- the contact surface 160 may be substantially planar.
- the molding 156 may be formed substantially plate-shaped.
- the molding 156 may be formed of a metallic material, for example.
- the functional element recesses 158 can be produced, for example, by machining, in particular milling, or by etching on the molded part 156.
- the molded part 156 can have further recesses 162, which do not serve for receiving a functional element starting material, but for example for positioning the molded part 156 during its production or during a step of the method for producing the item of clothing 100.
- a filling auxiliary element 164 is arranged on the contact surface 160 of the molded part 156, which has a respective filling opening 166 assigned to each functional element recess 158 of the molded part 156.
- Each filling opening 166 of the filling auxiliary element 164 corresponds with respect to the geometry and the cross section of the geometry and the cross section, in particular the diameter, of the respective associated functional element recess 158 on the contact surface 160 of the molded part 156.
- the filling auxiliary element 164 is arranged on the molded part 156 such that the filling openings 166 of the filling auxiliary element 164 are aligned with the functional element recesses 158 of the molded part 156.
- the filling auxiliary element 164 is preferably designed as a, in particular flexible, surface element, for example as a filling auxiliary film 168.
- This surface element preferably has a thickness D of at least approximately 0.04 mm, in particular of at least approximately 0.08 mm.
- the thickness D of the sheet member is preferably at most about 0.7 mm, more preferably at most about 0.35 mm.
- a functional element starting material 170 is introduced through the filling openings 166 of the auxiliary filling element 164 into the functional element recesses 158 of the molded part 156, the filling openings 166 being filled with the functional element starting material 170 up to a top side 172 of the filling auxiliary element 164 facing away from the molded part 156 (see the Fig. 6 and 8th ).
- the functional element starting material 170 can be introduced into the functional element recesses 158 and the filling openings 166, for example, by means of a hand doctor 174.
- the functional element starting material 170 is pulled off flush, for example by means of the hand doctor 174, with the upper side 172 of the filling auxiliary element 164.
- a silicone material can be used as the functional element starting material 170.
- Particularly suitable is a silicone material, which is mixed from the components Elastosil LR 3003/60 A and Elastosil LR 3003/60 B. These two components are sold under the names mentioned by Wacker Chemie AG, Johannes-Hess-Strasse 24, 84489 Burghausen, Germany.
- Elastosil LR 3003/60 A and Elastosil LR 3003/60 B are mixed together.
- the auxiliary filling element 164 is removed from the molded part 156 (see FIG Fig. 7 ), in which case the functional element starting material 170 protrudes by a projection U from the functional element recesses 158.
- the supernatant U corresponds to the thickness D of the auxiliary filling element 164.
- the supernatant U is thus preferably at least about 0.04 mm, in particular at least about 0.08 mm, and preferably at most about 0.7 mm, in particular at most about 0.35 mm.
- This supernatant U causes sufficient amount of functional element starting material 170 to penetrate into the textile basic body 141 and thus be able to enter into a firm, permanent, materially bonded connection to the textile basic body 141.
- the molded part 156 is arranged on the associated region of the textile basic body 141, the molded part 156 with the contact surface 160 resting against the textile basic body 141 (see FIG Fig. 9 ).
- a pressing device 176 which may be formed, for example, as a transfer press (see Fig. 10 ).
- the molded part 156 and the textile base 141 are pressed under a pressing pressure of, for example, about 0.5 bar to about 1 bar, preferably about 0.6 bar, during a pressing time of about 4 minutes to about 8 minutes, preferably about 6 minutes, pressed against each other.
- the pressing device 176 is further heatable, so that the molding 156 and the textile base 141 during the pressing process at a pressing temperature in the range of about 140 ° C to about 200 ° C, preferably from about 170 ° C, can be maintained.
- the functional element starting material 170 hardens and forms a firm and permanent connection with the textile base 141.
- the textile base 141 and the molding 156 are cooled during a cooling time of, for example, about 10 minutes.
- FIG. 12 and 13 partial illustrated embodiment of a method for producing a garment 100 with a textile base 141 and materially connected to the main body 141 functional elements 146 differs from the first embodiment described above in that the introduction of the functional element starting material in the functional element recesses 158 of the molded part 156 not by means of a hand doctor blade 174, but by machine, for example in a screen printing machine 178, takes place.
- one or more mold parts 156 are introduced into a molded part receptacle 180 of a screen printing machine 178 and fixed there (see FIG Fig. 12 ).
- a filling auxiliary element 164 in the form of a filling auxiliary screen 182 is placed on the molded parts 156.
- the filling auxiliary screen 182 covers all mold parts 156 arranged in the molded part receptacle 180 and has an associated filling opening 166 for each functional element recess 158 of the molded parts 156, which corresponds in terms of its geometry to the associated functional element recess 158 and is arranged congruently therewith ( please refer Fig. 13 ).
- the filling auxiliary screen 182 is removed from the molded parts 156.
- the moldings 156 are released from the screen printing machine 178 and, as already described above, brought into contact with a respective associated textile base body 141 and then pressed.
