Claims (11)

  1. Groupe de fermeture automatique pour des couvercles de boîtes en carton (10) formées par découpe et pourvues ensuite d'un rabat de recouvrement ouvert (12), à l'aide d'un convoyeur inférieur (19), le groupe de fermeture comprenant pour l'essentiel un bâti (18) sur lequel est placée une colonne de manipulation (20) portant une tête de fermeture pour le positionnement dudit rabat de recouvrement ouvert (12) fermé au-dessus d'un corps de base (13) en forme de boîte parallélépipédique ou prismatique de la boîte, auquel ledit rabat de recouvrement (12) est relié par une ligne d'amorçage de pliage (14), ladite tête de fermeture étant disposée sur un chariot (36) qui se déplace transversalement à la direction d'avance des boîtes (10), ledit chariot (36) étant à son tour porté par un autre chariot (25) pouvant être déplacé verticalement dans ladite colonne de manipulation (20), ladite tête de fermeture comprenant un poussoir avant (28) qui agit, lors d'une première phase, sur un panneau central (15) dudit rabat de recouvrement (12) et, lors d'une deuxième phase, sur un autre panneau (16) situé avant ledit panneau central (15) et relié à celui-ci par une ligne d'amorçage de pliage, et une paire de poussoirs latéraux (19) qui agissent sur deux panneaux latéraux (16') supplémentaires du rabat de recouvrement (12), également reliés audit panneau central (15) par des lignes d'amorçage de pliage respectives, un moyen de commande étant prévu pour le déplacement desdits chariots et pour le mouvement desdits poussoirs (28, 29), en plus d'un ordinateur destiné à régler les dimensions desdites boîtes qui sont fermées, ledit chariot (36) pouvant être déplacé transversalement par rapport à la direction d'avance des boîtes (10) sur des guides (27) inclinées vers le bas, en direction du convoyeur (19) précité.
  2. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit poussoir avant (28) comporte deux séries de rouleaux (32, 33) espacées l'une de l'autre et disposées sur des arbres (34, 35), la première série de rouleaux (32), qui est disposée sur l'arbre (34), oscillant entre une position sur un plan horizontal, alignée avec le deuxième arbre (35) portant la deuxième série de rouleaux (33), et une position sur un plan vertical tournée de 90° par rapport à la première position.
  3. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit arbre (34) est disposé sur un élément de fixation (37) de forme angulaire, mis en rotation par une tige (38) d'un cylindre (39) situé sur le chariot (36).
  4. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit deuxième arbre (35) est porté sur ledit chariot (36) et lesdits rouleaux (33) agissent toujours et exclusivement (39) au-dessus du panneau central (15), le poussant et le maintenant dans une position de fermeture correcte sur le corps (13) en forme de boîte.
  5. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit chariot (25) supplémentaire de ladite colonne de manipulation (20) est amené à glisser verticalement au moyen de deux vis d' entraînement (26) verticales motorisées, espacées l'une de l'autre et mutuellement parallèles, couplées dans leur rotation et supportées sur un bâti (18) du groupe.
  6. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque poussoir de ladite paire de poussoirs latéraux (29), agissant sur deux autres panneaux latéraux (16') du rabat de recouvrement (12), est porté sur un autre chariot (40) individuel qui peut se déplacer sur le chariot (36) suivant la direction d'avance du convoyeur inférieur (19).
  7. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque poussoir latéral (29) comprend un support (41) faisant partie intégrante du chariot (40), supportant un cylindre (42), qui porte, à l'extrémité de sa tige (46), une plaque (43) en forme de L renversé, agissant sur l'un desdits panneaux latéraux (16') dudit rabat de recouvrement (12) afin de le pousser d'un plan horizontal à un plan vertical, aligné avec la paroi latérale (17) respective du corps (13) en forme de boîte.
  8. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits chariots (40) portant lesdits poussoirs latéraux (29) comportent des vis-mères qui sont placées à l'intérieur ou qui coopèrent avec des vis sans fin (47) supportées sur ledit chariot (36).
  9. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit convoyeur inférieur (19) comprend au moins une bande (21) disposée en anneau entre des poulies d'extrémité (22) et motorisée (en 45), qui reçoit lesdites boîtes (10) et les amène les unes à la suite des autres vers un rabat de recouvrement (12) et qui comprend une pluralité de rouleaux libres (23) qui font saillie depuis sa surface.
  10. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que des bords longitudinaux (30) sont disposés latéralement par rapport audit convoyeur et sont adaptés pour être déplacés au-dessus de la bande (21), en étant rapprochés et éloignés l'un de l' autre à l' aide de bras (31) entraînés par des actionneurs avec une variation dans les dimensions de la boîte (10).
  11. Groupe de fermeture automatique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend ledit ordinateur central (44) adapté pour recevoir les valeurs dimensionnelles de la boîte (10) devant être fermée, qui active automatiquement les positions et les mouvements, à la fois du poussoir avant (28) et des poussoirs latéraux (29), conjointement avec les bords longitudinaux (30), le chariot vertical (25), et également le mouvement avant et arrière du chariot (36) dans les différentes positions opérationnelles.
