Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de connexion électrique entre au moins un conducteur ou segment de conducteur plat et un câble. Le conducteur ou segment de conducteur plat conduit à une vitre, en particulier une vitre feuilletée, et à des composants électriques ou électroniques contenus dans celle-ci, tandis que le câble fait partie intégrante d'une connexion électrique externe. En outre, le conducteur ou segment de conducteur plat est formé sur un film support, en particulier un film de polyimide. Le système comprend également une encapsulation sous la forme d'un surmoulage en matériau synthétique, au moins dans la zone du point de contact électrique entre le câble et le conducteur ou segment de conducteur plat. Selon l'invention, un film adhésif thermoactivable est déposé dans la zone du film support en laissant libre l'espace destiné au point de contact électrique mais en entourant ce dernier. Une fois la connexion électrique établie au niveau du point de contact, le surmoulage en matériau synthétique est réalisé et, ce faisant, l'apport de pression et de température active en même temps le film adhésif afin de créer une liaison hermétique et résistante.
