Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine flüssige Zusammensetzung zur Reinigung von Oberflächen, sowie deren Herstellung und Anwendung. Die flüssige Zusammensetzung umfasst dabei ein oder mehrere Terpene und substituierte Phenole und/oder substituierte und/oder unsubstituierte Benzochinone. Weiters kann die vorliegende Erfindung Kalk und/oder Fettsäuren enthalten.
Description
- Die gegenständliche Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein neuartiges Reinigungsmittel mit antistatischer Wirkung und versiegelnden Eigenschaften und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung und Anwendung desselben.
- Die Reinigung von Oberflächen mit diversen Allzweck- bzw. Spezialreinigungsmitteln kann zu einem unbefriedigenden Ergebnis führen, welches auf eine unzureichende Reinigungsleistung besagter Mittel zurückzuführen ist. Des Weiteren kann die Anwendung zahlreicher Reinigungsmittel in einer Ermattung des zu reinigenden Materials, erkennbar an dem Verlust des Oberflächenglanzes und/oder der ursprünglichen Farbe, resultieren. Zusätzlich ist oft nach einer erfolgten Reinigung eine Versiegelung und Politur einer Oberfläche erwünscht, um die Rate einer abermaligen Schmutzabscheidung zu reduzieren. Dieser zweistufige Vorgang aus Reinigung und Politur kann sich in der Praxis als zeitraubend und arbeitsintensiv erweisen.
- Aus der Literatur sind bereits unterschiedliche Reinigungsmittel bekannt, welche neben ihrem Reinigungsvermögen auch einen polierenden und versiegelnden Effekt aufweisen.
- So ist in
WO 96/26260 EP 0467472 A2 ). In dieser Veröffentlichung wird dem genannten Polymer die Fähigkeit zugeschrieben, auf der gereinigten Oberfläche eine Verschmutzung verhindernde, hydrophile Schicht auszubilden, von welcher eine Entfernung von anschließend abgeschiedenem Schmutz leichter vonstattengeht als in Abwesenheit der Polymerschicht.EP 0379256 A2 beschreibt eine ähnliche Zusammensetzung wieEP 0467472 A2 mit einem zusätzlichen quaternisierten antistatischen Polymer, welches als Schmutz verhinderndes Mittel fungiert. Ergänzend wurde gezeigt, dass Polyacrylharze, sowie Polymere aus Polyethylenglykol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, und Methylhydroxypropylcellulose eine positive Wirkung auf die Ausbildung eines Politurfilms haben können (US 4,606,842 undUS 4,690,779 ). Aus den oben angeführten Dokumenten wird ersichtlich, dass eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Substanzzusammensetzungen existieren, die als Reinigungs- und gleichzeitig auch als Versiegelungs- und Politurmittel dienen können. - Des Weiteren wurde in
DE 20217859 U1 eine wässrige Zusammensetzung mit den Hauptbestandteilen Kreide und Schmierseife offenbart, welche als Reinigungs-, Polier-, und Pflegemittel dienen kann. Das darin beschriebene Reinigungsmittel basiert auf CaCO3 (bezeichnet als Kalk oder Kreide). Das Mittel umfasst dabei 20-40 Gew.-% Kreide (CaCO3), 3-7 Gew.-% reine Schmierseife, 0,08-0,12 Gew.-% ätherisches Teebaumöl, 0,03-0,07 Gew.-% ätherisches Zitronenöl, 53-77(ad 100) Gew.-% Wasser. Durch den hohen Kreideanteil in der OffenbarungDE 20217859 U1 können sich Kreidereste während der Reinigung ablagern, welche anschließend in einem zusätzlichen Schritt wieder entfernt werden müssen. - Die gegenständliche Erfindung hat daher zum Ziel ein verbessertes Reinigungsmittel bereit zu stellen, welches keine Rückstände bildet. Überraschenderweise wurde eine Zusammensetzung gefunden, welche neben der Reinigung gleichzeitig Farben wieder auffrischt, Materialien ihren Glanz zurückgibt, selbige Materialien versiegelt und eine antistatische Wirkung aufweist.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung offenbart eine flüssige Zusammensetzung zur Reinigung von Oberflächen, welche (a) mindestens 0,01 µg/l eines oder mehrerer Terpene mit 1-4 Terpeneinheiten und (b) mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol (auch bezeichnet als Phenol, 2,6-bis-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-) und/oder mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol (auch bezeichnet als Phenol, 2,4-bis-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-) und/oder mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon (auch bezeichnet als 2,6-di-tert-butyl-2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion) und/oder mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,4-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon (auch bezeichnet als 2,4-di-tert-butyl-2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion) und/oder mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion (auch bezeichnet als 1,4-benzochinon) umfasst.
