Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein flüssiges Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel für Textilien mit einem Gemisch von anionischen Tensiden und nichtionischen Tensiden. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung eines solchen flüssigen Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittels zum Waschen, Reinigungen oder Vorbehandeln von Textilien.
Um stark verschmutzte Wäsche von Fettanschmutzungen zu reinigen, sind häufig hohe Temperaturen von 60 °C oder mehr erforderlich. Während solche Temperaturen für die Reinigung von Tischwäsche oder ähnlich strapazierfähigen Materialien möglich sind, werden insbesondere Bekleidungsstücke häufig aus Materialien hergestellt, die lediglich bei einer Temperatur von etwa 30 °C oder 40 °C gewaschen werden können. Auch im Sport weit verbreitete Funktionswäsche kann nur bei entsprechend geringen Temperaturen gereinigt werden. Im Hinblick auf eine grundsätzlich angestrebte Energieersparnis werden auch solche Wäschestücke, die bei höheren Temperaturen gewaschen werden könnten, häufig bei einer geringen Temperatur von 30 °C oder 40 °C gewaschen. Die Leistung von Waschmitteln fetthaltige Anschmutzungen zu entfernen, nimmt jedoch bei Erniedrigung der Waschtemperaturen ab.
Um eine vollständige Entfernung von fetthaltigen Anschmutzungen bei geringen Waschtemperaturen zu ermöglichen, ist häufig eine Vorbehandlung des jeweiligen Wäschestücks notwendig. Der Vorgang der Vorreinigung wird vom Verbraucher häufig als störend angesehen. Zudem muss neben dem eigentlichen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel ein weiteres Vorbehandlungsmittel gekauft werden, so dass es hierüber zu einer Kostensteigerung kommt.
Um die Waschkraft von Reinigungsmitteln auch bei geringer Temperatur von 30 °C oder 40 °C zu erhöhen, schlägt WO 201 1/1 17079 A1 den Einsatz von flüssigen, hydrophoben Verbindungen in Kombination mit ungesättigten Fettsäureseifen vor. In EP 0 916 717 A1 wird zum Reinigen von harten Oberflächen ein Mittel beschrieben, welches nichtionische Tenside mit linearen, aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffresten mit durchschnittlich 4 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen beziehungsweise mit durchschnittlich 2 bis 14 Kohlenstoffatomen umfasst. Dieses Mittel zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute Reinigungswirkung auf harten Oberflächen, wie beispielsweise Fußböden aus.
Es besteht daher Bedarf an Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmitteln, welche auch bei Waschtemperaturen von 40 °C oder weniger, insbesondere von 30 °C oder weniger eine ausreichende Reinigungsleistung aufweisen, um fetthaltige Anschmutzungen von Textilien zu entfernen. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht daher darin, ein flüssiges Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel zur Verfügung zu stellen, welches auch bei Waschtemperaturen von 30 °C oder 40 °C eine gegenüber dem Stand der Technik verbesserte Reinigungsleistung im Hinblick auf fetthaltige Anschmutzungen aufweist.
In einer ersten Ausführungsform wird die der vorliegenden Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe gelöst durch ein flüssiges Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel für Textilien mit einem Gemisch von anionischen Tensiden und nichtionischen Tensiden, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die nichtionischen Tenside wenigstens ein Fettalkoholalkoxylat mit einem verzweigten Alkylrest einer Kettenlänge von 9 bis 15 C-Atomen und einem Alkoxylierungsgrad von 3 bis 9 Alkoxylgruppen pro Mol Fettalkohol aufweisen.
Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, dass Fettalkoholalkoxylate mit einem verzweigten Alkylrest eine bessere Reinigungsleistung, insbesondere bei Waschtemperaturen von 40 °C oder 30 °C oder weniger im Hinblick auf fetthaltige Anschmutzungen aufweisen als vergleichbare lineare Fettalkoholalkoxylate. Zudem hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, dass ein hoher Alkoxylierungsgrad zu einer verbesserten Reinigungsleistung führt. Der Alkoxylierungsgrad beträgt daher vorzugsweise 9. Insbesondere hat sich gezeigt, dass ein Gemisch von anionischen Tensiden und nichtionischen Tensiden, bei welchem die nichtionischen Tenside wenigstens ein Fettalkoholethoxylat umfassen, dessen Ethoxylierungsgrad insbesondere 9 beträgt, besonders gut fetthaltige Anschmutzungen von Textilien entfernen kann.
