Claims (14)
- Maschine zum Verpacken von Produkten in Kartons, enthaltend:- eine erste Bahn (L1) zum Fördern einer Folge von zu faltenden offenen Kartons (1);- eine zweite Bahn (L2) zum Fördern einer Folge von in den Kartons zu verpackenden Produkten (P), wobei die Fördergeschwindigkeiten der ersten und zweiten Bahnen synchronisiert sind, und wobei die zweite Bahn mit der ersten Bahn an einer Paarbildungsstation (S1) zusammenläuft, wo jedes Produkt einem entsprechenden offenen Karton zugeordnet wird;- Mittel zum Umfalten und Schliessen des Kartons um das Produkt, enthaltend zwei Faltelemente (15), die auf jeder Seite der Förderbahn des Kartons an einer Station (S4) zum Umfalten der Seitenklappen der Kartons positioniert sind; wobei die Maschine dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass jedes Faltelement (15) einen ersten und einen zweiten Schieber (16, 16') enthält, angelenkt an die Enden eines Hebels (17), der drehbar um einen mittleren Zapfen (18) angetrieben wird, und dadurch, dass sie Mittel für den Antrieb der Schieber (16, 16') enthält, die dazu bestimmt sind, aufeinanderfolgend und wiederholend den ersten Schieber (16) in Kontakt mit einer vorderen Seitenklappe (21) und den zweiten Schieber (16') in Kontakt mit einer hinteren Seitenklappe (20) der durchlaufenden Kartons zu bringen; wobei die genannten Schieber aus einem Paar von Armen (16, 16') bestehen, welche Teil eines Gelenkvierecks bilden und während ihrer Bewegung lotrecht zu der Kartonzuführrichtung (D) bleiben.
- Maschine nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der angetriebene Hebel (17) entlang der Förderbahn (L1) mit dem Vorlauf des Kartons synchronisiert ist, so dass er sich schneller bewegt, wenn er den zweiten Schieber (16') vorlaufen lässt, der die hinteren Seitenklappen (20) umfaltet, um den längeren Abstand auszugleichen, den der zweite Schieber zurückzulegen benötigt, um die Klappen (20) umzufalten.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum Regulieren der Höhe der Schieber enthält.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Hebel (17) in Übereinstimmung mit dem Vorlauf des Kartons (1) um 360° drehen kann, und zwar auf solche Weise, dass der erste und der zweite Schieber (16, 16') jeweils aufeinanderfolgend und wechselweise an die vorderen und hinteren Seitenklappen (21, 20) des Kartons herangeführt werden.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Station (S2) zum Umfalten der Seiten des Kartons enthält, enthaltend ein Paar von Pressnocken (7), die auf die umzufaltenden Seiten (27) wirken, und zwar in Kombination mit feststehenden Kontaktwänden (11), positioniert im Kontakt mit der Innenfläche des Kartons an den längsverlaufen Prägelinien (8), um eine C-Form zu bilden.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Faltstation (S3) enthält, um einen rohrförmigen Karton zu formen, enthaltend seitliche und obere Führungsprofile (12) zum Schliessen des Kartons.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Station (S5) zum Umfalten der oberen und unteren Klappen (4, 5) des Kartons enthält, enthaltend zwei Sätze von Zähnen (25, 26), angeordnet oberhalb und unterhalb des Kartons (1) und angetrieben durch jeweilige Ketten (23, 24) in der Zuführrichtung des Kartons auf solche Weise, dass die oberen und unteren Klappen jeweils an den vorderen und hinteren Flächen des Kartons umgefaltet werden. - Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine oder mehrere Klebevorrichtungen zum Auftragen von Kleber auf die Kontaktflächen zwischen den Seitenklappen (21, 20) und den oberen/unteren Klappen (4, 5) des Kartons in seiner fertiggestellten Form (6) enthält.
- Vorrichtung zum Umfalten der Seitenklappen eines entlang einer Förderbahn vorlaufenden Kartons, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen ersten und einen zweiten Schieber (16, 16') enthält, angelenkt an die Enden eines Hebels (17), und dadurch, dass sie Mittel für den Antrieb der genannten Schieber enthält, die dazu bestimmt sind, aufeinanderfolgend und wiederholend den ersten Schieber (16) in Kontakt mit einer vorderen Seitenklappe (21) und den zweiten Schieber (16') in Kontakt mit einer hinteren Seitenklappe (20) der durchlaufenden Kartons zu bringen.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieber aus einem Paar von Armen (16, 16') bestehen, angelenkt an das Ende eines einzigen Hebels (17), der drehbar um einen mittleren Zapfen (18) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (16, 16') Teil eines Gelenkvierecks bilden und während ihrer Bewegung lotrecht zu der Kartonzuführrichtung (D) bleiben.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der angetriebene Hebel (17) entlang der Förderbahn (L1) mit dem Vorlauf des Kartons synchronisiert ist, so dass er sich schneller bewegt, wenn er den zweiten Schieber vorlaufen lässt, der die Seitenklappen umfaltet, um den längeren Abstand auszugleichen, den der zweite Schieber (16') zurückzulegen benötigt, um die hintere Klappe (20) umzufalten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche von 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum Regulieren der Höhe der Schieber enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche von 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel sich um 360° auf solche Weise drehen kann, dass der erste und der zweite Schieber (16, 16') jeweils aufeinanderfolgend und wechselweise an die vorderen und hinteren Seitenklappen (21, 20) des Kartons herangeführt werden.
