- Procédé servant à fabriquer un corps multicouche (100), sachanta) qu'une strate décorative (3) mono- ou multicouche pourvue d'une première zone (8) et d'une deuxième zone (9) est réalisée sur et/ou dans une strate de support (1) pourvue d'une première face (11) et d'une deuxième face (12), sachant que la strate décorative (3) présente, vue de manière perpendiculaire par rapport au plan de la strate de support (1), dans la première zone (8), un premier degré de transmission, et, dans la deuxième zone (9), un deuxième degré de transmission plus grand par rapport au premier degré de transmission, sachant que lesdits degrés de transmission se rapportent à un rayonnement (7) électromagnétique présentant une longueur d'onde adaptée à la photoactivation,caractérisé en ceb) qu'au moins une couche (5) à structurer est disposée sur la première face (11) de la strate de support (1),c) en ce qu'une couche de réserve (6) photoactivable au moyen dudit rayonnement (7) électromagnétique est disposée sur la première face (11) de la strate de support (1) de sorte que la couche de réserve (6) est disposée sur la face, opposée à la strate de support (1), de la couche (5) à structurer au moins au nombre de une et que la strate décorative (3) est disposée sur l'autre face de la couche (5) à structurer au moins au nombre de une,d) en ce que la couche de réserve (6) est exposée depuis la deuxième face (12) de la strate de support (1) audit rayonnement (7) électromagnétique, sachant que la strate décorative (3) fait office, du fait de la réalisation de la première zone (8) et de la deuxième zone (9), de masque d'exposition, ete) en ce que la couche (5) à structurer au moins au nombre de une et la couche de réserve (6) sont structurées avec une précision d'adaptation l'une par rapport à l'autre au moyen de processus synchronisés les uns par rapport aux autres conférant une structure.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce
que la strate décorative (3) comprend une première couche de vernis (31), qui est disposée sur la strate de support (1) dans la première zone (8) avec une première épaisseur de couche et dans la deuxième zone (9) sans ou avec une deuxième épaisseur de couche inférieure par rapport à la première épaisseur de couche de sorte que la strate décorative (3) présente, dans la première zone (8), ledit premier degré de transmission et, dans la deuxième zone (9), ledit deuxième degré de transmission, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) comprend une première coloration (33, 34) de la strate de support (1), qui est réalisée dans la première zone (8) avec une première épaisseur de couche et, dans la deuxième zone (9) sans ou avec une deuxième épaisseur de couche inférieure par rapport à la première épaisseur de couche de sorte que la strate décorative (3) présente, dans la première zone (8), ledit premier degré de transmission et, dans la deuxième zone (9), ledit deuxième degré de transmission. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
que l'épaisseur de couche et le matériau de la strate décorative (3) sont choisis de telle sorte que le premier degré de transmission est supérieur à zéro, et/ou en ce que l'épaisseur et le matériau de la strate décorative (3) sont choisis de telle sorte que le rapport entre le deuxième degré de transmission et le premier degré de transmission est supérieur à deux. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins une structure en relief (42) est réalisée sur la première face (11) de la strate de support (1), et
en ce que la couche (5) à structurer au moins au nombre de une est disposée sur la surface (40) de la structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une, sachant de manière préférée que soita) une couche de réplication (4) est disposée sur la première face (11) de la strate de support (1) etla structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une est imprimée dans une surface (40), détournée à la strate de support (1), de la couche de réplication (4),
soitb) la structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une est imprimée dans la strate de support (1),et sachant de manière particulièrement préférée que la structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une est disposée au moins en partie dans la première zone (8) et/ou dans la deuxième zone (9). - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'une couche de compensation (10) est appliquée sur la première face (11) de la strate de support (1) après l'étape e), et/ou en ce qu'au moins une couche de la strate décorative (3) est appliquée sur la deuxième face (12) de la strate de support (1), sachant que de manière préférée la couche au moins au nombre de une, appliquée sur la deuxième face (12) de la strate de support (1), de la strate décorative (3) est retirée de la strate de support (1) après l'étape d'exposition d). - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un matériau photorésistant positif, dont la solubilité augmente dans le cas d'une activation par l'exposition, ou un matériau photorésistant négatif, dont la solubilité diminue dans le cas d'une activation par l'exposition est utilisé afin de réaliser la couche (6) photoactivable, et