Bei Einsatz eines erfindungsgemäßen nichtionischen Tensids mit einem Fettalkoholethoxylat mit einem verzweigten Alkylrest einer Kettenlänge von 9 bis 15 C-Atomen, bevorzugt von 12 bis 14 C- Atomen und besonders bevorzugt von 13 C-Atomen, und einem Alkoxylierungsgrad von 3 bis 9, insbesondere von 9 Alkoxylgruppen pro Mol Fettalkohol, wird ein flüssiges Wasch-, Reinigungsoder Vorbehandlungsmittel erhalten, welches neben einer guten Waschleistung bei geringen Temperaturen auch eine hohe Phasenstabilität aufweist. In dem erhaltenen Wasch-, Reinigungsoder Vorbehandlungsmittel zeigt sich keine Phasentrennung. Es ist daher lagerstabil.
Es ist bevorzugt, dass der Fettalkoholrest 12 bis 14 und insbesondere 13 C-Atome aufweist. Diese Fettalkoholalkoxylate können natürlichen Ursprungs, beispielsweise aus Kokos-, Palm- oder Talgfett sein. Besonders bevorzugt handelt es sich um ein verzweigtes Isotridecanol.
Erfindungsgemäß handelt es sich bei dem Fettalkoholalkoxylat um ein solches mit einem verzweigten Alkylrest. Das Fettalkoholalkoxylat kann eine oder mehrere endständige und/oder mittige Verzweigung(en), insbesondere zwei oder mehr endständige und/oder mittige Verzweigungen aufweisen. Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, dass auch bei einer starken Verzweigung mit zwei oder mehr Verzweigungspunkten im Molekül die Hydrophilic Lipophilic Balance (HLB) nicht negativ beeinflusst wird und auch bei geringen Waschtemperaturen von 40 °C oder 30 °C oder weniger eine gute Reinigung von Textilien erreicht wird, bei welcher fetthaltige Anschmutzungen vollständig oder nahezu vollständig entfernt werden.
Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, dass eine gute Erhöhung der Reinigungsleistung bei geringen Temperaturen erzielt werden kann, wenn das Gewichtsverhältnis von anionischen Tensiden zu verzweigtem Fettalkoholalkoxylat in einem Bereich von 4: 1 bis 1 :1 , insbesondere in einem Bereich von 3: 1 bis 1 : 1 , besonders in einem Bereich von 3: 1 bis 2: 1 liegt. Ebenso bevorzugt kann ein Bereich von 2:1 bis 1 : 1 sein. Besonders bevorzugt liegt das Verhältnis von anionischen Tensiden zu dem erfindungsgemäßen verzweigten Fettalkoholakoxylat bei 2: 1. Erfindungsgemäß werden bei der Bestimmung des Gewichtsverhältnisses von anionischen Tensiden zu verzweigte, Seifen nicht zu den anionischen Tensiden gezählt, so dass es sich hier um anionische Tenside handelt, welche keine Seifen sind. Angegeben ist somit das Gewichtsverhältnis von anionischem Tensid, das keine Seife ist, zu Fettalkoholalkoxylat.
Die Gesamtmenge an verzweigtem Fettalkoholalkoxylat im erfindungsgemäßen flüssigen Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel liegt vorzugsweise im Bereich von 3 bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere im Bereich von 5 bis 8 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge an Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel.
