Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Entspannung der Körpermuskulatur, insbesondere der Rücken- und Nackenmuskulatur.
  • Derartige Vorrichtungen sind dem Gebiet der Physiotherapie zuzuordnen.
  • Es ist bekannt, daß es
    • durch überwiegend sitzende Tätigkeit, sowie
    • bei ständig nach vorne gerichteter Körperhaltung, wie sie vielfach im beruflichen Alltag vorkommt oder
    • unter Einfluß von körperlichem oder geistigem Stress
    zur Belastung und infolgedessen Verkrampfung der tiefliegenden Bauchmuskulatur kommen kann.
  • Aus der US 2007/0270727 A1 sind eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Ausüben von kontinuierlichem Druck auf verschiedene Körperregionen bekannt. Dieser Druck wird seitens eines Therapeuten mittels der Vorrichtung auf den Körper des Patienten ausgeübt.
  • Die US 5,616,109 A beschreibt eine Bodybuilding-Vorrichtung mit einem Hebel zum Training der Armmuskeln und zum Fettabbau im Bauchmuskelbereich.
  • Aus der US 6,485,400 B1 ist eine Vorrichtung zum Trainieren der Rücken und Bauchmuskulatur bekannt, die aus einem länglichen Holm und mindestens zwei beabstandeten Vorrichtungen zum Übertragen von Kräften zwischen dem Holm und dem Körper des Benutzers besteht.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung liegt darin, eine Vorrichtung zum Lösen und Lockern der Körpermuskulatur, insbesondere der Rücken- und Nackenmuskulatur, zu schaffen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Vorrichtung ein Fußteil zum Blockieren der Vorrichtung mit den Beinen des Benutzers umfaßt, das T-förmig ausgebildet ist und aus zwei Schenkeln zum Legen unter die Kniekehlen des Benutzers und einem Mittelteil besteht, welches zur Verbindung über eine Verbindungsstange mit einem Applikator dient, welcher zur Druckausübung auf die Innenseite des Beckenknochens ausgebildet ist, wobei das Mittelteil, die Verbindungsstange und der Applikator ein U bilden, dessen einer Schenkel, der Mittelteil, sich in der Anwendungsstellung der Vorrichtung vom Fußteil nach oben erstreckt, dann unter Einschluß eines in etwa rechten Winkels in die Verbindungsstange übergeht, an die sich der wiederum in etwa rechtwinklig nach unten gerichtet (zum Becken des Benutzers hin) der Applikator anschließt, und daß eine Griffstange zur Druckausübung auf den Applikator vorgesehen ist.
  • Die Vorrichtung wird von dem Benutzer selbst in liegender Stellung angewandt. Das Fußteil der Vorrichtung dient lediglich der Fixierung und wird unter die Kniekehlen bzw. die Oberschenkel gelegt.
  • Nun wird der Applikator an der Innenseite des Beckenknochens angelegt und durch das Gewicht der an der Griffstange angreifenden Arme bei gleichzeitigem regelmäßigen Atmen ein leichter Druck auf die Innenseite des Beckenknochens ausgeübt. Hierdurch werden Verkrampfungen der Psoas-Muskulatur gelöst. Die Psoas-Muskulatur bildet das Bindeglied zwischen Oberkörper und Becken und hat somit den wichtigesten Einfluß auf die Körperhaltung. Sie setzt an TH12 bis L4 an und ist größtenteils von der Bauchmuskulatur verdeckt, so daß sie nur schwer zu erreichen ist. Lediglich im Bereich des Beckenknochens läßt sich die Psoas-Muskulatur ertasten. Der an L5 ansetzende Iliacus verbindet sich im Beckenbereich mit dem Psoasmuskel und Bildung des Iliopsoas. Durch die Druckausübung auf die Innenseite des Beckenbodens lassen sich somit Verkrampfungen der Psoas-Muskulatur lösen. Die unter die Beine gelegte Vorrichtung, deren Applikator im Bereich des Beckenbodens aufliegt, wirkt wie ein Hebel und durch Verlagern der Arme entlang der Griffstange kann entsprechend dem Hebelgesetz der ausgeübte Druck erhöht oder reduziert werden.
  • Vorteilhaft ist hierbei insbesondere, daß der Benutzer der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung selbst den Ort der Druckausübung und die Stärke des ausgeübten Drucks je nach den vorliegenden Beschwerden selbst bestimmen kann. Wenn der Benutzer eine Besserung an einer Stelle empfindet, rückt er den Applikator an die nächste Stelle. Zu Beginn wird die Übung nicht mehr als 10 Minuten am Tag durchgeführt, später kann je nach Befinden die Behandlungsdauer verlängert werden.
  • Mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung können Krankheitsbilder wie Lumbago (Hexenschuß), Ichialgie, anhaltend starke Nackenschmerzen und Bandscheibenvorfall bekämpft werden.
