Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (101, 102, 103, 104) zum Verteilen eines Fluides, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes aufweist:- ein Reservoir (2), das eingerichtet ist zur Aufnahme des Fluides,- eine Verteilungsleitung (8), die eingerichtet ist, um das Fluid entlang einer Verteilungsrichtung (10) zu leiten,- eine Verteilungsöffnung (105), die das Reservoir mit der Verteilungsleitung verbindet,- ein Verteilungsventil (5), das in einem offenen Zustand einen Fluidübergang von dem Inneren des Reservoirs (2) zu der Verteilungsleitung (8) durch die Verteilungsöffnung (105) ermöglicht, und das in einem geschlossenen Zustand den Fluidübergang von dem Inneren des Reservoirs (2) zu der Verteilungsleitung (8) nicht ermöglicht, und- ein Rückstellmittel (29), das eingerichtet ist, um eine Kraft auf das Verteilungsventil (5) auszuüben, wobei die Kraft das Verteilungsventil (5) aus seinem offenen Zustand in seinen geschlossenen Zustand überführt,- wobei das Rückstellmittel (29) einen Beutel (106) aufweist, der einen Hohlraum (107) bildet,wobei der Beutel in der Verteilungsleitung (8) angeordnet ist, wobei der Beutel durch Kompression verformt ist, wenn sich das Verteilungsventil in dem offenen Zustand befindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- der Beutel ein von einer Seite durch eine von einer Außenumrandung (112) des Hohlraums abgegrenzte Öffnung geöffneter Beutel ist, sodass sich die Außenumrandung (112) des Hohlraums in dem geschlossenen Zustand gegen eine erste Innenwand (108) der Verteilungsleitung presst, und/oder in dem geschlossenen Zustand der Beutel einen Druck gegen eine zweite Innenwand (109) der Verteilungsleitung erfährt; und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenumrandung des Hohlraums oder ein Boden des Beutels sich im offenen Zustand jeweils von der ersten oder zweiten Innenwand der Verteilungsleitung entfernt, oder- das Verteilungsventil (105) eine Verteilungsmembran (9) aufweist, wobei der Beutel in einer Ebene eine geschlossene Schlaufe bildet, in deren Inneren der Hohlraum (107) abgegrenzt ist, sodass in dem geschlossenen Zustand die Verteilungsmembran oder eine erste Seite (117) der Schlaufe gegen eine erste Innenwand (110) der Verteilungsleitung gepresst ist; wobei der Beutel in dem offenen Zustand und in dem geschlossenen Zustand einen Druck gegen eine zweite Innenwand der Verteilungsleitung erfährt; und wobei sich die erste Seite (117) im offenen Zustand der Schlaufe von der ersten Innenwand (110) der Verteilungsleitung entfernt. - Vorrichtung (101, 102, 103) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beutel ein von einer Seite durch eine von einer Außenumrandung (112) des Hohlraums abgegrenzte Öffnung geöffneter Beutel ist, sodass:- im geschlossenen Zustand die Außenumrandung (112) des Hohlraums gegen eine erste Innenwand (108) der Verteilungsleitung gepresst ist, und/oder- im geschlossenen Zustand ein Boden (113) des Beutels an einer zweiten Innenwand (109) der Verteilungsleitung anliegt, und- dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im offenen Zustand die Außenumrandung des Hohlraums oder der Boden des Beutels jeweils von der ersten oder zweiten Innenwand der Verteilungsleitung entfernt.
- Vorrichtung (103) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im offenen Zustand der Boden (113) des Beutels von der zweiten Innenwand (109) der Verteilungsleitung entfernt, wobei die zweite Innenwand mit einer konvexen Erhebung (114) versehen ist und der Boden des Beutels mit einer konkaven Vertiefung (115) mit einer zur konvexen Erhebung komplementären Form versehen ist, sodass sich im geschlossenen Zustand die konkave Vertiefung an die Form der konvexen Erhebung anpasst.
- Vorrichtung (101) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Innenwand (108) einen Umfang (116) der Verteilungsöffnung aufweist, sodass:- die Außenumrandung (112) des Hohlraums im geschlossenen Zustand mit einem Teil des oder der Gesamtheit des Umfangs (116) der Verteilungsöffnung (105) in Berührung ist oder einen Teil des oder die Gesamtheit des Umgangs (116) der Verteilungsöffnung (105) umgibt,- der Boden (113) des Beutels im offenen Zustand und im geschlossenen Zustand an der zweiten Innenwand (109) der Verteilungsleitung anliegt, und- die Außenumrandung (112) des Hohlraums sich im offenen Zustand von der Verteilungsöffnung (105) entfernt.
- Vorrichtung (102) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Innenwand (109) einen Umfang (116) der Verteilungsöffnung aufweist, sodass:- die Außenumrandung (112) des Hohlraums im offenen Zustand und im geschlossenen Zustand mit der ersten Innenwand (108) in Berührung steht,- der Boden (113) des Beutels im geschlossenen Zustand an der Verteilungsöffnung (105) anliegt, und- sich der Boden (113) des Beutels im offenen Zustand von der Verteilungsöffnung entfernt.
- Vorrichtung (102) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (113) des Beutels und der Rest des Beutels aus zwei verschiedenen Materialien aufgebaut sind, wobei das Materials des Bodens (113) des Beutels aus einem steiferen Material ist als das Material des Rests des Beutels.
- Vorrichtung (104) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beutel in einer Ebene eine geschlossene Schlaufe bildet, in deren Inneren der Hohlraum (107) abgegrenzt ist, sodass:- eine erste Seite (117) der Schlaufe im geschlossenen Zustand gegen eine erste Innenwand (110) der Verteilungsleitung gepresst ist,- eine zweite Seite (118) der Schlaufe im offenen Zustand und im geschlossenen Zustand an einer zweiten Innenwand (118) der Verteilungsleitung anliegt, und- die erste Seite (117) sich im offenen Zustand von der ersten Innenwand (110) der Verteilungsleitung entfernt.
- Vorrichtung (104) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Innenwand (110) einen Umfang (116) der Verteilungsöffnung aufweist, sodass:- die Verteilungsmembran oder die erste Seite (117) der Schlaufe im geschlossenen Zustand gegen die Verteilungsöffnung (105) gepresst ist, ohne den Fluidübergang zwischen dem Reservoir und der Verteilungsleitung zu ermöglichen,- sich die erste Seite der Schlaufe (117) im offenen Zustand von der Verteilungsöffnung (105) entfernt, um einen Fluidübergang zwischen dem Reservoir und der Verteilungsleitung zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn das Verteilungsventil im offenen Zustand ist, der Beutel durch eine Kompression senkrecht zur Verteilungsrichtung verformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beutel fest mit einem Versteifungselement (119) verbunden ist, das steifer ist als der Beutel und sich entlang der Verteilungsrichtung erstreckt.