Neben dem Fettalkoholalkoxylat als nichtionisches Tensid kann das Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel weitere nichtionische Tenside enthalten. Diese umfassen beispielsweise Fettalkohole mit mehr als 12 EO. Beispiele hierfür sind Talgfettalkohol mit 14 EO, 25 EO, 30 EO oder 40 EO. Weitere geeignete nichtionische Tenside umfassen alkoxylierte Fettsäurealkylester, Fettsäureamide, Alkylpolyglucoside, alkoxylierte Fettsäureamide, Polyhydroxyfettsäureamide, N- Methylglucamide, Alkylphenolpolyglycolether, Aminoxide und Mischungen daraus.
Zusätzlich zu dem/den nichtionischen Tensid(en) umfasst das erfindungsgemäße flüssige Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel anionische Tenside. Erfindungsgemäß kann das Mittel ein anionisches Tensid oder Mischungen unterschiedlicher anionischer Tenside umfassen. Als anionisches Tensid werden vorzugsweise Sulfonate, Sulfate, Seifen, Alkylphosphate, anionische Silikontenside und Mischungen daraus eingesetzt.
Als Tenside vom Sulfonat-Typ kommen dabei vorzugsweise C9-i3-Alkylbenzolsulfonate, Olefinsulfonate, d.h. Gemische aus Alken- und Hydroxyalkansulfonaten sowie Disulfonate, wie man sie beispielsweise aus Ci2-i8-Monoolefinen mit end- oder innenständiger Doppelbindung durch Sulfonieren mit gasförmigem Schwefeltrioxid und anschließende alkalische oder saure Hydrolyse der Sulfonierungsprodukte erhält, in Betracht. Geeignet sind auch Ci2-is-Alkansulfonate und die Ester von α-Sulfofettsäuren (Estersulfonate), zum Beispiel die α-sulfonierten Methylester der hydrierten Kokos-, Palmkern- oder Talgfettsäuren. Als Alk(en)ylsulfate werden die Alkali- und insbesondere die Natriumsalze der Schwefelsäurehalbester der Ci2-Ci8-Fettalkohole, beispielsweise aus Kokosfettalkohol, Talgfettalkohol, Lauryl-, Myristyl-, Cetyl- oder Stearylalkohol oder der Cio-C2o-Oxoalkohole und diejenigen Halbester sekundärer Alkohole dieser Kettenlängen bevorzugt. Aus waschtechnischem Interesse sind die Ci2-Ci6-Alkylsulfate und Ci2-Ci5-Alkylsulfate sowie Cw-Cis-Alkylsulfate bevorzugt. Auch 2,3-Alkylsulfate sind geeignete anionische Tenside.
Auch die Schwefelsäuremonoester der mit 1 bis 6 Mol Ethylenoxid ethoxylierten geradkettigen oder verzweigten C7-2i-Alkohole, wie 2-Methyl-verzweigte C9-11 -Alkohole mit im Durchschnitt 3,5 Mol Ethylenoxid (EO) oder Ci2-i8-Fettalkohole mit 1 bis 4 EO, sind geeignet.
Seifen sind erfindungsgemäß die wasserlöslichen Natrium- oder Kaliumsalze der gesättigten und ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit 10 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, der Harzsäuren des Kolophoniums (gelbe Harzseifen) und der Naphthensäuren, die als feste oder halbfeste Gemische in der Hauptsache für Wasch- und Reinigungszwecke verwendet werden. Natrium- oder Kaliumsalze der gesättigten und ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit 10 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere mit 12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, sind gemäß Erfindung bevorzugte Seifen. Besonders bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Mittel sind dabei dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - 0, 1 bis 15,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 1 ,0 bis 10,0 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 3,0 bis 8,0 Gew.-% Seife(n) enthalten. Geeignet sind gesättigte und ungesättigte Fettsäureseifen, wie die Salze der Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, (hydrierten) Erucasäure und Behensäure sowie insbesondere aus natürlichen Fettsäuren, zum Beispiel Kokos-, Palmkern-, Olivenöl- oder Talgfettsäuren, abgeleitete Seifengemische.
