- Fenêtre ou porte comportant un dormant (1), un battant (3) et une installation d'entrainement pour le battant (3) monté pivotant sur le dormant (1), avec un entrainement électrique (5) installé, caché entre le dormant (1) et le battant (3), en position de fermeture du battant (3), cet entrainement étant en prise avec un moyen de traction (6) maintenu fixe par un côté pour pivoter le battant (3),
caractérisée en ce que
l'entrainement (5) est pivotant autour d'un axe de pivotement (10) décalé sur le battant (3) en étant chargé par un ressort (11) et l'entrainement (5) est pressé contre le battant (3) par le ressort (11) en position de fermeture du battant (3). - Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
le ressort (11) est guidé sur l'axe de pivotement (10) et il agit d'un côté contre un levier (8) portant l'entrainement (5) et de l'autre côté contre une console (9) reliée au battant (3),

le ressort (11) est tendu en position ouverte du battant. - Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 6,
caractérisée en ce que
le moyen de traction (6) est relié à une patte pivotante (14) reliée au dormant (1) sur le côté tourné vers le battant (3). - Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
