- Procédé de production d'un corps multicouche (100, 200, 300), en particulier d'un élément de sécurité optique ou d'un élément décoratif optique, dans lequel dans le procédé :a) une première feuille décorative (3) monocouche ou multicouche est appliquée sur une feuille de support ;b) au moins une couche métallique (5) est appliquée sur le côté détourné de la feuille de support de la première feuille décorative (3) ;c) l'au moins une couche métallique (5) est structurée de telle sorte que la couche métallique (5)soit prévue dans une ou plusieurs premières zones (8) du corps multicouche (100, 200, 300) dans une première épaisseur de couche et soit prévue dans une ou plusieurs deuxièmes zones (9) du corps multicouche (100, 200, 300) dans une deuxième épaisseur de couche différente de la première épaisseur de couche, dans lequel en particulier la deuxième épaisseur de couche est égale à zéro ;d) sur le côté détourné de la première feuille décorative (3) de la couche métallique (5) est appliquée une deuxième feuille décorative (7) monocouche ou multicouche ;
caractérisé en ce quee) la première et/ou deuxième feuille décorative (7) est structurée en utilisant la couche métallique (5) comme masque, dans un premier secteur du corps multicouche de telle sorte que la première (3) ou la deuxième feuille décorative (7) soit enlevée au moins partiellement dans les première (8) et deuxième zones (9). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la première (3) et la deuxième feuille décorative (7) sont structurées en utilisant la couche métallique (5) comme masque dans le premier secteur, de telle sorte que les première (3) et deuxième feuilles décoratives (7) soient enlevées respectivement dans les première (8) ou deuxième zones (9) ou que la couche métallique (5) soit structurée en utilisant les première (3) ou deuxième feuilles décoratives (7) comme masque. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
dans l'étape c), une première couche de réserve (6) pouvant être activée au moyen d'un rayonnement électromagnétique est appliquée sur le côté détourné de la première feuille décorative (3) ou de la couche métallique (5) et en ce que la première couche de réserve (6) est exposée en utilisant un masque d'exposition au moyen dudit rayonnement électromagnétique. - Procédé selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
la deuxième feuille décorative (7) comprend une ou plusieurs deuxièmes couches de réserve colorées, pouvant être activées au moyen d'un rayonnement électromagnétique et en ce que, à l'étape e), l'une ou plusieurs deuxièmes couches de réserve colorées sont exposées au moyen dudit rayonnement électromagnétique du côté de la feuille de support, dans lequel la couche métallique (5) sert de masque d'exposition, dans lequel l'une ou plusieurs deuxièmes couches de réserve colorées comprennent des couches de réserve contenant en particulier au moins deux colorants différents ou colorants en concentrations différentes, et dans lequel en particulier, une ou plusieurs des une ou plusieurs deuxièmes couches de réserve colorées sont appliquées au moyen d'un procédé d'impression, respectivement sous la forme d'un dessin, et en particulier forment un premier motif. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la première couche de réserve (6) à l'étape c) est exposée du côté de la feuille de support, dans lequel le masque d'exposition de la première couche de réserve (6) est formé par la première feuille décorative (3), dans lequel la première feuille décorative (3) visualisée perpendiculairement au plan de la feuille de support dans le premier secteur dans les une ou plusieurs premières zones (8) présente un premier degré de transmission et dans les une ou plusieurs deuxièmes zones (9), un deuxième degré de transmission plus grand par rapport au premier degré de transmission, dans lequel lesdits degrés de transmission se rapportent à un rayonnement électromagnétique avec une longueur d'ondes appropriée pour une photo-activation de la première couche de réserve (6). - Procédé selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la première feuille décorative (3) comprend une ou plusieurs premières couches de vernis en particulier, colorées, qui sont disposées dans le premier secteur dans l'une ou plusieurs premières zones (8) ayant une première épaisseur de couche et dans l'une ou plusieurs deuxièmes zones (9) ayant ou non une deuxième épaisseur de couche plus petite par rapport à la première épaisseur de couche de telle sorte que la première feuille décorative (3) présente en particulier dans le premier secteur dans l'une ou plusieurs premières zones (8), ledit premier degré de transmission et dans l'une ou plusieurs deuxièmes zones (9), ledit deuxième degré de transmission, dans lequel l'une ou plusieurs premières couches de vernis sont appliquées sous la forme d'un dessin au moyen d'un procédé d'impression. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la première couche de réserve (6) à l'étape c) est exposée du côté détourné de la feuille de support, dans lequel pour l'exposition de la première couche de réserve (6), un masque (13) est disposé entre la première couche de réserve (6) et une source de lumière qui est utilisée pour l'exposition, dans lequel le masque visualisé perpendiculairement au plan de la feuille de support dans le premier secteur dans les une ou plusieurs premières zones (8) présente un premier degré de transmission et dans les une ou plusieurs deuxièmes zones (9), un deuxième degré de transmission plus grand par rapport au premier degré de transmission, dans lequel lesdits degrés de transmission se rapportent à un rayonnement électromagnétique avec une longueur d'ondes appropriée pour une photo-activation de la première couche de réserve (6). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
l'étape c) est réalisée après l'étape d) et à l'étape c), la couche métallique (5) est structurée en utilisant la deuxième feuille décorative (7) comme masque, en particulier par application d'un agent de gravure et en enlevant les secteurs de la couche métallique (5) non protégés par le masque et en ce que à l'étape e), la première feuille décorative (3) est structurée en utilisant la couche métallique (5) comme masque, en particulier par l'application d'un solvant et en enlevant les secteurs de la première feuille décorative (3) non protégés par le masque. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la première (3) et/ou deuxième feuille décorative (7) comprend une couche de vernis de reproduction dans laquelle un relief superficiel est façonné, et/ou en ce que sur la surface de la feuille de support tournée vers la première feuille décorative (3), un relief superficiel est façonné, qui comprend en particulier une structure diffractive, en particulier, un hologramme, un Kinegram®, un réseau linéaire ou un réseau croisé, une structure de diffraction d'ordre zéro ou un réseau échelette, une structure réfractive, en particulier un réseau de microlentilles ou une structure rétro-réfléchissante, une lentille optique ou une structure superficielle de forme quelconque, et/ou une structure mate, en particulier une structure mate isotrope ou anisotrope.