Die anionischen Tenside sowie die Seifen können in Form ihrer Natrium-, Kalium-, Magnesiumoder Ammoniumsalze vorliegen. Vorzugsweise liegen die anionischen Tenside in Form ihrer Natriumsalze vor. Weitere bevorzugte Gegenionen für die anionischen Tenside sind auch die protonierten Formen von Cholin, Triethylamin, Monoethanolamin oder Methylethylamin.
Zusätzlich zu den genannten nichtionischen und anionischen Tensiden kann das Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel weitere kationische und/oder zwitterionische Tenside umfassen. Aus anwendungstechnischer Sicht enthält das Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel bevorzugt nichtionische und anionische Tenside. Optional enthaltene kationische und/oder zwitterionische Tenside sind in der Literatur ausführlich beschrieben und dem Fachmann somit hinlänglich bekannt.
Erfindungsgemäß kann das Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel neben den Tensiden weitere Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, die die anwendungstechnischen und/oder ästhetischen Eigenschaften des Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittels weiter verbessern. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung enthält das Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel vorzugsweise zusätzlich einen oder mehrere Stoffe aus der Gruppe der Gerüststoffe, Bleichmittel, Bleichkatalysatoren, Bleichaktivatoren, Enzyme, Elektrolyte, nichtwässrigen Lösungsmittel, pH- Stellmittel, Parfümzusammensetzungen, Parfümträger, Fluoreszenzmittel, Farbstoffe, Hydrotope, Schauminhibitoren, Silikonöle, Soil-Release-Polymere, Vergrauungsinhibitoren, Einlaufverhinderer, Knitterschutzmittel, Farbübertragungsinhibitoren, weitere antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffe, Germizide, Fungizide, Antioxidantien, Konservierungsmittel, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Antistatika, Bittermittel, Bügelhilfsmittel, Phobier- und Imprägniermittel, Quell- und Schiebefestmittel, weichmachenden Komponenten, hautpflegenden Mittel, Waschkraft-verstärkenden Polymer („Booster-Polymere") sowie UV-Absorber.
Besonders bevorzugte zusätzliche Inhaltsstoffe sind Gerüststoffe, Enzyme, Elektrolyte, nichtwässrige Lösungsmittel, pH-Stellmittel, Parfümzusammensetzungen, Fluoreszenzmittel, Farbstoffe, Hydrotope, Schauminhibitoren, Soil-Release-Polymere, Vergrauungsinhibitoren, Farbübertragungsinhibitoren, weichmachenden Komponenten, UV-Absorber sowie Mischungen daraus.
Als Gerüststoffe, die in dem Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel enthalten sein können, sind insbesondere Silikate, Aluminiumsilikate (insbesondere Zeolithe), Carbonate, Salze organischer Di- und Polycarbonsäuren sowie Mischungen dieser Stoffe zu nennen.
Organische Gerüststoffe, welche in dem Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel vorhanden sein können, sind beispielsweise die in Form ihrer Natriumsalze einsetzbaren Polycarbonsäuren, wobei unter Polycarbonsäuren solche Carbonsäuren verstanden werden, die mehr als eine Säurefunktion tragen. Beispielsweise sind dies Citronensäure, Adipinsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Äpfelsäure, Weinsäure, Maleinsäure, Fumarsäure, Zuckersäuren, Aminocarbonsäuren, Nitrilotriessigsäure (NTA), Methylglycindiessigsäure (MGDA) und deren Abkömmlinge sowie Mischungen aus diesen. Bevorzugte Salze sind die Salze der Polycarbonsäuren wie Citronensäure, Adipinsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Weinsäure, Zuckersäuren und Mischungen aus diesen.
Als Gerüststoffe sind weiter polymere Polycarboxylate geeignet. Dies sind beispielsweise die Alkalimetallsalze der Polyacrylsäure oder der Polymethacrylsäure, zum Beispiel solche mit einer relativen Molekülmasse von 600 bis 750.000 g / mol.