- Weiters betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine flüssige Zusammensetzung zur Reinigung von Oberflächen, deren Inhaltstoffe, umfassend (a) ein oder mehrere Terpene mit 1-4 Terpeneinheiten und (b) 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion, in Lösung in Wasser vorliegen.
- In der erfindungsgemäßen flüssigen Zubereitung kann dabei eine gelöste Kalkkonzentration von 0-600 mg/l HCO3 - und/oder 10-400 mg/l Calcium variiert werden. Bevorzugt kann die gelöste Kalkkonzentration von 0-500 mg/l HCO3 - und/oder 10-300 mg/l Calcium variiert werden, bevorzugter kann die gelöste Kalkkonzentration von 0-400 mg/l HCO3 - und/oder 10-200 mg/l Calcium variiert werden, noch bevorzugter kann die gelöste Kalkkonzentration von 0-300 mg/l HCO3 - und/oder 10-150 mg/l Calcium variiert werden. Die am meisten bevorzugte gelöste Kalkkonzentration der erfindungsgemäßen wässrigen Zusammensetzung beläuft sich auf 0-200 mg/l HCO3 - und/oder 0-100 mg/l Calcium.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann die HCO3 - Konzentration unter 100 mg/l und/oder die Calciumkonzentration unter 40 mg/l liegen. - In einer Ausführungsform umfasst die flüssige Zusammensetzung zudem ein oder mehrere Terpene mit 1-4 Terpeneinheiten. In bevorzugter Ausführungsform liegt das Terpen als Diterpen, Triterpen (Squalen), Tetraterpen, oder Mischungen hiervon vor. Das Terpen oder die Terpene liegt/liegen jeweils in einer Konzentration von mindestens 0,01 µg/l vor, bevorzugt in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis hin zur Löslichkeitsgrenze, bevorzugter in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 1000 µg/l, bevorzugter in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 100 µg/l, noch bevorzugter in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 50 µg/l, am meisten bevorzugt in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 10 µg/l. In einer Ausführungsform kann die flüssige Zusammensetzung Fettsäuren umfassen, welche gesättigt und/oder ungesättigt, mit einer Länge von 10 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorliegen können. Die Fettsäuren liegen jeweils in einer Konzentration von mindestens 0,01 µg/l vor, bevorzugt in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis hin zur Löslichkeitsgrenze, bevorzugter in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 1000 µg/l, bevorzugter in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 100 µg/l, noch bevorzugter in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 50 µg/l, am meisten bevorzugt in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 10 µg/l.
- Weiters kann die flüssige Zusammensetzung in unterschiedlichen Ausführungsformen die Stoffe 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion in unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung umfassen, wobei die Stoffe jeweils in einer Konzentration von mindestens 0,01 µg/l vorliegen, bevorzugt in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis hin zur Löslichkeitsgrenze, bevorzugter in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 1000 µg/l, bevorzugter in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 100 µg/l, noch bevorzugter in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 50 µg/l, am meisten bevorzugt in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 10 µg/l.
- In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind in der flüssigen Zusammensetzung die Stoffe 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon, 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion und Squalen enthalten.
- Dem Reinigungsmittels können duftverleihende Stoffe zugesetzt sein. Diese Stoffe können in Form von ätherischen Ölen, umfassend Nelkenöl, Zimtöl, Piment- und Pimentblätteröl, Bayöl, Angelikaöl, Kamillenöl, Kampferöl, Kieferöl, Rosenöl, Rosenholzöl, Salbeiöl, Bergamottöl, Birkenöl, Eukalyptusöl, Fenchelöl, Geranienöl, Jasminöl, Lavendelöl, Lemongrassöl, Melissenöl, Minzöl, Orangenöl, Vanilleöl, Zederöl, und Zitronenöl vorliegen. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform können die Duftstoffe in Form von einzelnen Komponenten der ätherischen Ölen zugesetzt sein, wie z. B. Geraniol, Zimtaldehyd, Hexylzimtaldehyd, Citronellal, Linalool, Limonen, Camphen, Pinen, Phellandren, Terpinen, Myrcen, Menthol, Sabinol, Borneol, Neral, Carvon, Menthon, Campher, Fenchon, Cineol, Linalylacetat, Geranylacetat, Farnesol, Farnesen, Bisabolol, Caryophyllen, Chamazulen, Carveol, Carvacrol, Thymol, Apiol, Anethol, Dillapiol und Estragol. In den oben genannten Stoffen sind jeweils die Enantiomere sowie, falls chemisch vorhanden, die α-und β-Formen mit eingeschlossen.
