Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于切割如膨胀的或挤压的聚苯乙烯的材料的电动便携式切割器。
背景技术
在住房建筑中,聚苯乙烯普遍用作外部隔离、内部隔离、地板隔离、屋顶隔离,这些聚苯乙烯构件的切割用木锯进行。工作枯燥乏味,时间长,还不一定直。这些聚苯乙烯构件的切割可以用以220V电源工作的切割机进行,但是,这种供电并不始终得到保障。这些切割机在脚手架或屋顶上使用,显得体积大和笨重。
发明内容
我们发现,有必要配置一种可弥补这些缺陷的切割器。
通过根据所附权利要求所述的切割器,特别是通过具有如下部件的切割器,会满足这个需要,所述切割器具有:
-握持主体,
-在支架与握持主体之间张紧的切割金属线,
-可充电电池,用于通过按钮向切割金属线供电和使之加热,
-导向角型面,其被构型用于沿竖直面和沿水平面定向,
-线型导轨,其用螺钉固定在握持主体上,与滚珠轴承配合,以允许导向角型面滑动,来进行最佳直线切割。
根据一种特殊实施方式,分度器控制导向角型面在竖直面上0至45°的转动角度,并借助按钮锁紧。
根据一个实施例,分度器控制导向角型面在水平面上0至45°的转动角度,并借助耳形螺母锁紧。

具体实施方式
如不同的附图所示,切割器具有手握塑料主体,手握塑料主体在一端连接18V可充电锂离子的电池,在另一端垂直固定线型导向件。在线型导向件的活动部分上固定二维可定向角型面,以便能够进行成角度切割,这个二维可定向角型面允许切割器抵靠待切割板楔入和保持稳定,以获得最佳直线切割,如图3所示。
在金属导轨的上端,固定一个铝制的支架。借助一根张紧在支架端与切割器的手握塑料主体之间的金属线进行材料的切割,当按压手握塑料主体上的按钮时,金属线加热和熔融材料。金属线与切割器主体之间的一个拉力弹簧允许拉紧金属线和补偿其舒张度。
切割器具有可充电的电池1,电池可连接在手握塑料主体2上。在手握塑料主体2上固定线性平移系统,线性平移系统由导向的金属导轨3和滚珠轴承4组成,所述金属导轨3长度根据希望的切割深度可在20厘米至40厘米变化。
在金属导轨3的上端固定铝制的支架5,支架的尺寸根据所希望的切割长度和深度可从40厘米至130厘米变化。在轴承4上固定一个铝制的分度器6,分度器在竖直面上从0至45°定向,并由耳形螺母7锁紧。在分度器6上固定铝制的角型面8,角型面在水平面上从0至45°定向,角型面在中央成凹形,以便在使角型面8定向时,不触及金属线。
分度器9固定在角型面8上。分度器9可控制角度,和由耳形螺母10锁定。在支架5的端部与手握塑料主体2之间布置电阻金属线11,电阻金属线由拉力弹簧12拉紧。按钮13可使电流通入电阻金属线11和使之立即加热。一旦切割器定位在待切割材料上,只要按压按钮13,即可不费力地使切割器切入。
切割器尤其用于实施住房的隔热。
有利地,切割器的总重小于2500克,可充电电池可以是手提式的。切割导向系统很精确,体积可忽略不计。切割速度很快。

Claims (3)

1.用于切割聚苯乙烯的电动便携式手提切割器,其特征在于,其具有:
-握持主体(2),
-在支架(5)与握持主体(2)之间张紧的切割金属线(11),
-可充电电池(1),用于通过按钮(13)向切割金属线(11)供电和使之加热,
-导向角型面(8),其被构型用于沿竖直面和沿水平面定向,
-线型导轨(3),其用螺钉固定在握持主体(2)上,与滚珠轴承(4)配合,以允许导向角型面(8)滑动,来进行最佳直线切割。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动便携式手提切割器,其特征在于,分度器(6)控制导向角型面(8)在竖直面上0至45°的转动角度,并借助按钮(7)锁紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动便携式手提切割器,其特征在于,分度器(9)控制导向角型面(8)在水平面上0至45°的转动角度,并借助耳形螺母(10)锁紧。
