Claims (11)

  1. Automatische Schließgruppe für Deckel von Pappkartons (10), die durch Stanzen geformt und mit Hilfe eines unteren Förderbands (19) mit einer offenen Deckklappe (12) nacheinander zugeführt werden, wobei die Schließgruppe im Wesentlichen einen Rahmen (18) umfasst, an welchem eine Manipulatorsäule (20) positioniert ist, die einen Schließkopf trägt, um die offene Deckklappe (12) in einen geschlossenen Zustand über einen parallelflachen oder prismatischen kartonförmigen Basiskörper (13) des Kartons zu positionieren, mit welchem die Deckklappe (12) durch eine vorbereitete Knicklinie (14) verbunden ist, wobei der Schließkopf auf einem Schlitten (36) positioniert ist, der sich mit Bezug auf die Förderrichtung der Kartons (10) quer bewegt, wobei der Schlitten (36) wiederum von einem weiteren vertikal beweglichen Schlitten (25) in der Manipulatorsäule (20) getragen wird, wobei der Schließkopf einen vorderen Schieber (28), der in einer ersten Phase auf eine zentrale Platte (15) der Deckklappe (12) einwirkt und in einer zweiten Phase auf eine weitere Platte (16) einwirkt, die vor der zentralen Platte (15) gelegen ist und mit dieser durch eine vorbereitete Knicklinie verbunden ist, und ein Paar seitliche Schieber (29) umfasst, die auf zwei zusätzliche Seitenplatten (16') der Deckklappe (12) einwirken, welche mit der zentralen Platte (15) ebenfalls durch jeweilige vorbereitete Knicklinien verbunden sind, wobei zusätzlich zu einem Computer zum Einstellen der Dimensionen des Kartons, der gerade geschlossen wird, ein Steuerungsmittel vorgesehen ist, um die Schlitten zu verfahren und um die Schieber (28, 29) zu bewegen, wobei der Schlitten (36) mit Bezug auf die Förderrichtung der Kartons (10) in Querrichtung auf Führungen (27) bewegbar ist, die nach unten hin zu dem vorstehend erwähnten Förderband (19) geneigt sind.
  2. Automatische Schließgruppe nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Schieber (28) zwei voneinander beabstandete Reihen von Rollen (32, 33) umfasst, die auf Wellen (34, 35) positioniert sind, wobei die erste auf der Welle (34) positionierte Reihe von Rollen (32) zwischen einer Position auf einer horizontalen Ebene, die mit der zweiten Welle (35) ausgerichtet ist, welche die zweite Reihe von Rollen (33) trägt, und einer Position auf einer vertikalen Ebene, die mit Bezug auf die erste Position um 90° gedreht ist, hin- und herpendelt.
  3. Automatische Schließgruppe nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (34) auf einer gewinkelt geformten Klammer (37) positioniert ist, die durch eine Spindel (38) eines Zylinders (39), der sich auf dem Schlitten (36) befindet, zur Drehung gezwungen wird.
  4. Automatische Schließgruppe nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Welle (35) auf dem Schlitten (36) getragen wird und die Rollen (33) immer und ausschließlich von oben auf die zentrale Platte (15) wirken, indem sie auf diese drücken und sie in einer korrekten Schließposition auf dem kartonförmigen Körper (13) halten.
  5. Automatische Schließgruppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zusätzliche Schlitten (25) der Manipulatorsäule (20) zum vertikalen Gleiten mit Hilfe von zwei motorbetriebenen vertikalen Antriebsschrauben (26) veranlasst wird, die voneinander beabstandet und zueinander parallel sind, in ihrer Drehung gekoppelt sind und an einem Rahmen (18) der Gruppe abgestützt sind.
  6. Automatische Schließgruppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Schieber des Paars von seitlichen Schiebern (29), das auf zwei weitere Seitenplatten (16') der Deckklappe (12) einwirkt, auf einem weiteren Einzelschlitten (40) getragen wird, welcher sich auf dem Schlitten (36) in Übereinstimmung mit der Förderrichtung des unteren Förderbands (19) bewegen kann.
  7. Automatische Schließgruppe nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder seitliche Schieber (29) eine mit dem Schlitten (40) einstückige Stütze (41) umfasst, die einen Zylinder (42) trägt, welcher am Ende seiner Spindel (46) eine umgedrehte L-förmige Scheibe (43) trägt, die auf eine der Seitenplatten (16') der Deckklappe (12) einwirkt, um sie aus einer horizontalen Ebene in eine vertikale Ebene zu drücken, die mit der jeweiligen Seitenwand (17) des kartonförmigen Körpers (13) ausgerichtet ist.
  8. Automatische Schließgruppe nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitten (40), welche die seitlichen Schieber (29) tragen, Führungsschrauben aufweisen, die in ihrem Inneren positioniert sind, welche mit Schneckenschrauben (47) zusammenarbeiten, die auf dem Schlitten (36) abgestützt sind.
  9. Automatische Schließgruppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das untere Förderband (19) mindestens ein Band (21) umfasst, das zwischen Endriemenscheiben (22) ringförmig angeordnet ist und motorbetrieben (45) ist, welches die Kartons (10) mit einer Deckklappe (12) empfängt und nacheinander zuführt, und welches eine Vielzahl von freien Rollen (23) umfasst, die aus seiner Oberfläche hervorstehen.
  10. Automatische Schließgruppe nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    Längsränder (30) seitlich mit Bezug auf das Förderband angeordnet sind, die geeignet sind, um über dem Band (21) mit Hilfe von Armen (31) aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegt zu werden, welche von Aktoren bei einer Änderung der Größe des Kartons (10) angetrieben werden.
  11. Automatische Schließgruppe nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    sie den zentralen Computer (44) umfasst, der geeignet ist, um die Größenwerte des Kartons (10), der geschlossen werden soll, zu empfangen, und der automatisch die Positionen und Bewegungen von sowohl dem vorderen Schieber (28) als auch den seitlichen Schiebern (29) zusammen mit den Längsrändern (30), dem vertikalen Schlitten (25) und auch die Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsbewegung des Schlittens (36) in die verschiedenen Arbeitspositionen automatisch aktiviert.