- Die oben genannten Stoffe liegen in der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung gelöst in Lösungsmittel vor. Der Hauptbestandteil an Lösungsmittel ist Wasser von mindestens 60%, bevorzugt von mindestens 70%, bevorzugter von mindestens 80%, noch bevorzugter von mindestens 90% Mengenanteil. Dem erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel können weitere Lösungsmittel zugesetzt sein. Diese können Alkohole, wie z.B. Ethanol, 2-Propanol, und Ethan-1,2-diol, in einer Menge von 0-40%, bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0-30%, bevorzugter in einer Menge von 0-20%, noch bevorzugter in einer Menge von 0-10%, umfassen. Vorzugsweise ist Wasser das einzige flüssige Lösungsmittel. Bei allen Variationen ist zu beachten, dass die Gesamtmenge an Lösungsmittel des erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittels 100% ergeben muss. Die Prozentangaben verstehen sich als Volumenprozent. Kennzeichnend für die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung ist dabei, dass die im Reinigungsmittel enthaltenen Stoffe in dem Lösungsmittel bzw. in dem Lösungsmittelgemisch gelöst vorliegen.
- Wie aus den Beispielen ersichtlich werden wird, besitzt das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel mit oben beschriebener wässriger Zusammensetzung eine extrem gute Reinigungskraft von unterschiedlichen Materialien wie z.B. Leder, Kunstleder, Lacke, Edelstahl, Chrom und andere Metalle, Gummi und Kunststoffe aller Art, Hölzer aller Art sowie Holzverbundwerkstoffe, Böden aus Laminat oder Parkett, Keramik und Fliesen, Beton, Naturstein und Ziegel. Weiters ist kennzeichnend, dass das Reinigungsmittel keinerlei Rückstände des Mittels bildet. Das Reinigungsmittel ist zudem in der Lage, die Farben der zu reinigenden Oberfläche zu intensivieren, derselben einen Glanz zu verleihen, der Oberfläche einen antistatischen Effekt zu verleihen, sowie eine Versiegelung zu bewirken.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiters Herstellungsverfahren zur Produktion des offenbarten Reinigungsmittels. Ein Herstellungsverfahren umfasst das Einbringen von Kalk-haltigem Leitungswasser unter Anwesenheit von Luft oder CO2 in Kunststoff-Schläuche und/oder -Behälter und/oder Metallrohre, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, wobei der Kunststoff aus PVC, PE, PP, und/oder PS bestehen kann und übliche Weichmacher (z.B. ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Phthalsäureester, der (C10-C21)Alkansulfonsäurephenylester), der Citronensäureester, und/oder der Adipinsäureester) sowie Polymeradditive (z.B. Butylhydroxytoluol, Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphit, Pentaerythritol-tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionat), oder Octadecyl-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionat) enthalten kann. Im Laufe des Herstellungsverfahrens können die genannten Kunststoff-Schläuche und/oder -Behälter und/oder Metallrohre, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, UV Strahlung und/oder einer zusätzlichen Wärmequelle ausgesetzt sein. Des Weiteren können die Kunststoff-Schläuche und/oder -Behälter und/oder Metallrohre, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, bzw. die darin enthaltene flüssige Zusammensetzung einer erhöhten Temperatur von mindestens 20°C, mindestens 30°C, mindestens 40 °C, bevorzugterweise von mindestens 50 °C, noch bevorzugterweise von mindestens 60 °C ausgesetzt sein. Das Leitungswasser verbleibt hierbei für mindestens 30 min, bevorzugter für mindestens 1 h, bevorzugter für mindestens 2 h, bevorzugter für mindestens 4 h, noch bevorzugter für mindestens 8 h, noch bevorzugter für mindestens 12 h, am meisten bevorzugt für mindestens 24 h in den Kunststoff-Schläuchen und/oder -Behältern und/oder Metallrohren, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind. Die flüssige Zusammensetzung kann anschließend in Kunststoffgefäßen und/oder Metallgefäßen unter Luft oder CO2 Anwesenheit für mindestens 12 h, bevorzugt für mindestens 24 h, bevorzugter für mindestens 72 h, bevorzugter für mindestens 7 Tage, bevorzugter für mindestens 10 Tage, bevorzugter für mindestens 20 Tage, noch bevorzugter für mindestens 30 Tage, am meisten bevorzugt für mindestens 40 Tage gelagert werden. Nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Herstellungsverfahren kann in den Kunststoff-Schläuchen und/oder -Behältern und/oder Metallrohren, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, ein Druck von mindestens 0 bar, bevorzugt von mindestens 1 bar, bevorzugt von mindestens 2 bar, bevorzugter von mindestens 4 bar, noch bevorzugter von mindestens 6 bar herrschen. In einer Ausführungsform des Herstellungsverfahrens wird das Kalk-haltige Leitungswasser weiters mit CO2 angereichert.