Geeignete Polymere sind insbesondere Polyacrylate, die bevorzugt eine Molekülmasse von 1.000 bis 15.000 g / mol aufweisen. Aufgrund ihrer überlegenen Löslichkeit können aus dieser Gruppe wiederum die kurzkettigen Polyacrylate, die Molmassen von 1.000 bis 10.000 g / mol, und besonders bevorzugt von 1.000 bis 5.000 g / mol, aufweisen, bevorzugt sein.
Geeignet sind weiterhin copolymere Polycarboxylate, insbesondere solche der Acrylsäure mit Methacrylsäure und der Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure mit Maleinsäure. Zur Verbesserung der Wasserlöslichkeit können die Polymere auch Allylsulfonsäuren, wie Allyloxybenzolsulfonsäure und Methallylsulfonsäure, als Monomer enthalten.
Bevorzugt werden allerdings lösliche Gerüststoffe, wie beispielsweise Citronensäure, oder Acrylpolymere mit einer Molmasse von 1 .000 bis 5.000 g / mol in den flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt.
Das erfindungsgemäße Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel weist bevorzugt eine Fließgrenze auf. Die Fließgrenze bezeichnet die kleinste Spannung (Kraft pro Fläche), oberhalb derer ein plastischer Stoff sich rheologisch wie eine Flüssigkeit verhält. Sie wird daher in Pascal (Pa) angegeben. Die Fließgrenze des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels liegt insbesondere bei 25 °C im Bereich von 0, 1 bis 1 ,0 Pa, bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,2 bis 0,9 Pa, insbesondere im Bereich von 0,3 bis 0,8 Pa. Die Fließgrenze wird erfindungsgemäß durch Messung mit einem Rheometer, insbesondere mit einem Rheometer AR 1000-N der Firma Texas Instruments, bei einer Temperatur von 25°C bestimmt. Das Rheometer AR 1000-N ist ein absolut messendes Rheometer. Die von dem Rheometer AR 1000-N ausgegebenen Messwerte werden zudem abhängig von den verwendeten Messgeometrien mit entsprechenden Korrekturfaktoren korrigiert, so dass das verwendete Rheometer AR 1000-N von der Messgeometrie unabhängige und verlässliche, absolute Messwerte ermittelt.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel kann als zusätzlichen Inhaltsstoff, insbesondere wenn es eine Fließgrenze aufweist, dispergierte Partikel, deren Durchmesser entlang ihrer größten räumlichen Ausdehnung vorzugsweise 1 bis 2000 μιη beträgt, enthalten. Partikel können im Sinne dieser Erfindung Kapseln, Abrasivstoffe als auch Pulver, Granulate oder Compounds von in dem Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel unlöslichen Verbindungen sein, wobei Kapseln bevorzugt sind.
Unter dem Begriff "Kapsel" werden einerseits Aggregate mit einer Kern-Hülle-Struktur und andererseits Aggregate mit einer Matrix verstanden. Kern-Hülle-Kapseln enthalten mindestens einen festen oder flüssigen Kern, der von mindestens einer kontinuierlichen Hülle, insbesondere einer Hülle aus Polymer(en), umschlossen ist.
Im Inneren der Kapseln können empfindliche, chemisch oder physikalisch inkompatible sowie flüchtige Komponenten (= Wirkstoffe) des flüssigen Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittels lager- und transportstabil eingeschlossen werden. In den Kapseln können sich beispielsweise optische Aufheller, Tenside, Komplexbildner, Bleichmittel, Bleichaktivatoren, Färb- und Duftstoffe, Antioxidantien, Gerüststoffe, Enzyme, Enzym-Stabilisatoren, antimikrobielle Wirkstoffe, Vergrauungsinhibitoren, Antiredepositionsmittel, pH-Stellmittel, Elektrolyte, Waschkraftverstärker, Vitamine, Proteine, Schauminhibitoren und UV-Absorber befinden. Die Füllungen der Kapseln können Feststoffe oder Flüssigkeiten in Form von Lösungen oder Emulsionen beziehungsweise Suspensionen sein.