en ce que la couche de réserve (6) est retirée dans le cas de l'utilisation d'un matériau photorésistant positif dans la deuxième zone (9) et dans le cas de l'utilisation d'un matériau photorésistant négatif dans la première zone (8), de préférence par un solvant, et sachant que de manière préférée la couche (5) à structurer est retirée dans la première ou la deuxième zone (8, 9), dans laquelle la couche de réserve (6) a été retirée, en particulier de préférence par un agent décapant. - Corps multicouche (100) comprenant une strate de support (1), qui présente une première face (11) et une deuxième face (12), et une strate décorative (3) mono- ou multicouche réalisée sur et/ou dans la strate de support (1), laquelle strate décorative présente une première zone (8) et une deuxième zone (9), sachant que la strate décorative (3) présente, vue de manière perpendiculaire par rapport au plan de la strate de support (1), dans la première zone (8) un premier degré de transmission et, dans la deuxième zone (9), un deuxième degré de transmission plus grand par rapport au premier degré de transmission, sachant que lesdits degrés de transmission se rapportent à un rayonnement (7) électromagnétique présentant une longueur d'onde adaptée à une photoactivation,
caractérisé en ce
que le corps multicouche (100) présente en outre au moins une couche structurée (5) dans le registre par rapport à la première zone (8) et à la deuxième zone (9). - Corps multicouche (100) selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce
que le corps multicouche (100) présente, dans la première zone (8) ou dans la deuxième zone (9), une couche de réserve (6) pouvant être photoactivée au moyen dudit rayonnement électromagnétique, sachant que la couche (5) structurée au moins au nombre de une et la couche de réserve (6) sont disposées de manière orientée de manière à s'adapter avec précision l'une à l'autre de telle sorte sur la première face de la strate de support (1) que la couche de réserve (6) est disposée sur la face, opposée à la strate de support (1), de la couche (5) structurée au moins au nombre de une et que la strate décorative (3) est disposée sur l'autre face de la couche (5) structurée au moins au nombre de une, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) comprend une première couche de vernis (31), qui est disposée sur la strate de support (1) dans la première zone (8) avec une première épaisseur de couche et dans la deuxième zone (9) sans ou avec une deuxième épaisseur de couche inférieure par rapport à la première épaisseur de couche de sorte que la strate décorative (3) présente, dans la première zone (8), ledit premier degré de transmission et, dans la deuxième zone (9), ledit deuxième degré de transmission, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) comprend une première coloration (33, 34) de la strate de support (1), qui est réalisée dans la première zone (8) avec une première épaisseur de couche et, dans la deuxième zone (9) sans ou avec une deuxième épaisseur de couche inférieure par rapport à la première épaisseur de couche, de sorte que la strate décorative (3) présente, dans la première zone (8), ledit premier degré de transmission et, dans la deuxième zone (9), ledit deuxième degré de transmission, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) est perméable au moins en partie à la lumière visible présentant une longueur d'onde comprise dans une plage allant d'environ 380 à 750 nm, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) est colorée avec au moins un colorant opaque et/ou avec au moins un colorant transparent, qui présente une couleur ou produit un effet coloré au moins dans une plage de longueurs d'onde du spectre électromagnétique, en particulier qui est multicolore ou produit un effet multicolore, en particulier en ce qu'un colorant est contenu dans la strate décorative (3), qui peut être excitée en dehors du spectre visible et qui produit un effet coloré identifiable visuellement, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) est colorée à l'aide au moins d'un colorant de la couleur jaune, magenta, cyan ou noir (CMYK) ou de la couleur rouge, vert ou bleu (RGB) et/ou est pourvue au moins d'un pigment ou d'une substance colorante pouvant être excité(e) par un rayonnement à fluorescence rouge et/ou verte et/ou bleue et qui produit de ce fait une couleur additionnelle lors de l'exposition au rayonnement. - Corps multicouche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8,
caractérisé en ce