  • Die beiden Schenkel des T werden unter die Kniekehlen gelegt und der Mittelteil des T dient zur Verbindung des Fußteils über die Verbindungsstange mit dem Applikator. Der Mittelteil, die Verbindungsstange und der Applikator bilden ein U, dessen einer Schenkel, der Mittelteil des Fußteils, sich in der Anwendungsstellung der Vorrichtung vom Fußteil nach oben erstreckt, dann unter Einschluß eines in etwa rechten Winkels in die Verbindungsstange übergeht, an die sich der wiederum in etwa rechtwinklig nach unten gerichtet (zum Becken des Benutzers hin) der Applikator anschließt. Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich, das Fußteil anderweitig auszugestalten, beispielsweise mit Laschen, die um die Beine des Benutzers gelegt und mit Klettverschlüssen gesichert werden. Wichtig ist nur, daß die Vorrichtung um das Fußteil schwenkbar ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß der Applikator als im Wesentlichen zylindrisches Element ausgebildet ist.
  • Die auf den Körper des Benutzers wirkende Fläche des Applikators zwischen ca. 1 und 5 cm2, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 4 cm2 beträgt.
  • Weiterhin ist es zur Erfindung gehörig, daß sich die Griffstange in Benutzungsstellung schräg nach oben von dem Applikator weg erstreckt.
  • Durch diese schräge Anordnung wird sichergestellt, daß der Benutzer bequem über das Gewicht seiner an der Griffstange angreifenden Arme einen leichten Druck auf den Applikator ausüben kann.
  • Es ist vorteilhaft, daß im Bereich der Griffstange eine Sollbruchstelle vorgesehen ist.
  • Diese Sollbruchstelle dient dazu, einen zu hohen Druck auf den Applikator zu verhindern.
  • Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht darin, daß im Bereich des Applikators ein Magnet angeordnet ist.
  • Das Magnetfeld dieses Magneten beschleunigt das Lockern und Lösen der Muskulatur an der behandelten Körperstelle.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

  • Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, weist die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Entspannung der Körpermuskulatur, insbesondere der Rücken- und Nackenmuskulatur, ein Fußteil 1 zum Blockieren der Vorrichtung mit den Beinen des Benutzers, das über eine Verbindungsstange 2 mit einem Applikator 3 verbunden ist, welcher zur Druckausübung auf die Innenseite des Beckenknochens ausgebildet ist und eine Griffstange 4 zur Druckausübung auf den Applikator 3 auf.
  • Das Fußteil 1 ist vorzugsweise T-förmig ausgebildet. Die beiden Schenkel 1a, 1b des T werden unter die Kniekehlen gelegt und der Mittelteil 1c des T dient zur Verbindung des Fußteils 1 über die Verbindungsstange 2 mit dem Applikator 3. Der Mittelteil 1c, die Verbindungsstange 2 und der Applikator 3 bilden ein U, dessen einer Schenkel, der Mittelteil 1c, sich in der Anwendungsstellung der Vorrichtung vom Fußteil 1 nach oben erstreckt, dann unter Einschluß eines in etwa rechten Winkels in die Verbindungsstange 2 übergeht, an die sich der wiederum in etwa rechtwinklig nach unten gerichtet (zum Becken des Benutzers hin) der Applikator 3 anschließt.
  • Dieser ist als im Wesentlichen zylindrisches Element ausgebildet und weist eine auf den Körper des Benutzers wirkende Fläche zwischen ca. 1 und 5 cm2, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 4 cm2 auf.
  • Im Bereich des Applikators 3 kann ein Magnet, vorzugsweise ein Permanentmagnet, angeordnet sein.
  • Die Griffstange 4 erstreckt sich in Benutzungsstellung schräg nach oben von dem Applikator 3 weg. Der Benutzer übt über das Gewicht seiner an der Griffstange 4 angreifenden Arme einen leichten Druck auf den Applikator 3 aus. Im Bereich der Griffstange 4 kann eine Sollbruchstelle vorgesehen sein, die zur Druckbegrenzung dient.

Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Entspannung der Körpermuskulatur, insbesondere der Rücken- und Nackenmuskulatur, umfassend:
    ein Fußteil (1) zum Blockieren der Vorrichtung mit den Beinen des Benutzers dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fußteil (1) T-förmig ausgebildet ist und aus zwei Schenkeln (1a, 1b) zum Legen unter die Kniekehlen des Benutzers und einem Mittelteil (1c) besteht, welches zur Verbindung über eine Verbindungsstange (2) mit einem Applikator (3) dient, welcher zur Druckausübung auf die Innenseite des Beckenknochens ausgebildet ist, wobei das Mittelteil (1c), die Verbindungsstange (2) und der Applikator (3) ein U bilden, dessen einer Schenkel, der Mittelteil (1c), sich in der Anwendungsstellung der Vorrichtung vom Fußteil (1) nach oben erstreckt, dann unter Einschluß eines in etwa rechten Winkels in die Verbindungsstange (2) übergeht, an die sich der wiederum in etwa rechtwinklig nach unten gerichtete Applikator (3) anschließt, und daß eine Griffstange (4) zur Druckausübung auf den Applikator (3) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Applikator (3) als im Wesentlichen zylindrisches Element ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Griffstange (4) in Benutzungsstellung schräg nach oben von dem Applikator (3) weg erstreckt.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Griffstange (4) eine Sollbruchstelle vorgesehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des Applikators (3) ein Magnet angeordnet ist.