Die Kapseln können im herstellungsbedingten Rahmen eine beliebige Form aufweisen, sie sind jedoch bevorzugt näherungsweise kugelförmig. Ihr Durchmesser entlang ihrer größten räumlichen Ausdehnung kann je nach den in ihrem Inneren enthaltenen Komponenten und der Anwendung zwischen 1 μιη und 2000 μιη liegen.
Alternativ können auch Partikel eingesetzt werden, die keine Kern-Hülle-Struktur aufweisen, sondern in denen der Wirkstoff in einer Matrix aus einem Matrix-bildenden Material verteilt ist. Solche Partikel werden auch als„Matrixpartikel" bezeichnet.
Die Matrixbildung erfolgt bei diesen Materialien beispielsweise über Gelierung, Polyanion- Polykation-Wechselwirkungen oder Polyelektrolyt-Metallion-Wechselwirkungen und ist im Stand der Technik genauso wie die Herstellung von Partikeln mit diesen Matrix-bildenden Materialien wohl bekannt. Ein beispielhaftes Matrix-bildendes Material ist Alginat. Zur Herstellung Alginat- basierter Partikel wird eine wässrige Alginat-Lösung, welche auch den einzuschließenden Wirkstoff beziehungsweise die einzuschließenden Wirkstoffe enthält, vertropft und anschließend in einem Ca2+-lonen oder AI3+-lonen enthaltendem Fällbad ausgehärtet. Alternativ können anstelle von Alginat andere, Matrix-bildende Materialien eingesetzt werden.
Die Kapseln können stabil in den flüssigen Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmitteln dispergiert werden. Stabil bedeutet, dass die Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel bei Raumtemperatur über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 4 Wochen und bevorzugt von mindestens 6 Wochen stabil sind, ohne dass die Partikel in dem Mittel aufrahmen oder sedimentieren.
Die Freisetzung der Wirkstoffe aus den Kapseln erfolgt üblicherweise durch Zerstörung der Hülle bzw. der Matrix infolge mechanischer, thermischer, chemischer oder enzymatischer Einwirkung.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten die flüssigen Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel Kapseln in denen ein oder mehrere Duftstoffe enthalten sind.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel sind flüssig und enthalten vorzugsweise Wasser als Hauptlösungsmittel. Daneben können dem Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel nichtwässrige Lösungsmittel zugesetzt werden. Geeignete nichtwässrige Lösungsmittel umfassen ein- oder mehrwertige Alkohole, Alkanolamine oder Glykolether, in einem solchen Konzentrationsbereich, in dem sie mit Wasser mischbar sind. Vorzugsweise werden die Lösungsmittel ausgewählt aus Ethanol, n-Propanol, i-Propanol, Butanolen, Glykol, Propandiol, Butandiol, Methylpropandiol, Glycerin, Diglykol, Propyldiglycol, Butyldiglykol, Hexylenglykol, Ethylenglykolmethylether, Ethylenglykolethylether,
Ethylenglykolpropylether, Ethylenglykolmono-n-butylether, Diethylenglykolmethylether, Diethylenglykolethylether, Propylenglykolmethylether, Propylenglykolethylether,
Propylenglykolpropylether, Dipropylenglykolmonomethylether, Dipropylenglykolmonoethylether, Methoxytriglykol, Ethoxytriglykol, Butoxytriglykol, 1 -Butoxyethoxy-2-propanol, 3-Methyl-3- methoxybutanol, Propylenglykol-t-butylether, Di-n-octylether sowie Mischungen dieser Lösungsmittel. Es ist allerdings bevorzugt, dass das Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel einen Alkohol, insbesondere Ethanol und/oder Glycerin, in Mengen zwischen 0,5 und 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel enthält.
Das flüssige Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel kann weiterhin ein Enzym oder eine Mischung aus Enzymen enthalten. Geeignet sind insbesondere solche aus der Klasse der Hydrolasen wie der Proteasen, (Poly)Esterasen, Lipasen, Amylasen, Glykosylhydrolasen, Hemicellulasen, Pektatlyase, Xyloglucanase, Cutinasen, ß-Glucanasen, Oxidasen, Peroxidasen, Mannanasen, Perhydrolasen, Oxireduktasen und/oder Laccasen. Die Menge an Enzym bzw. an den Enzymen beträgt vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0, 12 bis etwa 3 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel. Die Enzyme werden bevorzugt als Enzymflüssigformulierung(en) eingesetzt.