Durch die oben genannten vorliegenden Bedingungen werden aus den Kunststoff-Schläuchen und/oder -Behältern und/oder Metallrohren, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, Abbauprodukte der Polymeradditive, ausgewählt aus der Liste umfassend 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol, 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion, 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol, 2,4-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon, und/oder 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon herausgelöst. - Des Weiteren können die Benzochinon-Derivate durch Oxidationsreaktionen oder sonstige chemische Reaktionen aus ihren Phenol-Analoga entstehen. Aus den Kunststoff-Schläuchen und/oder -Behältern und/oder Metallrohren, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, können zudem Weichmacher und/oder Polymeradditive und deren Abbauprodukte herausgelöst werden.
- In einem alternativen Herstellungsverfahren können ein oder mehrere Terpene, und einer der Stoffe oder die Stoffe 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion dem Leitungswasser beigemengt werden. Anschließend kann die flüssige Zusammensetzung unter Luft oder CO2 Anwesenheit für mindestens 12 h, bevorzugt für mindestens 24 h, bevorzugter für mindestens 72 h, bevorzugter für mindestens 7 Tage, bevorzugter für mindestens 10 Tage, bevorzugter für mindestens 20 Tage, noch bevorzugter für mindestens 30 Tage, am meisten bevorzugt für mindestens 40 Tage in Kunststoffgefäßen und/oder Metallgefäßen gelagert werden um das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel zu erhalten.
- Nach der Lagerung der flüssigen Zusammensetzung in Kunststoffgefäßen und/oder Metallgefäßen können die in der flüssigen Zusammensetzung enthaltenen Stoffe in ihrer Konzentration durch zumindest teilweises Entfernen des Lösungsmittels erhöht werden. Vorzugsweise wird die Konzentration der enthaltenen Stoffe dabei durch Destillation erhöht. Vorzugsweise wird dafür die flüssige Zusammensetzung in eine Destillationsvorrichtung eingebracht. Anschließend wird die in der Destillationsvorrichtung befindliche flüssige Zusammensetzung auf 40 °C, bevorzugt 50 °C, bevorzugter 60 °C, bevorzugter 70 °C, bevorzugter 80 °C, bevorzugter 90 °C, noch bevorzugter 100 °C, am meisten bevorzugt 110 °C erhitzt. Die Destillation kann dabei unter Normaldruck (ca. 1000 hPa) und/oder vermindertem Druck durchgeführt werden. Der Druck in der Destillationsvorrichtung kann dabei auf einen Druck von unter 800 hPa, bevorzugt unter 600 hPa, bevorzugter unter 400 hPa, noch bevorzugter unter 200 hPa, am meisten bevorzugt unter 100 hPa, erniedrigt werden. Die Destillation kann dabei so lange dauern, bis das Volumen der flüssigen Zusammensetzung auf zwei Drittel, bevorzugt auf die Hälfte, bevorzugter auf ein Drittel, bevorzugter auf ein Viertel, noch bevorzugter auf ein Achtel eingeengt wurde. Am meisten bevorzugt dauert die Destillation bis zum Verlust der gesamten Flüssigkeit.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird weiters durch die folgenden Beispiele illustriert, ohne auf diese Ausführungsformen und Anwendungsformen der Erfindung eingeschränkt zu sein.
