Kraftfahrzeugtürverschlüsse der genannten Art sind bereits aus der WO 2004/079137 A2 bekannt. Hier ist vorgesehen, im Falle von festgefrorenen oder durch Unfall verzogene Kraftfahrzeugtüren eine Notbetätigungshandhabe zum manuellen Öffnen bei blockiertem Ausstellvorgang von Kraftfahrzeugtüren bereitzustellen. Eine solche Notbetätigungshandhabe wird beispielsweise in Form eines Klapp- oder Ziehgriffs vorgeschlagen. So kann über die Notbetätigungshandhabe eine größere Kraft aufgebracht werden, um die entsprechende Kraftfahrzeugtür zu öffnen.
Allerdings können sich Probleme dann ergeben, wenn sich der Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss, beispielsweise bei einem Unfall, noch immer in einer verriegelten oder entriegelten Hauptraststellung befindet. Die Tür ist dann verschlossen bzw. geschlossen. In diesen Fällen kann oft, auch unter großen Kraftanstrengungen, die Kraftfahrzeugtür nicht mit einer Notbetätigungshandhabe geöffnet werden. Hier setzt die Erfindung ein.
Der Erfindung liegt das technische Problem zugrunde, einen Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss der eingangs beschriebenen Gestaltung so weiter zu entwickeln, dass die Notbetätigungshandhabe während des Notöffnens, insbesondere bei Unfällen, erfolgreich betätigbar ist.
Zur Lösung dieser technischen Problemstellung schlägt die Erfindung bei einem gattungsgemäßen Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss vor, dass während des Notöffnens das Gesperre zunächst motorisch von seiner Hauptraststellung in seine Vorraststellung bewegt wird bevor die Notbetätigungshandhabe aktivierbar ist.
Wenn das Gesperre zunächst motorisch in seine Vorraststellung bewegt wird bevor die Notbetätigungshandhabe aktivierbar ist, so wird sichergestellt, dass bei einer Betätigung der Notbetätigungshandhabe nicht gegen ein noch in einer Hauptraststellung befindliches Gesperre gearbeitet wird. Im letzteren Fall wird mittels eines Motors die Drehfalle von der Hauptraststellung (geschlossene bzw. verschlossene Kraftfahrzeugtür) in eine Vorraststellung (aufgrund der elastischen Wirkung von Türdichtungen leicht ausgestellte, aber immer noch blockierte Tür) überführt. Eine Überführung in eine komplett geöffnete Stellung der Drehfalle ist hingegen nicht sinnvoll, weil z. B. im Falle eines Unfalls die Türen durch die Wucht des Aufpralls aufgerissen werden könnten.
Der Vorteil der Vorraststellung gegenüber der Hauptraststellung ist derjenige, dass die Tür im Falle von festgefrorenen/verklebten/verzogenen Teilen meist leichter geöffnet werden kann. Oft bedarf es dann nur noch eines Rucks, um die Tür zu öffnen.
Zwar können über Türgriffe teilweise erhebliche Kräfte aufgebracht werden, doch im Falle von erfindungsgemäßen Elektroschlössern gibt es keine mechanische Kopplung zwischen Türgriff und Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss. In bestimmten Situationen, beispielsweise im Falle von Unfällen, reagiert der Kraftfahrzeugverschluss aufgrund eines Defektes nicht auf die Befehle des Bedieners, so dass die Drehfalle in der Hauptraststellung verharrt. Es können eine ganze Reihe von beteiligten Elementen funktionsuntüchtig sein, so dass die Tür nicht mehr geöffnet werden kann.   1.   3. Motor vehicle door latch according to claim 2, characterized in that the sensor signal is a signal of an acceleration sensor, in particular of a crash sensor.
  4. Motor vehicle door latch according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the emergency activation handle is transferred dependent on the sensor signal into a position which can be activated by the operator.
  5. Motor vehicle door latch according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the activatable position of the emergency activation handle (1) corresponds to an exposed position (2) compared to a motor vehicle surface and/or a position accessible via a cover (3).
  6. Motor vehicle door latch according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the locking mechanism is moved via an electromotor of the pawl into the pre-ratchet position.
