Claims (14)

  1. Une machine pour emballer des produits dans des boîtes, comprenant :
    - une première ligne (L1) pour transporter une succession de boîtes (1) ouvertes à plier ;
    - une deuxième ligne (L2) pour transporter une succession de produits (P) à emballer dans les boîtes, où les vitesses de transport des première et deuxième lignes sont synchronisées et où la deuxième ligne fusionne avec la première ligne au niveau d'une station d'appariement (S1) où chaque produit est apparié avec une boîte ouverte respective ;
    - des moyens de pliage et de fermeture de la boîte autour du produit, comprenant deux plieurs (15) positionnés de chaque côté de la ligne de transport des boîtes au niveau d'une station (S4) prévue pour le pliage des rabats latéraux des boîtes ; la machine étant caractérisée en ce que chaque plieur (15) comprend un premier et un deuxième pousseur (16, 16') montés de façon pivotante aux extrémités d'un levier (17) qui est mis en rotation autour d'un point d'appui central (18), et en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens d'actionnement desdits pousseurs (16, 16') destinés à mettre, successivement et de façon répétée, le premier pousseur (16) en contact avec un rabat latéral avant (21) et le deuxième pousseur (16') en contact avec un rabat latéral arrière (20) des boîtes qui transitent ; lesdits pousseurs étant constitués d'une paire de bras (16, 16') qui font partie d'un quadrilatère articulé et qui restent, durant leur mouvement, perpendiculaires à la direction d'avancement (D) des boîtes.
  2. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le levier motorisé (17) est synchronisé avec l'avancement de la boîte le long de la ligne de transport (L1) de manière à se déplacer plus rapidement pour faire avancer le deuxième pousseur (16') de pliage des rabats latéraux arrière (20) afin de compenser la distance plus longue que ledit deuxième pousseur doit parcourir pour plier lesdits rabats (20).
  3. La machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de réglage de la hauteur des pousseurs.
  4. La machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le levier (17) peut tourner de 360° en synchronisation avec l'avancement de la boîte (1) de manière à présenter successivement et alternativement le premier et le deuxième pousseur (16, 16') aux rabats latéraux respectivement avant et arrière (21, 20) de la boîte.
  5. La machine selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une station (S2) prévue pour le pliage des côtés de la boîte et comprenant une paire de cames de pression (7) qui agissent sur les côtés (27) à plier en association avec des parois fixes de contact (11) placées en contact avec la face intérieure de la boîte, au niveau des lignes de pliage longitudinales (8), afin de former un « C ».
  6. La machine selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une station de pliage (S3) prévue pour la formation d'une boîte tubulaire et comprenant des profilés de guidage (12) latéraux et supérieurs pour la fermeture de la boîte.
  7. La machine selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une station (S5) prévue pour le pliage des rabats supérieurs et inférieurs (4, 5) de la boîte et comprenant deux séries de dents (25, 26) situées au-dessus et au-dessous de la boîte (1) et mues par des chaînes (23, 24) respectives dans la direction d'avancement de la boîte de manière à plier les rabats supérieurs et inférieurs situés, respectivement, sur les faces avant et arrière de la boîte.
  8. La machine selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un ou plusieurs dispositifs d'encollage destinés à appliquer de la colle sur les surfaces de contact entre les rabats latéraux (21, 20) et les rabats supérieurs/inférieurs (4, 5) de la boîte dans sa forme finie (6).
  9. Un dispositif pour plier les rabats latéraux d'une boîte avançant le long d'une ligne de transport, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un premier et un deuxième pousseurs (16, 16') montés de façon pivotante aux extrémités d'un levier (17), et en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'actionnement desdits pousseurs destinés à mettre, successivement et de façon répétée, le premier pousseur (16) en contact avec un rabat latéral avant (21) et le deuxième pousseur (16') en contact avec un rabat latéral arrière (20) des boîtes qui transitent.
  10. Le dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les pousseurs sont constitués d'une paire de bras (16, 16') montés de façon pivotante aux extrémités d'un même levier (17) qui est mis en rotation autour d'un point d'appui central (18).
  11. Le dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les bras (16, 16') font partie d'un quadrilatère articulé et restent, durant leur mouvement, perpendiculaires à la direction d'avancement (D) de la boîte.
  12. Le dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le levier motorisé (17) est synchronisé avec l'avancement de la boîte le long de la ligne de transport (L1) de manière à se déplacer plus rapidement pour faire avancer le deuxième pousseur de pliage des rabats latéraux afin de compenser la distance plus longue que ledit deuxième pousseur (16') doit parcourir pour plier le rabat arrière (20).
  13. Le dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes de 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de réglage de la hauteur des pousseurs.
  14. Le dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes de 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le levier peut tourner de 360° de manière à présenter successivement et alternativement le premier et le deuxième pousseur (16, 16') aux rabats latéraux respectivement avant et arrière (21, 20) de la boîte.
