Definitions
- the invention relates to a spinning rotor for a working with high rotor speeds open-end spinning device with a rotor cup having a rotor bottom and an opening and has a designed as a fiber sliding wall wall portion.
- spinning rotors of open-end spinning devices usually have a rotor shaft for supporting and driving the spinning rotor and a rotor cup arranged on the rotor shaft for producing a yarn.
- the spinning rotors are increasingly equipped with a single drive and, for example, magnetically supported.
- the rotor shaft is usually formed in two parts, that is, the rotor shaft consists of a front part on which the rotor cup is fixed, and a rear part, which has the rotor-side components of the drive and the magnetic bearing of the spinning rotor ,
- the two rotor shaft parts are connected to each other during the spinning operation via a coupling device and, if necessary, detachable from each other.
- spinning rotors which are used in modern open-end rotor spinning machines and are designed accordingly for high operating speeds.
- These known spinning rotors have rotor cups, which are each rotated from full material and have an aerodynamically advantageously formed outer surface.
- the rotor cups of these spinning rotors have an annular wall portion, which is formed so that the thickness of the wall portion from the opening of the rotor cup in the direction of the rotor bottom constantly increases slightly.
- the rotor bottom of these spinning rotors is designed so that the cross section of the rotor bottom increases from outside to inside. That is, such spinning rotors have their greatest thickness in the region of a central connecting collar, in which the front part of the rotor shaft is mounted.
- Spinning rotors which can be operated with very high operating speeds and are characterized by a good economy, are also due to the DE 10 2005 021 920 A1 and the DE 10 2007 007 260 A1 known.
- various joining methods are described with which in a spinning rotor, which is driven by a single motor and magnetically mounted, the rotor cup can be reliably connected to an associated rotor shaft part.
- the rotor cups of these spinning rotors are characterized by a weight-optimized construction, wherein the rotor shaft is formed in two parts.
- connection means which at least partially encapsulate through a connecting element formed as a cast part become.
- the casting then forms a positive connection between the front rotor shaft part and the rotor cup.
- spinning rotors are known whose rotor cups are produced by chipless deformation.
- these known spinning rotors serves as a starting material for the rotor cup a cold-rolled fine steel sheet, which is formed by means of appropriate tools to a rotor cup.
- the reinforcement is formed either as a crimp arranged in the region of the rotor cup opening, or as a ring which is placed on the outer circumference of the rotor cup in the area of the rotor cup opening.
- the present invention seeks to develop rotational speed fixed spinning rotors, that is, spinning rotors, with which high speeds> 150 000 min -1 can be realized easily and reliably.
- a spinning rotor which is characterized in that the rotor cup in the transition region between the rotor bottom and the annular wall portion has a pointing away from the opening of the rotor cup support collar.
- the rotor bottom may preferably have a connection collar for fastening the rotor shaft.
- the rotor bottom may be formed integrally with the rotor shaft.
- the annular wall portion may be formed thin-walled with a wall thickness of less than 1.5 mm.
- the support collar is designed as a rotationally symmetrical ring. Such a design can ensure that during the operation of the spinning rotor by the support collar no unilaterally acting centrifugal forces are generated, which would lead to an additional material stress of the rotor cup.
- the support collar has a substantially triangular cross-sectional area and is integrally formed on the back of the rotor bottom of the rotor cup.
- the support collar has a depth which corresponds to less than one third of the length of the rotor cup. That is, in practice, the depth of the support collar is preferably between 2 and 5 mm.
- FIG. 1 is an open-end spinning device 1 with a magnetically mounted and single motor driven spinning rotor 3 is shown.
- Such open-end spinning devices 1 are known per se and for example in the EP 0 972 868 A2 described in relative detail.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- In