- Die Reinigungskraft von Kunststoffoberflächen des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels wurde am Beispiel von Polyurethan und Ethylenvinylacetat im Vergleich zu reinem Leitungswasser getestet.
- Die durch Staub, Regenwasser und Erdreich verschmutzten Kunststoffoberflächen wurden entweder mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel oder mit reinem Leitungswasser abgespritzt. Nach Trocknung durch Verdunstung ohne weitere Bearbeitung wurden die behandelten Oberflächen visuell verglichen. Bei der mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel bearbeiteten Oberfläche wurde eine gründlich gereinigte Fläche in kompletter Abwesenheit von Schmutzrückständen, Schlieren, Kalkflecken und Rückstände des Reinigungsmittels festgestellt. Weiters erschienen die Farben des Kunststoffs von intensiverer Strahlkraft. Die Oberflächen waren zudem von einer Glanzschicht überzogen. Im Kontrollexperiment mit reinem Leitungswasser als Reinigungsmittel konnte nur eine partielle Entfernung des Schmutzes erzielt werden. Zahlreiche Kalkflecken waren klar erkennbar und die Oberfläche war von mattem Erscheinungsbild. Eine nachträgliche Behandlung dieser unzureichend gereinigten Oberfläche mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Mittel konnte alle Kalkflecken entfernen und führte zu selbigem Ergebnis wie oben beschrieben.
- Um den Reinigungs- und antistatischen Effekt des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels zu überprüfen, wurden durch Staub und Regenwasser verschmutzte Glasoberflächen mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Mittel sowieso als Kontrollexperiment mit Wasser behandelt. Nach Aufbringen des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels bzw. von Wasser auf ein Baumwolltuch wurden die Glasflächen mit selbigem abgewischt. Nach Anwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels war die Glasoberfläche komplett frei von Schmutz, Schlieren und Kalkablagerungen. Auf der mit Wasser behandelten Glasoberfläche waren eindeutig Schmutzschlieren sowie Kalkflecken erkennbar.
Im Vergleich zur mit Wasser behandelten Oberfläche wurde auf der mit dem Reinigungsmittel behandelten Glasfläche eine stark reduzierte nachfolgende Anlagerung von Staubpartikeln festgestellt, was die antistatische Wirkung des erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittels belegt. - Eine stark mit Regenwasser und Insekten verschmutzte Alu Fensterbank wurde mit dem auf ein Reinigungstuch aufgebrachten erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel abgewischt. Im Zuge der Reinigung konnten alle visuell erkennbaren Schmutzpartikel entfernt werden. Weiters wurde durch die Reinigung die Farbe der Lackoberfläche aufgefrischt und der Oberfläche Glanz verliehen, ähnlich einer Politur mit handelsüblichen Politurmitteln. Nach der Reinigung wurde eine verlangsamte neuerliche Ablagerung von Schmutz festgestellt. Diese Beobachtung deutet auf einen versiegelnden Effekt des erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittels hin.
- (Trinkwasserversorgungsanlage A-8362 Söchau Herkunft: Hochbehälter, A-8333 Breitenfeld an der Rittschein) mit einer Gesamthärte von 11,7 °dH und einer HCO3 - Konzentration von 275 mg/l sowie einer Calcium Konzentration von 57 mg/l wurde in einen Kunststoff-Schlauch aus PVC Material mit Polymeradditiven und Weichmachern eingebracht. Bei einem Druck von ca. 2,2 bar wurde der Kunststoff-Schlauch unter Sonneneinstrahlung und mit einer anderen Wärmequelle zeitweilig auf ca. 60 °C erhitzt. Das Wasser wurde für 1 Stunde in dem Kunststoff-Schlauch bei variabler Sonneneinstrahlung bzw. Tageslichteinwirkung belassen. Beim anschließenden Evakuieren der Schläuche wurde das hergestellte Reinigungsmittel in einem geeigneten KunststoffBehälter aufgefangen und für 2 Wochen unter Luft oder CO2 Anwesenheit gelagert. Durch eine anschließende qualitative sowie quantitative Bestimmung mittels GC-MS und LC-MS-MS konnten die Stoffe 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion in einer Konzentration von 0,8 µg/l nachgewiesen werden. Weiters konnten Squalen in einer Konzentration von mindestens 1 µg/l nachgewiesen werden.