Die Herstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittels erfolgt mittels üblicher und bekannter Methoden und Verfahren. So können beispielsweise die Bestandteile der Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel einfach in Rührkesseln vermischt werden, wobei Wasser, nicht-wässriges Lösungsmittel, saure Komponenten, wie beispielsweise Alkylarylsulfonsäure, Citronensäure, Borsäure oder Phosphonsäure, Fettalkoholethersulfate, falls jeweils vorhanden, sowie das erfindungsgemäße nichtionische Tensid zweckmäßigerweise vorgelegt werden. Anschließend wird die Fettsäure, falls vorhanden, zugegeben und es erfolgt die Verseifung des Fettsäureanteils bei 50 bis 60 °C. Anschließend werden die weiteren Bestandteile, vorzugsweise portionsweise, hinzugefügt.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung die Verwendung eines flüssigen Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittels zum Waschen, Reinigen und/oder Vorbehandeln von Textilien. Bei Textilien im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung handelt es sich insbesondere um textile Flächengebilde, wie beispielsweise Bekleidungsstücke, Bad- oder Wäschetextilien. Diese können natürliche und/oder synthetische Fasern, wie beispielsweise Seide, Leinen, Baumwolle, Polyester, Polyamid oder Acetatefasen umfassen. Die Fasern können behandelt oder unbehandelt sein. Es sind weiterhin solche textile Flächengebilde umfasst, die aus gewebten oder nicht gewebten Materialien, wie beispielsweise Vliesstoffen, bestehen.
Ausführungsbeispiele:
Es wurden unterschiedliche Tensidzusammensetzungen hergestellt, in denen lediglich ein nichtionisches Tensid variiert wurde. Das Gesamttensidverhältnis wurde nicht verändert. In den Beispielen V1 , V2 und V3 (Vergleichsbeispiele) wurde ein kommerziell erhältliches Fettalkoholethoxylat mit einem linearen Alkylrest mit einer Kettenlänge C12 bis Cu eingesetzt. Der Ethoxylierungsgrad betrug 4 (V1 ), 7 (V2) beziehungsweise 9 (V3). In den erfindungsgemäßen Beispielen E1 und E2 wurde jeweils ein erfindungsgemäßes Fettalkoholethoxylat mit einem verzweigten Alkylrest mit einer Ci3-Kette und einem Ethoxylierungsgrad von 3 (E1 ) beziehungsweise 9 (E2) eingesetzt.

Die Angaben erfolgen jeweils in Gew.-% der Aktivsubstanz.
Es wurden die folgenden kommerziell erhältlichen nichtionischen Fettalkoholethoxylate eingesetzt: Tabelle 2
Die Fettalkoholalkoxylate wurden von der Firma Sasol Germany GmbH, Hamburg (Deutschland), bezogen.
Die Zusammensetzungen V1 , V2, V3 und E1 und E2 wurden in einem miniaturisierten Waschversuch zur Reinigung von fetthaltigen Anschmutzungen eingesetzt. Für die Versuche wurden die folgenden kommerziell erhältlichen Anschmutzungen verwendet:
10D Pigment/Sebum on Cotton (Pigment/Hautfett auf Baumwolle)
20D Pigment/Sebum on Cotton/Polyester (35/65)
(Pigment/Hautfett auf Baumwolle/Polyester (35/65))
CS61 Beef Fat on Cotton (Rinderfett auf Baumwolle)
CS62 Lard on Cotton (Schweinefett auf Baumwolle)
Die Anschmutzungen 10D und 20D wurden von WFK, Cleaning Technology Institute, Krefeld (Deutschland) erworben. Die Anschmutzungen CS61 und CS62 stammen von CFT, Center for Testmaterials BV, Vloadingen (Niederlande).
