Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schrankmöbel mit einem Möbelkorpus (10) umfassend wenigstens eine Seitenwand (11,12), einen Boden (13), einen Oberboden (14), mit wenigstens einer Verschlussanordnung (2) wie Jalousie, Rollladenmatte und dergleichen, welche im Bereich einer Öffnung (4) des Schrankmöbels von einer geschlossenen Position (GS) in eine offene Position (OS) und zurück bewegbar angeordnet ist, mit wenigstens einer am Möbelkorpus (10) angeordneten Führungsvorrichtung (3), wobei die Führungsvorrichtung (3) an wenigstens einer Stirnseite (5) des Möbelkorpus (10) befestigt ist, wobei die Führungsvorrichtung (3) wenigstens ein Basisprofil (6) mit wenigstens einem Führungselement (7) aufweist, wobei das Führungselement (7) von der Stirnseite (5) des Möbelkorpus (10) beabstandet und parallel dazu angeordnet ist, das wenigstens ein freies Ende der Verschlussanordnung (2), welches eine der Geometrie des Führungselements (7) angepasste Öffnung (20) aufweist, mit dem Führungselement (7) in Wirkverbindung steht.

Description

Schrankmöbel
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schrankmöbel mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Anspruchs 1. Dieser Schrankmöbel mit einem Möbelkorpus umfassend wenigstens eine Seitenwand, einen Boden, einen Oberboden mit wenigstens einer Verschlussanordnung wie Jalousie, Rollladenmatte und dergleichen, welche im Bereich einer Öffnung des Schrank- möbels von einer geschlossenen Position GS in eine offen Position OS und zurück bewegbar angeordnet ist, mit wenigstens einer am Möbelkorpus angeordneten Führungsvorrichtung, wobei die die Führungsvorrichtung an wenigstens einer Stirnseite des Möbelkorpus befestigt ist. Derartige Schrankmöbel sind im Stand der Technik bereits beschrieben.
So offenbart bspw. die DE 29907856 U1 einen Schrankmöbel mit einer Führungsvorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Gleit- und Schiebeelementen, wie beispielsweise Jalousien, Rollläden oder Schiebetüren und zumindest einer U-schienenförmigen Gleitbahn mit einem am Möbelkorpus befestigbaren Basisprofil und einem mit diesem verbindbaren Abdeckprofil zur Abdeckung der Befestigung des Basisprofils am Möbelkorpus. Die Gleitbahn ist in einem separaten Schienenelement ausgebildet, das lösbar in einer Ausnehmung des Basisprofils eingesetzt ist. Das Abdeckprofil und das Basisprofil sind miteinander verrastbar ausgebildet, wobei das Schienenelement einstückig mit dem Abdeckprofil ausgebildet ist.
Das Basisprofil ist dabei an einer Innenseite des Möbelkorpus fixiert und vom Abdeckprofil überdeckt. In einer Aufnahmeöffnung des Führungsprofils ist das separate Schienenelement eingebracht.
Das Führungsprofil ist dabei so am Möbelkorpus angeordnet, dass es die Breite des Möbelkorpus von einer Seitenwand zur anderen Seitenwand bzw. vom Oberboden zum Boden nachteiligerweise reduziert.
Ein weiterer Nachteil dieses Schrankmöbels wird darin gesehen, dass das an den beiden Seitenwänden montierte Führungsprofil sichtbar und sehr dominant ist, was die Optik eines derartigen Schrankmöbels negativ beeinflusst. Ein weiterer Nachteil des Schrankmöbels wird darin gesehen, dass die Herstellung, die Lagerhaltung bzw. die Montage dieser Führungsvorrichtung bestehend aus dem Abdeckprofil, dem Basisprofil sowie der Gleitbahn mit hohen Kosten und einem dementsprechend hohen Zeitaufwand verbunden ist.