Selbiges Verfahren wurde mit Kunststoffbehältern sowie mit Metallrohren, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, anstelle des Kunststoff-Schlauchs wiederholt. Auch in diesen Verfahren konnten die Stoffe 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon, 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion und Squalen nachgewiesen werden.
Claims (15)
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung geeignet zur Reinigung von Oberflächen umfassend (a) mindestens 0,01 µg/l eines oder mehrerer Terpenes mit 1-4 Terpeneinheiten und (b) mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,4-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder mindestens 0,01 µg/l 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion.
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung geeignet zur Reinigung von Oberflächen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Zusammensetzung (a) ein oder mehrere Terpene mit 1 bis 4 Terpeneinheiten und (b) 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion in Lösung in Wasser umfasst.
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Zusammensetzung Calcium in einer Konzentration von 10-400 mg/l umfasst.
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Zusammensetzung gelösten Kalk in einer Konzentration von 0-600 mg/l HCO3 - und 10-400 mg/l Calcium umfasst.
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Zusammensetzung eine gelöste Kalkkonzentration mit unter 40 mg/l Calcium umfasst.
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Zusammensetzung 0,01-10 µg/l Fettsäuren, gesättigt und/oder ungesättigt, mit einer Länge von 10 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen umfasst.
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass ein Terpen in Form von Squalen vorliegt.
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass ein oder mehrere Terpene und/oder 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion jeweils in einer Konzentration von 0,1-100 µg/l vorliegen.
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Stoffe 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon, 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion und Squalen gelöst in Wasser enthalten sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der flüssigen Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die herzustellende Menge an Reiniger in Form von Kalk-haltigem Leitungswasser in Kunststoff-Schläuche und/oder - Behälter und/oder Metallrohre, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, unter Anwesenheit von Luft oder CO2 eingebracht und auf mindestens 20 °C erhitzt wird, wobei das Leitungswasser für mindestens 30 min in den Kunststoff-Schläuchen und/oder -Behältern und/oder Metallrohren, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, belassen wird und die flüssige Zusammensetzung anschließend in Kunststoffgefäßen und/oder Metallgefäßen unter Luft oder CO2 Anwesenheit für mindestens 24 h, bevorzugt mindestens 72 h, bevorzugter mindestens 7 Tage, bevorzugter mindestens 10 Tage, bevorzugter mindestens 20 Tage, bevorzugter mindestens 30 Tage, am meisten bevorzugt mindestens 40 Tage gelagert wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der flüssigen Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oder mehrere Terpene und die Stoffe 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol und/oder 2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,4-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzochinon und/oder 2,5-Cyclohexadien-1,4-dion dem Leitungswasser beigemengt werden und die flüssige Zusammensetzung unter Luft oder CO2 Anwesenheit für mindestens 24 h, bevorzugt mindestens 72 h, bevorzugter mindestens 7 Tage, bevorzugter mindestens 10 Tage, bevorzugter mindestens 20 Tage, bevorzugter mindestens 30 Tage, am meisten bevorzugt mindestens 40 Tage in Kunststoffgefäßen und/oder Metallgefäßen gelagert wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der flüssigen Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoff-Schläuche und/oder -Behälter und/oder Metallrohre, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, zeitweilig einer Temperatur von mindestens 40 °C, bevorzugt von mindestens 50 °C, bevorzugter von mindestens 60 °C, und/oder UV Strahlung und/oder einer zusätzlichen Wärmequelle ausgesetzt sind und/oder in den Kunststoff-Schläuchen und/oder -Behältern und/oder Metallrohren, die innen mit Kunststoff beschichtet sind, ein Druck von mindestens 2 bar, bevorzugter von mindestens 4 bar, noch bevorzugter von mindestens 6 bar herrscht.
- Verfahren wie in den Ansprüchen 10 bis 12 beansprucht, wobei besagter Kunststoff PVC, PE, PP, und/oder PS entspricht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der flüssigen Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nach der Lagerung in der flüssigen Zusammensetzung enthaltenen Stoffe durch zumindest teilweises Entfernen des Lösungsmittels, vorzugsweise durch Destillation, aufkonzentriert werden.
- Verfahren zur Reinigung von Oberflächen, vorzugsweise einer Kunststoff-, Glas-, Holz-, Leder- oder Metalloberfläche, umfassend die Kontaktierung der Oberfläche mit einer Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, vorzugsweise dem Polieren der Oberfläche mit der Zusammensetzung.
