Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Reinigungsmittel, die kurzkettige Alkoholethoxilate und Lösemittel enthalten.

Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Reinigungsmittel, die kurzkettige Alkoholethoxilate und Lösemittel enthalten.
Die Ablösung von hartnäckigen Anschmutzungen wie Teer, Asphalt, Fett stellt bis heute ein Problem dar. Sie gelingt in der Regel nur bei Verwendung von Reinigern mit ei- nem hohen Gehalt an Lösemitteln. Als solche werden Reiniger bezeichnet, die einen Lösemittelgehalt von mehr als 20% aufweisen. Diese sind oftmals als wasserfreie Produkte, sogenannte Lösemittelkaltreiniger, oder als Reinigeremulsionen im Handel. Der hohe Gehalt an Lösemittel bewirkt allerdings, dass diese Reiniger niedrige Viskositäten aufweisen, was dazu führt, dass die Reiniger von geneigten Oberflächen schnell ablau- fen und so die Kontaktzeit zwischen Reiniger und verschmutzter Oberfläche nur sehr gering ist.
Ein Weg, die Kontaktzeit zu erhöhen, besteht darin, den Reiniger mit niedriger Viskosität häufig nachzudosieren, was zum einen aufwändig und somit teuer ist und zum an- deren einen erhöhten Verbrauch zur Folge hat, was die Reinigung ebenfalls verteuert und darüber hinaus aus Umweltschutzgesichtspunkten abzulehnen ist.
Eine Rückführung des Reinigungsmittels mit dem Ziel, dieses erneut aufzubringen, ist ebenfalls aufwändig und somit teuer.
Es ist auch versucht worden, die Erhöhung der Verweilzeit dadurch zu erreichen, dass die Reinigungsmittel als Schaum aufgebracht werden. Allerdings ist hierbei die mit der Anschmutzung in Kontakt stehende Reinigungsmittelmenge sehr begrenzt und es sind zudem Treibmittel zur Schaumerzeugung notwendig, die aus Umweltschutz- und Si- cherheitsgründen vermieden werden sollten.
Der hohe Gehalt an Lösemitteln, insbesondere auch solchen Lösemitteln, die leicht flüchtig sind, stellt bei diesen Reinigern darüber hinaus generell ein Problem in bezug auf die Einhaltung der maximal zulässigen Arbeitsplatzkonzentrationen der entspre- chenden Lösemittel dar.
Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung Reinigungsmittel bereitzustellen, die auch an geneigten Oberflächen eine erhöhte Verweilzeit im Vergleich zu Reinigern mit einem hohen Gehalt an Lösemitteln aufweisen, und die im Idealfall selbst an senk- rechten Oberflächen verwendet werden können. Darüber hinaus besteht Bedarf an Reinigungsmitteln, die höhersiedende Lösemittel und im Idealfall Wasser enthalten, so dass die Problematik der leichtflüchtigen organischen Verbindungen entschärft werden
kann. Es ist daher eine weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Reinigungsmittel bereitzustellen, das sowohl eine hohe Viskosität, als auch einen geringeren Anteil leichtflüchtiger organischer Verbindungen aufweist. Die Bereitstellung eines Reinigungsmittels, das im Wesentlichen auf Treibmittel verzichtet, ist eine weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Überraschend werden diese Aufgaben gelöst durch eine chemische Zusammensetzung umfassend:
a) 0,1 - 15 Gew-% mindestens eines Alkoholethoxilates der Formel (I)
R1-(OCH2CH2)z(CH2CHR0)aOH (I), bei dem

Eine derartige chemische Zusammensetzung weist eine erhöhte Verweilzeit auf der Oberfläche auf. Sie ist dabei einfach aufzubringen, ist sicher zu handhaben, nimmt den Schmutz gut auf, ist einfach zu entfernen und vermeidet die Verwendung von Treibmitteln.
Eine chemische Zusammensetzung, wie oben beschrieben, die unabhängig voneinander die Komponente(n) in einer Menge von a) 1 bis 12 Gew.-% b) 1 bis 25 Gew.-% und c) 1 bis 20 Gew.-% umfasst, ist dabei bevorzugt und besonders bevorzugt ist eine chemische Zusammensetzung, wie oben beschrieben, die unabhängig voneinander die Komponente(n) in einer Menge von
(a) 2 bis 10 Gew.-%
(b) 3 bis 15 Gew.-% und
(c) 3 bis 15 Gew.-% umfasst.
Dabei ist eine chemische Zusammensetzung, wie oben genannt, bevorzugt, bei der unabhängig voneinander
R1 = lineares C4 - Cs-Alkyl, verzweigtes C4 - Cs-Alkyl, cyclisches Ce - Cs-Alkyl ist und/oder z = 2 - 8 ist und/oder

