Claims (7)

  1. Flachstrickmaschine (11), die unter ihren Nadelbetten (13) eine Einrichtanordnung (12) aufweist, die umfasst:
    wenigstens ein Einrichtbett (14, 18), an dem Einrichtnadeln (9), die für das Wechseln zum Halten oder Freigeben eines Einrichtteils eines Gestricks befähigt sind, parallel in der Strickbreitenrichtung angeordnet sind,
    einen Longitudinal-Antriebsmechanismus (15), der vorgesehen ist, um das Einrichtbett (14, 18) hebend zu bewegen, und
    einen Haltelösungsmechanismus (22) zum Antreiben des Wechselns zum Halten oder Freigeben des Einrichtteils mit den Einrichtnadeln (9),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Einrichtbett (14) wenigstens einen Funktionsplattenteil (16) aufweist, auf dem Einrichtnadeln (9) parallel angeordnet sind und der in der Strickbreitenrichtung bewegt werden kann, und
    die Einrichtanordnung (12) weiterhin wenigstens einen Transversal-Antriebsmechanismus (17) zum Antreiben des wenigstens einen Funktionsplattenteils (16) in der Strickbreitenrichtung relativ zu dem Einrichtbett (14) in der gleichen Richtung wie die durch ein Versetzen bewegten Nadelbetten (13) umfasst.
  2. Flachstrickmaschine (11) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einrichtanordnung (12) weiterhin zwei Kombinationen aus dem Funktionsplattenteil (16) und dem Transversal-Antriebsmechanismus (17) an dem Einrichtbett (14) umfasst.
  3. Flachstrickmaschine (11) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Einrichtanordnung (12) ein Einrichtbett (18) mit einem Funktionsplattenteil (19), der nicht in der Strickbreitenrichtung bewegt werden kann, zusätzlich zu dem Einrichtbett (14) mit dem Funktionsplattenteil (16), der in der Strickbreitenrichtung bewegt werden kann, umfasst, und
    der Longitudinal-Antriebsmechanismus (15) eines der Einrichtbetten (14, 18) hebend bewegt, wobei eines der Einrichtbetten (14, 18) durch einen Auswahlmechanismus für das Heben durch den Longitudinal-Antriebsmechanismus (15) ausgewählt werden kann.
  4. Flachstrickmaschine (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Haltelösungsmechanismus (22) umfasst:
    eine Antriebsquelle (22a), die ein Antreiben für das Wechseln zum Halten oder Freigeben des Einrichtteils an der Einrichtnadel (9) durchführt, und
    einen Übertragungsteil (30), der an dem Einrichtbett (14) mit dem Funktionsplattenteil (16) für das Bewegen in der Strickbreitenrichtung vorgesehen ist, und eine Antriebskraft von der Antriebsquelle (22a) zu den Einrichtnadeln (9) überträgt, und eine sich in der Strickbreitenrichtung erstreckende Nut (16a) und einen mit der Nut (16a) eingreifenden Vorsprungsteil (30f) aufweist.
  5. Flachstrickmaschine (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei eine Herunterziehanordnung (8) unter den Nadelbetten (13) vorgesehen ist, in eine Vielzahl von Abschnitten, die jeweils voneinander in der Strickbreitenrichtung beabstandet sind, unterteilt ist und zu einem geschlossenen oder einem geöffneten Zustand in einer geteilten Weise wechseln kann, sodass Teile der Herunterziehanordnung (8) in Kontakt mit dem Gestrick kommen, um das Gestrick in dem geschlossenen Zustand nach unten zu ziehen, oder die Teile gestatten, dass der Funktionsplattenteil (16, 19) durch die Teile in dem geöffneten Zustand hindurchgeht, und wobei die Herunterziehanordnung (8) in einem Abschnitt, der mit einer Position, an welcher sich der Funktionsplattenteil (16) in der Strickbreitenrichtung bewegt, überlappt, zu dem geöffneten Zustand wechselt, wenn der Einrichtteil mit den parallel an dem Funktionsplattenteil (16) angeordneten Einrichtnadeln (9) nach unten gezogen wird.
  6. Flachstrickmaschine (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, die weiterhin umfasst:
    wenigstens zwei Zentrierungsglieder (60, 66), die an dem Funktionsplattenteil (16), der in der Strickbreitenrichtung bewegt werden kann, mit einem Intervall in der Strickbreitenrichtung vorgesehen ist, in einer Erstreckungsrichtung der Einrichtnadeln (9) relativ zu dem Funktionsplattenteil (16) bewegt werden kann, gegen Rückflächen der Nadelbetten (13) anstößt, um zu stoppen, wenn der Funktionsplattenteil (16) gehoben wird, und den Funktionsplattenteil (16) führt, um zu veranlassen, dass die Einrichtnadeln (9) von einer Mitte eines Nadelbettspalts (13a) vorstehen, und
    Federn (61, 67), die die Zentrierungsglieder (60, 66) in der Erstreckungsrichtung der Einrichtnadeln (9) relativ zu dem Funktionsplattenteil (16) vorspannen.
  7. Strickverfahren, in dem das Stricken eines Körpers (3) an einer mittleren Position und von Ärmeln (4, 5) auf beiden Seiten des Körpers (3) in einer Strickbreitenrichtung als unabhängige zylindrische Gestricke von der Seite eines Saums (2) begonnen wird und eine Strickware (1) einstückig und nahtlos gestrickt wird, indem die Ärmel aufgegriffen und mit dem Körper verbunden werden, unter Verwendung einer Flachstrickmaschine (11), die unter ihren Nadelbetten (13) eine Einrichtanordnung (12) aufweist, die umfasst:
    ein Einrichtbett (14, 18), an dem Einrichtnadeln (9), die für das Wechseln zum Halten oder Freigeben eines Einrichtteils eines Gestricks befähigt sind, parallel in der Strickbreitenrichtung angeordnet sind,
    einen Longitudinal-Antriebsmechanismus (15), der das Einrichtbett (14, 18) hebend bewegt, und
    einen Haltelösungsmechanismus (22), der das Wechseln zum Halten oder Freigeben des Einrichtteils mit den Einrichtnadeln (9) antreibt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtanordnung 12 umfasst:
    zwei Funktionsplattenteile (16), auf denen Einrichtnadeln (9) parallel angeordnet sind und die in der Strickbreitenrichtung bewegt werden können, und
    zwei Transversal-Antriebsmechanismen (17), die die Funktionsplattenteile (16) in der Strickbreitenrichtung relativ zu dem Einrichtbett (14) bewegen,
    wobei, nachdem das Stricken des Körpers (3) der Strickware (1) begonnen wurde, beide Ärmel (4, 5) derart gestrickt werden, dass wenn die Ärmel (4, 5) aufgegriffen und mit der Seite des Körpers (3) verbunden werden, während die Einrichtteile mit den Einrichtnadeln (9) an den zwei Funktionsplattenteilen (16) gehalten und das Einrichtbett (14) gesenkt wird, die zwei Funktionsplattenteile (16) durch die entsprechenden Transversalantriebsmechanismen (17) zu der Seite des Körpers (3) in der gleichen Richtung bewegt werden wie die Bewegungsrichtung der Ärmel (4, 5) beim Versetzen der Nadelbetten (13).
