Claims (10)

  1. Mechanismus zum Bewegen von Liegestühlen (1), vorzugsweise zahnärztlichen Patientenstühlen, mit einer Rückenlehne (2) und einem Sitz (3), die relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, und wobei die Rückenlehne von einem Schwenkmechanismus getragen wird, ferner umfassend:
    - mindestens einen Nocken (14) mit einer vorgegebenen Kurvenkontur; wobei der Nocken den Sitz trägt und zumindest um eine Achse schwenkt, die im Wesentlichen einer Schwenkachse des Sitzes entspricht;
    - mindestens einen Wagen oder einen Schlitten (12);
    - mindestens ein Führungsloch oder -schlitz (11) für den Schlitten (12);
    wobei das Führungsloch oder -schlitz (11) sich im Wesentlichen in Richtung der Kontur des Nockens erstreckt,
    der Schlitten (12) zusammenwirkende Mittel mit der Kontur des Nockens (14) aufweist;
    und der Schlitten (12) durch den Schwenkmechanismus der Rückenlehne derart gleitend betätigt wird, dass, wenn der Schlitten (12) innerhalb des Führungslochs (11) oder -schlitzes mittels eines Betätigungssystems gleitet, der mit der Kontur des Nockens (14) im Eingriff stehende Schlitten (12) zumindest eine durch die Kontur des Nockens (14) selbst gesteuerte Schwingungsbewegung steuert und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Nocken durch eine Oszillation frei verschiebbar ist, aus einer Position, in der er mit den genannten zusammenwirkenden Mitteln des Schlittens (12) zusammenarbeitend im Eingriff ist, in einer Position, in welcher der Nocken (14) von den genannten zusammenwirkenden Mitteln beabstandet ist.
  2. Mechanismus zum Bewegen von Liegestühlen (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Nocken (14), der Schlitten (12) und das Loch oder der Schlitz (11) durch Blechstanzen in einfacher Ausführung herstellbar und vorzugsweise in zwei- oder mehrfacher Ausführung je nach Bedarf montierbar sind.
  3. Mechanismus zum Bewegen von Liegestühlen (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Nocken (14), der Schlitten (12) und das Loch oder der Schlitz (11) in einfacher Ausführung hergestellt und montiert werden kann, mit Bewahrung der spezifischen Kontur in der Rechts- und Links-Version.
  4. Mechanismus zum Bewegen von Liegestühlen (1) nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, wobei der Nocken (14) eine kreisbogenförmige oder elliptische oder parabolische oder hyperbolische oder lineare Kontur aufweist, oder eine Kombination der vorhergehenden.
  5. Mechanismus zum Bewegen von Liegestühlen (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Nocken (14) eine diskontinuierliche oder wellenförmige Kontur mit Ausbuchtungen und Einbuchtungen aufweist, so dass der Patient in eine Position gebracht wird, in welcher der Patient im Wesentlichen parallel zum Boden ist (Trendelenburg) und daraufhin in einer Position, in welcher der Patient seinen Kopf in der von seinem Zahnarzt gewünschten Höhe hat, jedoch der Patientenrumpf einen Winkel zwischen 105° und 130° gegenüber seiner Oberschenkel (maximale Komfortstellung, Kippstellung) bildet.
  6. Mechanismus zum Bewegen von Liegestühlen (1) nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, wobei die Kurvenform (14) erlaubt, den Patienten in einer Position perfekt parallel zum Boden zu bringen, wie auf einem Patiententisch.
  7. Mechanismus zum Bewegen von Liegestühlen (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Betätigungssystem ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus mindestens einem Getriebemotor (7), einem hydraulischen und/oder pneumatischen und/oder manuellen System.
  8. Mechanismus nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nocken oder die beiden Nocken außerhalb eines tragenden Zentralrevolvers jeweils auf einer Schwenkachse auf der entsprechenden Seite des Revolvers gelagert ist/sind, wobei die Achsen koaxial zueinander sind.
  9. Mechanismus nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Nocken oder diese Nocken bestehen aus im Wesentlichen ebenen Platten, die entsprechend der Nockenkontur geformt sind, und von der Außenseite des Stuhlauflagemechanismus durch andere Nocken mit unterschiedlichen Konturen austauschbar sind, um die Bewegungsgesetze zwischen Rückenlehne und Sitz zu verändern.
  10. Verfahren zum Verstellen der Rückenlehne (2) und des Sitzes (3) von Liegestühlen (1) relativ zueinander, vorzugsweise von zahnärztlichen Patientenstühlen, bei Verwendung eines Mechanismus nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, wobei die Bewegungsmöglichkeit von Rückenlehne und Sitz von der geometrischen Form des Nockens (14) abhängt.
