Claims (19)
- 복층 호일체(multi-layer foil body) 형태의 광학적 가변 소자, 특히, 지폐 및 신용카드 등을 보호하기 위한 광학적으로 가변적인 보호 소자로서, 간섭에 의한 컬러 시프트를 발생시키는 간섭층 구조를 갖는 박막 및/또는 금속성 반사층이 상기 복층 호일체에 구비된 광학적 가변 소자에 있어서,상기 광학적 가변 소자는 투명 윈도우를 구비하고, 상기 박막 및/또는 금속성 반사층의 각각은 부분적인 소자, 즉, 각각 부분적인 박막 소자 또는 부분적인 반사층의 형태이며, 상기 부분적인 소자 또는 소자들은 상기 투명 윈도우의 표면 영역을 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 윈도우는 특히 회절 효과를 발생시키기 위한 회절 구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광학적 가변 소자는, 상기 투명 윈도우의 표면 영역 위로 그리고 상기 부분적인 박막 소자 및/또는 부분적인 반사층의 표면 영역 위로 모두 확장되는 회절 구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 위도우와 상기 부분적인 반사층 및/또는 부분적인 박막 소자 사이에 높이에 있어서 차이가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 윈도우는 부분적인 투명 소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 투명 소자는 채색된 투과층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 투명 소자는 산란 특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 투명 소자는 흡수층을 구비하고 스페이서층을 구비하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 투명 소자는 스페이서층을 구비하고 흡수층을 구비하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는 흡수층 및 스페이서층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는 다수의 상이한 굴절률의 층들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는 투과층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는 반사층, 특히 금속층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부분적인 박막 소자는, 상기 부분적인 박막 소자의 표면 영역을 단지 부분적으로만 덮는 부분적인 반사층, 특히 금속층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광학적 가변 소자는, 상기 투명 윈도우의 표면 영역 위로 그리고 상기 부분적인 박막 소자 및/또는 부분적인 반사층의 표면 영역 위로 확장되는 보호 래커층(protective lacquer layer)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광학적 가변 소자는, 상기 투명 윈도우의 표면 영역 위로 그리고 상기 부분적인 박막 소자 및/또는 부분적인 반사층의 표면 영역 위로 확장되는 복사층(replication layer)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광학적 가변 소자는, 상기 투명 윈도우의 표면 영역 위로 그리고 상기 부분적인 박막 소자 및/또는 부분적인 반사층의 표면 영역 위로 확장되는 접착층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 가변 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학적 가변 소자를 구비하는 보안 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학적 가변 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호일, 특히 엠포싱 호일 또는 박층 호일.
