Claims (16)

  1. Appareil (1) pour emballer un produit (P) avec un film extensible (3), comprenant des moyens de transport (4) pour transporter un produit (P) dans l'appareil (1), des moyens d'évacuation (61) pour évacuer le produit (P) à partir de l'appareil (1) à la fin de l'emballage, des moyens de déroulement (14, 31) pour dérouler le film extensible (3) à partir d'une bobine (2) montée sur l'appareil (1), des moyens tendeurs (40, 41) pour tendre ledit film extensible (3), un dispositif de levage (11) destiné à recevoir le produit (P) provenant desdits moyens de transport (4) et lever le produit pour mettre le produit en contact avec ledit film extensible (3), lesdits moyens de déroulement (14, 31) comprenant un premier élément de saisie (14) et un deuxième élément de saisie (31) qui sont mobiles indépendamment l'un de l'autre dans une direction de déroulement (S) pour dérouler le film extensible (3) à partir de la bobine (2), ledit premier élément de saisie (14) comprenant une première mâchoire fixe (15) et une première mâchoire mobile (16), une extrémité de la première mâchoire mobile (16) étant pourvue d'une pluralité de premières dents (24), agencées dans une configuration en peigne, ledit deuxième élément de saisie (31) comprenant une deuxième mâchoire fixe (32) et une deuxième mâchoire mobile (33), une extrémité de la deuxième mâchoire mobile (33) étant pourvue d'une pluralité de secondes dents (34), agencées dans une configuration en peigne, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de levage (11) est pourvu d'une pluralité de rainures parallèles (57), orientées dans une direction parallèle à ladite direction de déroulement (S) et dimensionnées de telle manière que les premières dents (24) de la première mâchoire mobile (16) dudit premier élément de saisie (14) et les secondes dents (34) de la deuxième mâchoire mobile (33) dudit deuxième élément de saisie (31) puissent être insérées dans lesdites rainures (57).
  2. Appareil (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens tendeurs (40, 41) comprennent un troisième élément de saisie (40) et un quatrième élément de saisie (41) qui sont mobiles indépendamment l'un de l'autre dans une direction qui est perpendiculaire à ladite direction de déroulement (S).
  3. Appareil (1) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdites premières dents (24) et lesdites secondes dents (34) sont agencées décalées les unes par rapport aux autres, de manière à pouvoir être insérées les unes dans les autres, lorsque ladite première mâchoire mobile (16) et ladite deuxième mâchoire mobile (33) sont mises en contact l'une avec l'autre.
  4. Appareil (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3, dans lequel ledit troisième élément de saisie (40) comprend une troisième mâchoire fixe (44) et une troisième mâchoire mobile (45), ladite troisième mâchoire mobile (45) comprenant une pluralité de sections (45a) qui sont séparées les unes des autres.
  5. Appareil (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel ledit quatrième élément de saisie (41) comprend une quatrième mâchoire fixe (49) et une quatrième mâchoire mobile (50), ladite quatrième mâchoire mobile (50) comprenant une pluralité de sections qui sont séparées les unes des autres.
  6. Appareil (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens de transport comprennent un dispositif de transport (4) comprenant une surface de glissement (4a) sur laquelle un produit (P) devant être emballé peut glisser et deux éléments de poussée (12) dont chacun est entraîné par une première courroie (6) et par une seconde courroie (8) mise en mouvement par un premier moteur (10).
  7. Appareil (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens de transport (4) sont associés à des moyens de pesage (5).
  8. Appareil (1) selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel une portion d'extrémité (62) de ladite surface de glissement (4a) est pourvue d'une pluralité de saillies (63) agencées dans une configuration légèrement en arc.
  9. Appareil (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'évacuation (61) comprennent une bande entraînée par moteur (62) faite d'un matériau résistant à la chaleur, ladite bande entraînée par moteur (62) étant chauffée par des moyens de chauffage.
  10. Appareil (1) selon la revendication 9, comprenant en outre un élément de poussée supplémentaire (58) destiné à pousser un produit (P) emballé sur ladite bande entraînée par moteur (62).
  11. Appareil (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les mouvements du deuxième élément de saisie (31) et du premier élément de saisie (14), pendant l'emballage dudit produit (P), déterminent respectivement la quantité de film extensible (3) qui est déroulée à partir de la bobine (2) pour ladite opération d'emballage et la quantité de film extensible (3) qui est utilisée dans ladite opération d'emballage.
  12. Procédé pour emballer un produit (P) avec un film extensible (3), comprenant :
    - dérouler une portion du film extensible (3) à partir d'une bobine (2) par un premier élément de saisie (14) et un deuxième élément de saisie (31), ladite portion ayant une longueur dépendant des dimensions du produit (P) devant être emballé ;
    - tendre ledit film extensible en saisissant des bords opposés dudit film extensible par un troisième élément de saisie (40) et un quatrième élément de saisie (41) ;
    - placer ledit produit (P), ou un plateau (V) contenant le produit (P) sur un dispositif de levage (11) ;
    - mettre ledit produit (P) en contact avec une face inférieure dudit film extensible (3) au moyen d'un dispositif de levage (11), faire monter ledit dispositif de levage (11) jusqu'à ce que la partie inférieure du produit (P), ou du plateau (V), atteigne le niveau desdits éléments de saisie (14 ; 31 ; 40 ; 41), caractérisé par :
    - amener deux rabats (65 ; 66) de film maintenus par le premier élément de saisie (14) et par le deuxième élément de saisie (31) sous la partie inférieure du produit (P), ou du plateau (V), insérer le premier élément de saisie (14) et le deuxième élément de saisie (31) entre ledit dispositif de levage (11) et le produit (P), ou le plateau (V), de sorte qu'ils supportent le produit (P), ou le plateau (V), lesdits rabats (65 ; 66) étant pressés contre la partie inférieure du produit (P), ou du plateau (V), de manière à adhérer à ladite partie inférieure ou audit plateau (V) ;
    - amener deux rabats supplémentaires (64 ; 67) de film maintenus par le troisième élément de saisie (40) et par le quatrième élément de saisie (41) sous la partie inférieure du produit (P), ou du plateau (V), insérer le troisième élément de saisie (40) et le quatrième élément de saisie (41) sous le produit (P), ou le plateau (V), lesdits rabats supplémentaires (64 ; 67) étant pressés contre la partie inférieure du produit (P), ou du plateau (V), de manière à adhérer à ladite partie inférieure ou audit plateau (V).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, comprenant en outre la superposition l'un sur l'autre desdits rabats (65) de film pour une portion (D) dans une position qui est centrale au produit (P), ou au plateau (V).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12, comprenant en outre la superposition l'un sur l'autre desdits rabats (65) de film pour une portion (D) dans une position qui est décentrée par rapport au produit (P), ou au plateau (V).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 12, comprenant en outre la superposition l'un sur l'autre desdits rabats supplémentaires (67) pour une portion (D').
  16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, comprenant en outre la superposition desdits rabats supplémentaires (64, 67) sur lesdits rabats (65 ; 66) et souder ensemble lesdits rabats (65 ; 66) et lesdits rabats supplémentaires (64 ; 67).
