Description
- L'invention est relative à un appareil électroportatif qui est destiné à couper les matières tel que le polystyrène expansé ou extrudé.
- Dans le milieu de la construction de l'habitat où le polystyrène est omniprésent en tant qu'isolation extérieure, isolation intérieure, isolation des planchers, isolation des toits, la découpe de ces éléments en polystyrène ce fait à l'aide de scies à bois. Le travail est fastidieux, long et pas forcément droit. La découpe de ces éléments en polystyrène peut se faire à l'aide de machines fonctionnant en 220v mais ce type d'alimentation n'est pas toujours disponible. Ces machines sont encombrantes et lourdes pour une utilisation en milieu échafaudé ou sur toiture.
- Le document de brevet
DE 200 02 995 décrit un exemple d'appareil électroportatif manu-portable pour couper le polystyrène qui sert de base au préambule de la revendication 1. - On constate qu'il existe un besoin de prévoir un appareil de coupe qui permet de remédier à ces inconvénients.
- On tend à combler ce besoin au moyen d'un appareil de coupe selon les revendications annexées et plus particulièrement au moyen d'un appareil de coupe qui comporte :
- un corps de préhension,
- un fil de coupe tendu entre un arceau et le corps de préhension,
- une batterie rechargeable pour alimenter et chauffer le fil de coupe par l'intermédiaire d'un bouton poussoir,
- un profile cornière de guidage configuré pour s'orienter selon un plan vertical et selon un plan horizontal,
- un rail linéaire vissé sur le corps de préhension coopérant avec un palier à billes pour permettre le coulissement du profile cornière de guidage pour une coupe parfaitement droite.
- Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, un rapporteur gradué contrôle l'angle de rotation du profile cornière de guidage sur le plan vertical de 0 à 45° et le verrouille à l'aide d'un bouton.
- Selon une variante de réalisation, un rapporteur gradué contrôle l'angle de rotation du profile cornière de guidage sur le plan horizontal de 0 à 45° et le verrouille à l'aide de l'écrou oreille.
- D'autres avantages et caractéristiques ressortiront plus clairement de la description qui va suivre de modes particuliers de réalisation de l'invention donnés à titre d'exemples non limitatifs et représentés aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels :

figure 1 représente de manière schématique la vue globale d'un l'appareil de coupe selon une première direction - La
figure 2 représente de manière schématique le système de guidage à translation de l'appareil selon une seconde direction. - La
figure 3 représente le positionnement de l'appareil sur un matériau à couper. - Comme illustré sur les différentes figures, l'appareil de coupe comporte un corps en plastique de prise en main sur lequel vient se connecter à une extrémité une batterie li-ion de 18 V rechargeable, à l'autre extrémité vient se fixer verticalement un guidage linéaire. Sur la partie mobile du guidage vient se fixer un profil cornière orientable en 2 dimensions afin de pouvoir effectuer des coupes en angle, ce profil permet de caller et de stabiliser l'appareil contre le panneau à couper, afin d'obtenir une coupe parfaitement droite comme cela est illustré à la
figure 3 . - Sur l'extrémité haute du rail métallique, vient se fixer un arceau en aluminium. La coupe du matériau se fait à l'aide d'un fil métallique tendu entre l'extrémité de l'arceau et le corps de l'appareil, celui-ci chauffe et fait fondre le matériau lorsque l'on appuie sur le bouton situé sur le corps en plastique. Un ressort de traction entre le fil métallique et le corps de l'appareil permet la tension du fil et compense sa dilatation.
- L'appareil comporte une batterie 1 rechargeable et connectable sur le corps en plastique de préhension 2. Sur le corps 2 vient ce fixer un système de translation linéaire composé d'un rail métallique de guidage 3 de longueur variable, de 20 cm à 40 cm selon la profondeur de coupe souhaitée et d'un palier à bille 4.
- Sur l'extrémité supérieure du rail 3 se fixe un arceau en aluminium 5 de dimension variable, 40 cm à 130 cm selon les longueurs et profondeurs de coupe souhaitées. Sur le palier 4 se fixe un rapporteur en aluminium gradué 6, celui-ci s'oriente de 0 à 45° sur le plan vertical et se verrouille avec l'écrou oreille 7. Sur le rapporteur 6 se fixe un profil cornière en aluminium 8 celui-ci s'oriente de 0 à 45° sur le plan horizontal, il est échancré en son centre pour ne pas toucher le fil lorsque l'on oriente le profil 8.
- Un rapporteur gradué 9 se fixe sur le profil 8. Il permet de contrôler l'angle et de le bloquer avec l'écrou oreille 10. Entre l'extrémité de l'arceau 5 et le corps 2 se place un fil métallique résistif 11 tendu par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort de traction 12. Un bouton poussoir 13 permet de laisser passer le courant dans le fil 11 et de le chauffer instantanément. Une fois l'appareil positionné sur le matériau à couper, il suffit d'appuyer sur le bouton 13 et de laisser descendre l'appareil sans aucun effort.
- L'appareil est particulièrement destiné à la mise en oeuvre de l'isolation thermique de l'habitat.
- De manière avantageuse, l'appareil présente un poids total inférieur à 2500 grammes, une batterie rechargeable pour être manu-portable. Le système de guidage de coupe est précis, l'encombrement est négligeable. La vitesse de coupe est très rapide.
Claims (3)
- Appareil de coupe électroportatif manu-portable pour couper le polystyrène comportant :- un corps de préhension (2),- un fil de coupe (11) tendu entre un arceau (5) et le corps de préhension (2),- une batterie rechargeable (1) pour alimenter et chauffer le fil de coupe (11) par l'intermédiaire d'un bouton poussoir,- un profile cornière de guidagecaractérisé en ce que le profil cornière de guidage est configuré pour s'orienter selon un plan vertical et selon un plan horizontal, et
en ce que l'appareil comporte un rail linéaire (3) vissé sur le corps de préhension (2) coopérant avec un palier à billes (4) pour permettre le coulissement du profile cornière de guidage (8) pour une coupe parfaitement droite. - Appareil selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le rapporteur gradué (6) contrôle l'angle de rotation du profile cornière de guidage (8) sur le plan vertical de 0 à 45° et le verrouille à l'aide d'un bouton (7).
- Appareil selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le rapporteur gradué (9) contrôle l'angle de rotation du profile cornière de guidage (8) sur le plan horizontal de 0 à 45° et le verrouille à l'aide de l'écrou oreille (10).
