La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de flaveurs naturelles à partir de fruits, légumes et herbes aromatiques surgelés séparément (s.s.). En particulier, des distillats de flaveurs thermiquement inchangées, authentiques, peuvent être préparés par distillation, sur une colonne à cônes rotatifs, de purées qui sont fraîchement préparées à partir de fruits et légumes surgelés, par ex., de fruits s.s. (surgelés séparément).
