
- the benefit of reducing the force is bought at the cost of extending the distance that the end of the rope has to be moved in order to move the load a certain distance.
- the present invention makes use of the supposed disadvantage of a block and tackle.
- a lengthening or shortening of the distance covered in the same time causes a corresponding change in speed.
- a simple deflection of the traction means around the loose roller causes the loose roller to move at half the speed in relation to the traction means.
- the pulling means can comprise a pulling strap or several pulling straps.
- a single tension band can, for example, be fastened at one end to the lifting means and at the other end to a stationary part of the ring spinning machine. It is also possible to assign a separate tension band to each of the first and second cross members. Both drawstrings can be attached to the lifting means and can be deflected together over the fixed roller. It is also possible to continue the power transmission at a fastening point of the drawstring by means of a further drawstring. Another option is the one-piece design of the lifting means and the pulling means as a continuous pulling strap.
- the term drawstring should be understood broadly. It can be a rope or a chain. The drawstring can also have different cross-sections.
- the traction means are deflected via a further loose roller.
- the additional role makes it possible, for example, to implement other transmission ratios for the lifting speed of the crossbars.
- the traction means are attached to the second cross member.
- This arrangement is particularly simple.
- the lifting speed of the second traverse corresponds to the speed of the traction means and thus at the same time the speed of the lifting means.
- the longitudinal movement of the lifting means to which the traction means are attached is only deflected by the fixed roller and converted into an up and down movement. The speed does not change.
- the lifting speed of the first traverse differs from the lifting speed, since the first traverse is suspended from a loose roller.
- the further loose roller can alternatively be attached to the second cross-member.
- both the first cross member and the second cross member are suspended from a loose roller.
- the loose roller and the further loose roller are fastened to one another.
- a ratio of the speeds of us to three can be achieved.
- the first traverse is designed as a traverse for the moving thread guides and the second traverse as a traverse for the balloon constriction rings. It has been found to be particularly favorable when the speed ratio of the crossbeam for the balloon constriction rings and the crossbeam for the moving thread guides is two to one. Such a speed ratio can be implemented particularly easily with a ring spinning machine according to the invention.
- the traction means on the traverse for the balloon narrowing rings and the loose role on the traverse for the wandering Thread guide be attached. Another loose role is not required with this arrangement.
- the common longitudinally extending lifting means is also assigned to a third traverse and the lifting means can also be moved to move the third traverse up and down in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine.
- the Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a spinning station 2 of a ring spinning machine 1 according to the invention.
- a yarn 19 is spun from a sliver 18 and wound onto a spinning cop 17.
- the fuse 18 runs through a drafting device 16.
- the thread balloon 20 which forms during winding up is delimited by a balloon constriction ring 4.
- the balloon constriction ring 4 is arranged between the spinning ring 3 and the traveling thread guide 5.
- the ring spinning machine 1 has a plurality of spinning stations 2 arranged next to one another in the longitudinal direction 7.
- the spinning rings 3 of the spinning stations 2 arranged next to one another are arranged on a cross member 8 extending in the longitudinal direction 7 of the ring spinning machine 1.
- the traverse 8 for the spinning rings 3 is also referred to as a ring rail.
- the balloon constriction rings 4 of the spinning stations 2 arranged next to one another are arranged on a cross member 9 extending in the longitudinal direction 7 of the ring spinning machine 1.
- the traveling thread guides 5 of the spinning stations 2 arranged next to one another are arranged on a cross member 10 extending in the longitudinal direction 7 of the ring spinning machine 1.
- the spinning ring 3 or the ring rail 8 moves upwards with the construction of the spinning head.
- the ring rail 8 is superimposed along the head cone 21 in the direction of the arrow 22 moved up and down.
- the traverse 9 with the balloon constriction rings 4 attached to it and the traverse 10 with the traveling thread guides 5 attached to it make analog movement, however, at different speeds.
- the Fig. 2 shows a possible embodiment of an arrangement according to the invention for moving the traverse 10 of the traveling thread guides 5 and the traverse 9 of the balloon constriction rings 4 up and down.
- the arrangement is only shown schematically here.
- the arrangement comprises a lifting rod 12.
- the lifting rod 12 can be moved in a known manner in the longitudinal direction 7 of the ring spinning machine 1.
- a drive (not shown) can be present at one end of the machine.
- the drawstring 13 is attached at the point 24.
- the drawstring 13 is deflected over a fixed roller 11.
- the roller 11 is fastened in the machine frame 6 of the ring spinning machine 1.
- the deflection converts the movement of the lifting rod 12 in the longitudinal direction 7 into an upward and downward movement according to the arrow 22.
- the tension band 13 further loops around a loose roller 14 and is then likewise attached to the machine frame 6.
- the speed of the lifting rod 12 is transmitted 1: 1 to the tension belt 13.
- the deflection only changes the direction.
- the loose roller 14 moves only half the distance. Accordingly, the speed of the tension belt 13 is twice as great as the speed of the loose roller 14.
- the tension belt 13 is attached to the cross member 9 for the balloon constriction rings 4.
- the loose roller 14 is attached to the cross member 10 for the wandering thread guides 5.
- the relationship the speeds at which the traverse 10 for the moving thread guides 5 and the traverse 9 for the balloon constriction rings 4 is moved up and down is 1: 2.
- the movements of the traverse 10 for the moving thread guides 5 and the traverse 9 for the balloon constriction rings 4 can therefore be carried out at different speeds by means of a common lifting rod.
- the Fig. 3 shows an alternative embodiment for the up and down movement of a traverse 9 'for the balloon constriction rings 4 and a traverse 10' for the traveling thread guide 5.
