Description
a)単層または多層をなす第1の装飾プライが、キャリアプライに施され、
b)少なくとも1つの金属層が、キャリアプライから向きが逸れている第1の装飾プライの側面に施され、
c)少なくとも1つの金属層は、金属層に、多層体の1つまたは複数の第1のゾーンにおいて第1の層厚が提供され、かつ多層体の1つまたは複数の第2のゾーンにおいて第1の層厚と異なる第2の層厚が提供されるように構造化され、特に、第2の層厚はゼロに等しく、
d)単層または多層をなす第2の装飾プライが、第1の装飾プライから向きが逸れている金属層の側面に施され、
e)第1の装飾プライおよび/または第2の装飾プライは、多層体の第1の領域において、金属層をマスクとして用いて、第1の装飾プライおよび/または第2の装飾プライが、第1のゾーンまたは第2のゾーンにおいて少なくとも部分的に取り除かれるように構造化される。
または金属層が、第1の装飾プライおよび第2の装飾プライをマスクとして用いて構造化されるように、構造化される。
a)単層または多層をなす第1の装飾プライ(3)が、キャリアプライに施され、
b)少なくとも1つの金属層(5)が、前記キャリアプライから向きが逸れている前記第1の装飾プライ(3)の側面に施され、
c)前記少なくとも1つの金属層(5)は、前記金属層(5)に、前記多層体(100、200、300)の1つまたは複数の第1のゾーン(8)において第1の層厚が提供され、かつ前記多層体(100、200、300)の1つまたは複数の第2のゾーン(9)において前記第1の層厚と異なる第2の層厚が提供されるように構造化され、特に、前記第2の層厚はゼロに等しく、
d)単層または多層をなす第2の装飾プライ(7)が、前記第1の装飾プライ(3)から向きが逸れている前記金属層(5)の側面に施され、
e)前記第1の装飾プライおよび/または前記第2の装飾プライ(7)は、前記多層体の第1の領域において、前記金属層(5)をマスクとして用いて、前記第1の装飾プライ(3)または前記第2の装飾プライ(7)が、前記第1のゾーン(8)または前記第2のゾーン(9)において少なくとも部分的に取り除かれるように構造化される、方法。

Claims (8)
- 多層体を生産する方法であって、
a)単層または多層をなす第1の装飾プライが、キャリアプライに施され、
b)少なくとも1つの金属層が、前記キャリアプライから向きが逸れている前記第1の装飾プライの側面に施され、
c)前記少なくとも1つの金属層は、前記金属層に、前記多層体の1つまたは複数の第1のゾーンにおいて第1の層厚が提供され、かつ前記多層体の1つまたは複数の第2のゾーンにおいて前記第1の層厚と異なり、ゼロに等しい第2の層厚が提供されるように構造化され、
d)単層または多層をなす第2の装飾プライが、前記第1の装飾プライから向きが逸れている前記金属層の側面に施され、
e)前記第1の装飾プライは、前記多層体の第1の領域において、前記金属層をマスクとして用いて、前記第1の装飾プライが、前記第2のゾーンにおいて少なくとも部分的に取り除かれるように構造化され、
工程c)は工程d)の後に実行され、工程c)において、前記金属層は、前記第2の装飾プライをマスクとして用いて構造化され、
前記第1の装飾プライおよび/もしくは前記第2の装飾プライは、表面レリーフが成型されている複製ニス層を備えること、ならびに/または表面レリーフが、前記第1の装飾プライに向いている前記キャリアプライの表面中に成型され、
前記マスクによって保護されていない前記金属層の領域の、腐食液の塗布および除去によって、構造化されること、および
工程e)において、前記マスクによって保護されていない前記第1の装飾プライの領域の、溶媒の塗布および除去によって、構造化され、
前記第2の装飾プライは、前記金属層を構造化するのに用いられる腐食液に、かつ前記第1の装飾プライを構造化するのに用いられる溶媒に、抵抗性があり、
前記金属層によって保護されていない前記第1の 装飾プライの領域は、溶媒を用いて取り除かれることを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記第2の装飾プライはプリントによってパターン化されて施され、前記第2の装飾プライには、前記第1のゾーンにおいて第3の層厚が提供され、かつ前記第2のゾーンにおいて前記第3の層厚と異なる第4の層厚が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の装飾プライは、1つまたは複数の有色層を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、前記第2の装飾プライによって保護されていない前記金属層の前記ゾーンは、腐食液を用いて取り除かれることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアプライは、前記第1の装飾プライに向いている側面上に、少なくとも1つの機能層を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面レリーフは、回析構造を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属層、前記第1の装飾プライおよび/または前記第2の装飾プライの構造化の後に、前記第1の装飾プライ、前記第2の装飾プライおよび/または前記キャリアプライの、前記キャリアプライから向きが逸れている表面の領域上に、補償層が施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 保護ニスが、前記キャリアプライから向きが逸れている前記多層体に施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