Hier setzt die Erfindung ein, die sich die Aufgabe gestellt hat, die Nachteile des Standes der Technik zu überwinden und einen Schrankmöbel aufzuzeigen, der kostengünstig und wirtschaftlich herstellbar ist, der mit der montierten Verschlussanordnung eine neuartige Flächenoptik aufweist ohne dominierende Führungselemente.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Es konnte überraschend festgestellt werden, dass ein Schrankmöbel mit einem Möbelkor- pus umfassend eine Seitenwand, einen Boden, einen Oberboden, mit wenigstens einer Verschlussanordnung wie Jalousie, Rollladenmatten und dergleichen, welche im Bereich einer Öffnung des Schrankmöbels von einer geschlossenen Position in eine offene Position und zurück bewegbar angeordnet ist, mit wenigstens einer am Möbelkorpus angeordneten Führungsvorrichtung, wobei die Führungsvorrichtung an wenigstens einer Stirnseite des Möbelkorpus befestigt ist, sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung wenigstens ein Basisprofil mit wenigstens einem Führungselement aufweist, wobei das Führungselement von der Stirnseite des Möbelkorpus beabstandet und parallel dazu angeordnet ist, dass wenigstens ein freies Ende der Verschlussanordnung, welches eine der Geometrie des Führungselementes angepasste Öffnung aufweist, mit dem Führungselement in Wirk- Verbindung steht. Durch diese neuartige Ausgestaltung erhält das erfindungsgemäße Schrankmöbel eine völlig neuartige, flächig dominante Optik, welche nicht durch daran sichtbare bzw. erkennbare Führungselemente beeinträchtigt ist.
Die Verschlussanordnung des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels lässt sich aus den vielfältigsten Materialien mit den unterschiedlichsten Dekoren herstellen, was dazu führt, dass der erfindungsgemäße Schrankmöbel als ein Designobjekt wahrgenommen wird.
Ein weiterer Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels besteht darin, dass dieser sehr schnell sowie einfach montiert werden kann und dass auch bei Bedarf das Design der Verschlussanordnung wechselbar ist. In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels ist das Basisprofil im Querschnitt etwa L-förmig mit einem ersten Schenkel und mit einem zweiten Schenkel ausgebildet. Dies führt vorteilhafterweise neben den geringen Herstellungskosten dazu, dass dieses auch sehr einfach und sicher an einer Stirnseite des Möbel- korpus befestigbar ist.
Es hat sich weiterhin als sehr vorteilhaft herausgestellt bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbel, dass das Führungselement orthogonal am ersten Schenkel des Basisprofils angeordnet ist. Hierdurch kann vorteilhafterweise gewährleistet werden, dass die mit einer der Geometrie dieses Führungselements angepasste Verschlussanordnung leicht montierbar und auch sehr einfach bewegbar angeordnet ist.
Dies führt vorteilhafterweise weiterhin dazu, dass verschiedenartig gestaltete Verschlussanordnungen wie Jalousien, Rollladenmatten bzw. Schiebetüren sehr sicher und leicht durch diese vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung bewegbar sind.
Dabei hat es sich weiterhin als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, dass die Dicke des Führungselementes in etwa der Dicke des ersten Schenkels des Basisprofils entspricht. Hier ist es möglich, die Führungsvorrichtung kostengünstig und wirtschaftlich herzustellen und andererseits auch für verschiedene Breiten bzw. Höhen des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels eine ausreichende Stabilität sowie Führung der verschiedenen Verschlussanordnungen sicherzustellen.
Dabei ist es weiterhin vorteilhaft, dass das Führungselement im Querschnitt etwa viereckig, dreieckig, halbrund, dreieckförmig, T-förmig und dergleichen ausgebildet ist. Diese vorteil- hafte Ausgestaltung des Führungselementes gestattet die Anbringung unterschiedlichster Verschlussanordnungen hinsichtlich ihrer Geometrie, ihres Gewichts, ihrer Materialien und dergleichen.
Vorteilhaft bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbel wird weiterhin gesehen, dass das Führungselement einstückig mit dem ersten Schenkel des Basisprofils verbunden ist. Dies führt zu kostengünstiger Herstellung und optimaler Stabilität.
Es hat sich weiterhin als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, dass das Führungselement stoffschlüssig mit dem Schenkel des Basisprofils verbunden ist. In dieser vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung kann das Führungselement nachträglich in die Führungsvorrichtung eingebracht und mit dieser fest fixiert werden.
Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass das Führungselement formschlüssig und / oder kraftschlüssig mit dem Schenkel des Basisprofils verbunden ist.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels entspricht die Höhe des vom ersten Schenkel des Basisprofils wegragenden Führungselementes in etwa der halben Dicke des Schrankkorpus. Eine derartige Führungsvorrichtung lässt sich kostengünstig herstellen und führt bei Einsatz einer Verschlussanordnung zu einer flächenhaften Optik bei gleichzeitiger einfacher Bewegbarkeit der Verschlussanordnung.
Es hat sich ebenfalls als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, dass die Führungsvorrichtung über wenigstens ein Halteelement beabstandet an der Stirnseite des Möbelkorpus befestigt ist. Hierdurch ist es möglich, den erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbel kostengünstig und wirtschaftlich herzustellen bzw. zu montieren sowie die flächenhafte Optik mit einer entsprechenden Verschlussanordnung zu realisieren. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, dass an bereits bestehende Schrankmöbel eine derartige Führungsvorrichtung sowie eine dazu angepass- te Verschlussanordnung nachträglich anbringbar sind.
Ebenfalls vorteilhaft bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbel ist, dass am zweiten Schenkel des Basisprofils der Führungsvorrichtung wenigstens ein Klemmelement angeordnet ist. Dieses in Profillängsrichtung angeordnete Klemmelement führt zu einer wirtschaftlichen Herstellung des Basisprofils und zu einer schnellen Montage dieses an der Stirnseite des Möbelkorpus.
In weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels ist die Führungsvorrichtung aus einem metallischen und / oder polymeren und / oder duromeren und / oder keramischen Werkstoff hergestellt. Hierdurch können die Herstellungskosten positiv beeinflusst werden, die Optik, insbesondere der Führungsvorrichtung, verschiedensten Anforderungen angepasst werden und die Stabilität sowie die Führung der Verschlussanordnung in verschiedensten Breiten, Höhen bzw. Gewichten realisiert werden.
Die Erfindung soll nun an diesen nicht einschränkenden Ausführungsbeispielen näher be- schrieben werden. Es zeigen:

In Fig. 1 ist ein erfindungsgemäßer Schrankmöbel mit einem Möbelkorpus 0 dargestellt, welcher eine Seitenwand 11 , 12 einen Boden 13, einen Oberboden 14 sowie eine Rückwand 15 aufweist.
Der Schrankmöbel weist weiterhin eine Verschlussanordnung 2 in Form einer Jalousie auf, welche im Bereich der Öffnung 4 des Schrankmöbels von einer geschlossenen Position GS in die dargestellte teilweise offene Position OS und zurück bewegt ist.
Der Möbelkorpus 10 weist an seiner Seitenwand 11 , 12 jeweils eine Führungsvorrichtung 3, 3' auf, die direkt an der Stirnseite 5 befestigt ist.
Die Verschlussanordnung 2 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel vertikal am Schrankmöbel von unten nach oben bzw. von oben nach unten bewegbar über ein Griffelement 18 angeordnet und weist an seiner Sichtseite ein Dekorelement 22 auf, welches als vollflächige, ein Dekor aufweisende Jalousiefolie ausgebildet ist.
An dem dem Griffelement 18 gegenüberliegenden freien Ende des Schrankmöbels ist an der Seitenwand 11 , 12 sowie dem Oberboden 14 ein Abdeckelement 17 befestigt.
In der Fig. 1 ist ein Schnitt entlang einer Linie A-A dargestellt, der in der nachfolgenden Fig. 2 detailliert beschrieben ist.
Weiterhin ist in der Fig. 1 ein Schnitt entlang einer Linie B-B dargestellt, der detailliert in der Fig. 3 beschrieben ist. In der Fig. 2 ist eine Schnittdarstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels entlang der Linie A-A dargestellt.
Der Schrankmöbel weist einen Möbelkorpus 10 auf, der durch eine Seitenwand 11 , eine Seitenwand 12 sowie eine von unten im Schrankmöbel sichtbare Zwischenwand 16 gebildet ist, welche unterhalb sowie beabstandet des nicht dargestellten Oberbodens 14 ange- ordnet ist. An der Stirnseite 5 des Möbelkorpus 10 ist eine Führungsvorrichtung 3, 3' befestigt, die aus dem polymeren Werkstoff Polyamid hergestellt ist.
