Claims (9)
- Patientenstuhl (1), vorzugsweise für die Zahnheilkunde, umfassend:- eine Hebegruppe mit einer Basis (4), an der ein Pantograph-Arm (5) angelenkt ist, und einen am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Pantograph-Arms (5) angelenkten zu verschiebenden Turm (14),- eine Bewegungsgruppe zum relativen Bewegen eines Sitzes (3), umfassend ein Untersitzteil (15), das seinerseits über zwei Kolbenstangen (6, 7) mit dem Turm (14) gelenkig verbunden ist,
und eine entlang eines Kreisbogens zurücklehnbare Rückenlehne (2), wobei der Stuhl (1) ferner einen Längsausgleichsmechanismus aufweist, der beim Zurücklehnen die Verstellung der Rückenlehne in Richtung der Längsachse des Patienten bewirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein prismatisches Bogenführungssystem für Zurücklehnbewegungen und Längsausgleichsbewegungen der Rückenlehne (2) vorgesehen ist und mit einem Gelenkviereck zur Bewegung des Untersitzelementes (15) und des Sitzes (3) dynamisch zusammenwirkt, wobei das Gelenkviereck die beiden Kolbenstangen (6, 7), den Turm (14) und das Untersitzteil (15), das den Sitz (3) mit dem Turm (14) verbindet, umfasst, und dadurch, dass- nur ein Aktuator vorgesehen ist, der mit einem Element des prismatischen Führungssystems dynamisch verbunden ist und entsprechend das Viergelenk bewegt und- und dass das Bogenführungssystem einen Stütz-Bogenbügel (102) der Rückenlehne (2) umfasst, wobei der Bogenbügel (102) mit seinem der Rückenlehne (2) gegenüberliegenden Ende in eine Bogenführung verschieblich eingreift, welche ebenfalls gegenüber dem relativ zu dem Drehturm (14) beweglichen Untersitzteil (15) ortsfest angeordnet ist, wobei das Verschieben des Bogenbügels (102) eine Veränderung der Rückenlehnenneigung und eine gleichzeitige Vefahrbewegung der Rückenlehne (2) in Richtung der Stuhllängsachse und entsprechend dem Kippwinkel und der Kipprichtung bewirkt. - Patientenstuhl (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Aktuator ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: hydraulischen, pneumatischen, elektrischen oder elektromechanischen Aktuatoren.
- Patientenstuhl (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sitz (3) fixiert ist und durch eine Hebelanordnung (12) eine Gelenkverbindung auf Höhe des Patientenknies mit einer Beinauflage (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Patientenstuhl (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Gelenkviereck zwei Kolbenstangen (6, 7) unterschiedlicher Länge umfasst.
- Patientenstuhl (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die kürzeste Kolbenstange (6) zum Patientenkopf hin positioniert ist, während die längste Kolbenstange (7) zu den Patientenfüssen hin positioniert ist.
- Patientenstuhl (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die die Gelenkverbindung zwischen Rückenlehne (2) und Sitz (3) erlaubende prismatische Bogenführung symmetrisch zur Längsachse des Patienten mittig positioniert ist.
- Patientenstuhl (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 -6, wobei die die Gelenkverbindung zwischen Rückenlehne (2) und Sitz (3) erlaubende prismatische Bogenführung seitlich auf der rechten oder linken Seite bezüglich der Längsachse des Patienten positioniert ist.
- Patientenstuhl (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 -6, wobei zwei die Gelenkverbindung zwischen Rückenlehne (2) und Sitz (3) erlaubende prismatischen Bogenführungen vorgesehen sind, die seitlich auf der rechten und linken Seite in Bezug auf die Längsachse des Patienten angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum jeweiligen Bewegen einer Rückenlehne (2) und eines Sitzes (3) und optional einer Beinauflage (13) eines Stuhls (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, wobei das Verfahren eine Änderung der Rückenlehnenneigung und eine gleichzeitige Verfahrbewegung der Rückenlehne (2) in Richtung der Stuhllängsachse und entsprechend dem Kippwinkel und der Kipprichtung vorsieht, unter Verwendung mindestens eines prismatischen Bogenführungssystems und eines Gelenkvierecks (6, 7), das aus zwei Kolbenstangen besteht, die an einem festen Element, d. h. dem Turm (14), und einem beweglichen Element, d. h. dem mit dem Sitz (3) verbundenen Untersitzteil (15) angelenkt sind, wobei Zapfen (8, 9, 10, 11) an den Kolbenstangen (6, 7) als Drehpunkte vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Stütz-Bogenbügel (102) der Rückenlehne (2) verwendet, wobei der Bogenbügel mit seinem der Rückenlehne (2) gegenüberliegenden Ende in einer Bogenführung verschieblich eingreift und gegenüber dem relativ zu dem Turm (14) beweglichen Untersitzteil (15) ortsfest ist und nur einen Aktuator verwendet.