Die fettigen Anschmutzungen wurden in einem standardisierten miniaturisierten Waschtest gewaschen, danach gespült und getrocknet. Anschließend wurde der Remissionswert spektralphotometrisch mit einer Minolta CR400-1 Kamera vermessen.
Die Waschtemperatur betrug 25 °C, die Waschzeit 1 Stunde. Die Flottenmenge betrug 50 ml, die Dosierung der unterschiedlichen Zusammensetzung der Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel jeweils 0,21 g. Die spektralphotometrische Bestimmung des Remissionswerts erfolgte jeweils auf 5 Proben. In der nachfolgenden Tabelle 3 sind die Ergebnisse als Mittelwert der 5-fach Bestimmung für die einzelnen Anschmutzungen sowie deren Summe gezeigt: Tabelle 3:
Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass durch ein erfindungsgemäßes flüssiges Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel, welches ein Fettalkoholethoxylat mit einem verzweigten Alkylrest umfasst, ein besseres Reinigungsergebnis erzielt werden kann als mit linearen Fettalkoholalkoxylaten. Insbesondere das verzweigte Fettalkoholethoxylat mit 9 Ethoxylgruppen/Mol Fettalkohol (E2) zeigt eine sehr gute Reinigungsleistung sowohl bei den nur fetthaltigen Anschmutzungen CS61 und CS62, als auch bei den fett- und pigmenthaltigen Anschmutzungen 10D und 20D.
Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, dass höher ethoxylierte Fettalkoholethoxylate mit verzweigten Alkylketten die beste Fettentfernung bewirken. Dies ist daher überraschend, da bisher angenommen wurde, dass nichtionische Tenside knapp unterhalb ihres Trübungspunkts die stärkste Waschleistung haben. Der Trübungspunkt nichtionischer Tenside steigt mit wachsendem Alkoxylierungsgrad und insbesondere Ethoxylierungsgrad. Somit war zu erwarten, dass ein Fettalkoholethoxylat mit einem geringen Ethoxylierungsgrad zu besserer Waschleistung bei niedrigen Temperaturen führt. Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, dass dies zwar bei linearen Fettalkoholalkoxylaten zutrifft, nicht jedoch bei verzweigten Alkylketten.
Es hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, dass verzweigte Alkylketten grundsätzlich eine bessere Reinigungsleistung gegenüber linearen Alkylketten haben. Zudem sorgte überraschenderweise ein hoher Alkoxylierungsgrad, insbesondere ein Ethoxylierungsgrad für eine besonders gute Reinigung.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Flüssiges Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittel für Textilien mit einem Gemisch von anionischen Tensiden und nichtionischen Tensiden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nichtionischen Tenside wenigstens ein Fettalkoholalkoxylat mit einem verzweigten Alkylrest einer Kettenlänge von 9 bis 15 C-Atomen und einem Alkoxylierungsgrad von 3 bis 9 Alkoxylgruppen pro Mol Fettalkohol aufweisen.
2. Mittel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Alkoxylierungsgrad 9 beträgt.
3. Mittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fettalkoholalkoxylat ein Fettalkoholethoxylat ist, dessen Ethoxylierungsgrad insbesondere 9 beträgt.
4. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, der Fettalkoholrest 12 bis 14, insbesondere 13 C-Atome aufweist.
5. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fettalkoholalkoxylat eine oder mehrere endständige und/oder mittige Verzweigung(en), insbesondere zwei oder mehr endständige und/oder mittige Verzweigungen, aufweist.
6. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von anionischen Tensiden zu verzweigtem Fettalkoholalkoxylat im Bereich von 4:1 bis 1 : 1 , insbesondere bei 2:1 liegt.
7. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Fließgrenze aufweist, welche insbesondere bei 25 °C im Bereich von 0,1 Pa bis 1 ,0 Pa liegt.
8. Verwendung eines flüssigen Wasch-, Reinigungs- oder Vorbehandlungsmittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zum Waschen, Reinigen und/oder Vorbehandeln von Textilien.