Die Führungsvorrichtung 3 weist ein Basisprofil 6 mit wenigsten einem Führungselement 7 auf, wobei das Führungselement 7 von der Stirnseite 5 des Möbelkorpus 10 beabstandet und parallel dazu angeordnet ist.
Die Verschlussanordnung 2 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem von außen sichtbaren Dekorelement 22 sowie diesem auf der Rückseite versteifenden Profilelementen 21 gebildet.
Die freien Enden der Verschlussanordnung 2 sind so ausgebildet, dass sie eine der Geo- metrie des Führungselementes 7 angepasste Öffnung 20 aufweisen und über diese im bzw. am Führungselement 7 bewegbar angeordnet sind.
Das Basisprofil 6 der Führungseinrichtung 3 ist im Querschnitt etwa L-förmig ausgebildet und weist einen ersten Schenkel 60 sowie einen damit verbundenen zweiten Schenkel 61 auf. Der erste Schenkel 60 weist eine größere Wanddicke auf als der zweite Schenkel 61.
Das Führungselement 7 ist orthogonal sowie einstückig am ersten Schenkel 60 des Basiselements 6 angeordnet.
Das Führungselement 7 selbst ist beabstandet vom zweiten Schenkel 61 des Basisprofils 6 angeordnet und weist eine Dicke auf, welche etwa der Dicke des ersten Schenkels 60 des Basisprofils 6 entspricht.
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Führungselement 7 im Querschnitt viereckig als in Profillängsrichtung des Basisprofils 6 angeordneter Führungssteg ausgebildet.
Das Führungselement 7 weist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eine Höhe auf, die etwa der halben Dicke des Schrankkorpus 10 entspricht.
Die Führungsvorrichtung 3 ist über den zweiten Schenkel 61 des Basisprofils 6 direkt an der Stirnseite 5 des Möbelkorpus 10 fixiert. Diese Fixierung kann durch eine Verklebung oder auch durch an sich bekannte Befestigungsmittel wie Schrauben und dergleichen erfolgen.
Durch diese vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung kann ein erfindungsgemäßer Schrankmöbel zur Verfügung gestellt werden, bei dem die eingesetzte Verschlussanordnung 2 mit ihrem Dekorelement 22 das optisch dominierte Element darstellt und das die für die Bewegung der Verschlussanordnung 2 erforderliche Führungsvorrichtung 3 für die Bewegung der Verschlussanordnung 2 von einer geschlossenen Position GS in eine offene Position OS und zurück problemlos funktioniert, jedoch nahezu nicht sichtbar ist. In der Fig. 3 ist eine Teilschnittdarstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbels entlang einer Linie B-B dargestellt.
Der erfindungsgemäße Schrankmöbel umfasst einen Möbelkorpus 10 umfassend eine Seitenwand 11 sowie einen Oberboden 14.
An der Stirnseite 5 der Seitenwand 11 ist die Führungsvorrichtung 3 angeordnet, welche ein Basisprofil 6 mit einem daran einstückig angeordneten Führungselement 7 aufweist. Das Basisprofil 6 der Führungsvorrichtung 3 weist einen ersten Schenkel 60 sowie einen daran angeordneten zweiten Schenkel 61 , die beide zusammen zu einer etwa L-förmigen Geometrie ausgebildet sind.
Am Führungselement 7 der Führungsvorrichtung 3 ist eine Verschlussanordnung 2 im Teilschnitt dargestellt, welche aus einer Vielzahl von aneinander in Profillängsrichtung beweglich angeordneten Profilelementen 21 zusammengesetzt ist, als an sich bekannte Rollladenmatte.
An den freien Enden der Verschlussanordnung 2 sind die Profilelemente 21 so ausgebildet, dass sie eine Öffnung 20 aufweisen, welche in etwa der Geometrie des Führungselementes 7 entspricht.
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Verschlussanordnung 2 so ausgebildet, dass in der
Öffnung 20 des Profilelements 21 ein zusätzliches Gleitelement 9 angeordnet ist.
Dieses Gleitelement 9 sorgt dafür, dass die Verschlussanordnung 2 entlang des Führungs- elements 7 der Führungseinrichtung 3 leicht und problemlos bewegbar ist.
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Führungsvorrichtung 3 so ausgebildet, dass am zweiten Schenkel 61 des Basisprofils 6 ein Klemmelement 62 angeordnet ist.