que le premier degré de transmission est supérieur à zéro, et/ou en ce que le rapport entre le deuxième degré de transmission et le premier degré de transmission est supérieur à deux. - Corps multicouche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins une structure en relief (42) est réalisée sur la première face (11) de la strate de support (1), et en ce que la couche (5) à structurer au moins au nombre de une est disposée sur la surface (40) de la structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une, sachant de manière préférée que soita) une couche de réplication (4) est disposée sur la première face (11) de la strate de support (1) et la structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une est imprimée dans une surface (40), détournée de la strate de support (1), de la couche de réplication (4),ou queb) la structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une est imprimée dans la strate de support (1),et sachant de manière particulièrement préférée que la structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une est disposée au moins en partie dans la première zone (8) et/ou dans la deuxième zone (9). - Corps multicouche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10,
caractérisé en ce
qu'une couche de compensation (10) est disposée sur la face, opposée à la strate de support (1), de la couche (5) structurée au moins au nombre de une, sachant de manière préférée que la couche de compensation (10) est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche d'adhésion et/ou sachant de manière préférée qu'au moins une structure en relief (42) est réalisée sur la première face (11) de la strate de support (1) et que la couche (5) à structurer au moins au nombre de une est disposée sur la surface (40) de la structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une, qu'une couche de réplication (4) est disposée sur la première face (11) de la structure de support (1) et que la structure en relief (42) au moins au nombre de une est imprimée dans une surface (40), détournée de la strate de support (1), de la couche de réplication (4) et que l'indice de réfraction de la couche de compensation (10) est compris dans la plage de longueurs d'onde visible dans la plage allant de 90 % à 110 % de l'indice de réfraction de la couche de réplication (4). - Corps multicouche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins une couche de la strate décorative (3) est disposée sur la deuxième face (12) de la strate de support (1), et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) comprend au moins deux couches de vernis (31, 32) provoquant divers effets de couleur, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) comprend une première couche de vernis (31), qui est appliquée seulement par endroits sur la strate de support (1), et une deuxième couche de vernis (32), qui est appliquée sur toute la surface de la strate de support (1), et/ou en ce que la couche (5) structurée au moins au nombre de une comprend une ou plusieurs des couches qui suivent : une couche métallique, une couche hautement réfringente, une couche à cristaux liquides, une couche polymère, une couche à film mince, une couche à pigments, une couche semi-conductrice. - Corps multicouche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12,
caractérisé en ce
que la couche (5) structurée au moins au nombre de une présente une épaisseur comprise dans la plage allant de 20 à 1000 nm, en particulier allant de 20 à 100 nm, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) présente une épaisseur comprise dans la plage allant de 0,5 à 5 µm, et/ou en ce que la couche de réserve (6) présente une épaisseur comprise dans la plage allant de 0,3 à 3 µm. - Corps multicouche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 13,
caractérisé en ce
que la strate décorative (3) présente des pigments hautement dispersés, en particulier une dispersion de pigments K Microlith®, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) présente des absorbeurs inorganiques présentant une fraction de diffusion élevée, en particulier des absorbeurs d'UV à l'échelle nanométrique à base d'oxydes inorganiques, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) présente des absorbeurs organiques, en particulier des dérivés de benzotriazole, présentant une fraction massique comprise dans une plage allant d'env. 3 % à 5 %, et/ou en ce que la strate décorative (3) présente des pigments organiques ou inorganiques à fluorescence en combinaison avec des pigments hautement dispersés, en particulier des pigments K-Microlith®. - Corps multicouche (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 14,
caractérisé en ce
que la strate de support (1) est réalisée sous la forme d'un film de support mono- ou multicouche ; et/ou en ce qu'au moins une couche fonctionnelle (2), en particulier une couche de séparation et/ou une couche de vernis de protection, est disposée entre la strate de support (1) et la couche (5) à structurer au moins au nombre de une, de préférence directement sur la première face de la strate de support (1).
