Claims (10)
- Dispositif de remplissage et de changement pour le remplissage d'au moins un récipient (10) avec un produit en vrac ainsi que pour le remplacement d'un récipient rempli de produit en vrac par un récipient (10') vide, comportant- une zone de chargement (A) pour au moins un récipient à remplir avec un produit en vrac,- un dispositif d'amenée (11) pour l'apport du produit en vrac à un emplacement de fourniture de produit en vrac (S) pour le récipient (10) se trouvant dans la zone de chargement (A),- au moins un emplacement de fourniture de récipient (L, V) pour le retrait et/ou l'apport de récipients respectivement remplis ou vides de ou à la zone de chargement (A),caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un moyen de déplacement (13) pour le déplacement bidimensionnel horizontal du récipient (10) dans la zone de chargement (A) par rapport à l'emplacement de fourniture de produit en vrac (S) lors du remplissage du récipient (10) et
en ce qu'un dispositif de levage (14) est prévu, d'une part, pour un déplacement vertical du ou des récipients (10) se trouvant dans la zone de chargement (A) lors du remplissage avec du produit en vrac, par rapport à un emplacement de fourniture de produit en vrac (S) et, d'autre part, pour le convoyage de la zone de chargement (A) à la ou aux emplacements de fourniture de récipient (L, V). - Dispositif de remplissage et de changement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage (14) est formé d'une colonne de levage, sur laquelle est prévue une glissière réglable verticalement (15), sur laquelle la zone de chargement (A) et le moyen de déplacement (13) sont disposés.
- Dispositif de remplissage et de changement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur l'emplacement de fourniture de produit en vrac (S) un baquet (16) réglable en hauteur au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage de hauteur (22).
- Dispositif de remplissage et de changement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le baquet (16) peut être mis dans une position de repos.
- Dispositif de remplissage et de changement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux emplacements de fourniture de récipients sont prévus, l'un (L) étant destiné à l'apport d'au moins un récipient vide (10') à la zone de chargement (A) et l'autre (V) au retrait d'au moins un récipient rempli (10) de la zone de chargement (A).
- Dispositif de remplissage et de changement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'emplacement de fourniture de récipient (L) en vue de l'apport d'au moins un récipient vide (10') est prévu sous l'emplacement de fourniture de récipient (V) en vue du retrait d'au moins un récipient rempli (10).
- Dispositif de remplissage et de changement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un système d'approvisionnement (17) pour des récipients vides et/ou remplis de produit en vrac.
- Dispositif de remplissage et de changement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le système d'approvisionnement (17) comporte une zone d'approvisionnement (18) pour des récipients vides (10') au niveau d'un support d'approvisionnement (20) qui est disposée sous la zone d'approvisionnement (19) pour les récipients remplis (10) au niveau du support d'approvisionnement (20).
- Dispositif de remplissage et de changement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'approvisionnement (18) pour les récipients (10, 10') présente au moins un plan incliné et en ce que des moyens sensoriels d'arrêt et de maintien (21) pilotent l'apport des récipients vides (10') à la zone de chargement (A).
- Dispositif de remplissage et de changement selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'approvisionnement (18) pour les récipients (10,10') présente au moins un plan incliné et en ce que des moyens sensoriels d'arrêt et de de maintien (21) pilotent l'apport des récipients vides (10') aux deux emplacements de fourniture de récipients (L, V).