Dieses Klemmelement 62 ist so angeordnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung 3 über das Halteelement 8 beabstandet an der Stirnseite 5 der Seitenwand 11 befestigbar ist.
Die Führungsvorrichtung 3 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel als Profil aus dem metallischen Werkstoff Aluminium hergestellt, während das Halteelement 8 aus dem polymeren Werkstoff Polyamid hergestellt ist und über die Länge der Seitenwand 11 als Formteil an verschiedenen Positionen fixiert ist.
Die Montage der Führungsvorrichtung 3 erfolgt so, dass diese am Halteelement 8 ange- ordnet und über dieses hinweg bewegbar ist, so dass das Klemmelement 62 des Basisprofils 6 das Halteelement 8 an der Stirnseite 5 der Seitenwand 11 formschlüssig umgreift. Durch diese vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung ist es somit auch möglich, dass an bestehende Schrankmöbel mit herkömmlichen Verschlussanordnungen bzw. Führungsvorrichtungen jeweils an den Stirnseiten 5 des Möbelkorpus 10 Führungseinrichtungen 3 anbringbar sind, an dessen Führungselement 7, welches von der Stirnseite 5 des Möbelkorpus 10 beabstandet und parallel angeordnet ist, Verschlussanordnungen 2 von einer geschlossenen Position GS in eine offene Position OS und zurück bewegbar anordenbar sind, welche eine der Geometrie des Führungselements 7 angepasste Öffnung 20 aufweisen, in die vorteilhafterweise zusätzliche Gleitelemente 9 einbringbar sind.

Claims

Patentansprüche
Schrankmöbel mit einem Möbelkorpus (10) umfassend wenigstens eine Seitenwand (11 , 12), einen Boden (13), einen Oberboden (14), mit wenigstens einer Verschlussanordnung (2) wie Jalousie, Rollladenmatte und dergleichen, welche im Bereich einer Öffnung (4) des Schrankmöbels, von einer geschlossenen Position (GS) in eine offene Position (OS) und zurück bewegbar angeordnet ist, mit wenigstens einer am Möbelkorpus (10) angeordneten Führungsvorrichtung (3), wobei die Führungsvorrichtung (3) an wenigstens einer Stirnseite (5) des Möbelkorpus (10) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung (3) wenigstens ein Basisprofil (6) mit wenigstens einem Führungselement (7) aufweist, wobei das Führungselement (7) von der Stirnseite (5) des Möbelkorpus (10) beabstandet und parallel dazu angeordnet ist, dass wenigstens ein freies Ende der Verschlussanordnung (2), welches eine der Geometrie des Führungselements (7) angepasste Öffnung (20) aufweist, mit dem Führungselement (7) in Wirkverbindung steht.
Schrankmöbel nach Anspruch 1 , dazu gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisprofil (6) im Querschnitt etwa L-förmig mit einem ersten Schenkel (60) und einem zweiten Schenkel (61) ausgebildet ist.
Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (7) orthogonal am ersten Schenkel (60) des Basisprofils (6) angeordnet ist.
Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (7) beabstandet vom zweiten Schenkel (61 ) des Basisprofils (6) angeordnet ist.
Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke des Führungselements (7) in etwa der Dicke des ersten Schenkels (60) des Basisprofils (6) entspricht.
6. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (7) im Querschnitt etwa viereckig, dreieckig, halbrund, dreieckförmig, T-förmig und dergleichen ausgebildet ist.
7. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (7) einstückig mit dem ersten Schenkel (60) des Basisprofils (6) verbunden ist.
8. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (7) stoffschlüssig mit dem Schenkel (60) des Basisprofils (6) verbunden ist.
9. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des Führungselements (7) in etwa der halben Dicke des Möbelkorpus (10) entspricht.
10. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung (3) über wenigstens ein Halteelement (8) beabstandet an der Stirnseite (5) des Möbelkorpus (10) befestigt ist.
11. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am zweiten Schenkel (61) des Basisprofils (6) wenigstens ein Klemmelement (62) angeordnet ist.
12. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung (3) aus einem metallischen und / oder polymeren und / oder duromeren und / oder keramischen Werkstoff hergestellt ist.