Dabei wird z. B. unter einem linearen C3-Alkyl: n-Propyl verstanden und unter einem verzweigten Cs-Alkyl: 1 ,1-Dimethyl-propyl, 1 ,2-Dimethyl-propyl, 2,2-Dimethyl-propyl, 1-Ethyl-propyl, 1-Methyl-butyl, 2-Methyl-butyl, 3-Methyl-butyl.
Für den Fall, dass x > 0 ist, können die Alkylenoxide blockweise angeordnet sein. Sie können auch alternierend angeordnet oder statistisch verteilt sein, oder sie können einen Gradienten aufweisen.
Die beschriebenen chemischen Zusammensetzungen sind bevorzugt, wenn das oder die Terpen(e) ausgewählt ist/sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Orangen- und Zitrusterpenen. Diese Terpene werden in einem Extraktionsprozess aus den Schalen von Zitrusfrüchten gewonnen und bestehen zu einem überwiegenden Teil aus D-Limonen.
Darüber hinaus ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die chemische Zusammensetzung eine oder mehrere Säuren umfasst. Diese wirken sich ebenfalls positiv auf die Reinigungseigenschaften aus. Sie helfen unter anderem dabei, dauerhafte Verkrustungen wie z. B. Kalk oder Rost zu lösen, und stellen daher wichtige Bestandteile von Reinigern dar. Besonders bevorzugt ist daher eine chemische Zusammensetzung, die zusätzlich eine oder mehrere Säure(n) enthält, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Schwefelsäure, Essigsäure, Phosphorsäure, Zitronensäure, Amidosulfonsäuren und Methansulfonsäu- re.
Durch den Zusatz von Säure lässt sich der pH-Wert der chemischen Zusammensetzung einstellen. In Bezug auf die Reinigungsanwendungen sind chemische Zusammensetzungen wünschenswert, die einen niedrigen pH-Wert aufweisen, so ist eine mit einem pH im Bereich von 1 bis 6 bevorzugt und eine mit einem pH im Bereich von 1 bis 4 besonders bevorzugt.
Für viele Reinigungsanwendungen ist es außerdem wünschenswert, wenn das Reinigungsmittel zusätzlich über gute Bleich-/Oxidationseigenschaften verfügt. Daher ist eine chemische Zusammensetzung bevorzugt, die außerdem mindestens ein Oxidati- onsmittel enthält, besonders bevorzugt ist ein/das Oxidationsmittel Wasserstoffperoxid. Es ist ein besonderer Vorteil der vorliegenden Erfindung, dass Verbindungen wie z. B. Wasserstoffperoxid stabil einformulierbar sind, und es ist ein weiterer Vorteil der vorliegenden Erfindung, dass diese Formulierungen lagerstabil sind. Alternativ zu Wasserstoffperoxid können auch Bleichaktivatoren wie Tetraacetylethylendiamin (TAED) in Kombination mit Bleichmitteln wie Persäuren oder Percarbonat vorteilhaft eingesetzt werden.
Der Verbraucher wünscht in den allermeisten Fällen Reinigungsmittel, die einen frischen Duft aufweisen und so die Reinigungswirkung auch auf anderer rezeptorischer Ebene wahrnehmbar machen. Daher ist eine chemische Zusammensetzung, wie oben beschrieben, bevorzugt, die außerdem einen oder mehrere Duftstoffe enthält. Diese Duftstoffe können in Mengen von bis zu 5 Gew.-% vorliegen, wie ca. 1 , ca. 2, ca. 3 oder ca. 4 Gew.-%.
Ebenso nützlich kann es sein, wenn ein Reinigungsmittel farbig ist, um z. B. die Dosierung zu erleichtern. Daher ist eine chemische Zusammensetzung, wie oben beschrieben, bevorzugt, die außerdem mindestens einen Farbstoff enthält.
Ein weiterer großer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen chemischen Zusammensetzung besteht darin, dass sich sowohl flüssige als auch gelförmige Formulierungen herstellen lassen. Beide Varianten stellen bevorzugte Ausführungsformen dar. So sind flüssige Reiniger leichter applizierbar, während gelförmige noch längere Verweilzeiten ermöglichen. Durch geeignete Wahl der Bestandteile kann so auch die Viskosität der chemischen Zusammensetzung eingestellt werden, und es sind chemische Zusammenset- zungen mit einer Viskosität von mindestens 100 Pas bevorzugt, solche mit einer Viskosität von mindestens 500 Pas besonders bevorzugt und solche mit einer Viskosität von mindestens 1.000 Pas am bevorzugtesten. Die Messung der Viskosität erfolgt nach EN 12092.
Die Verwendung einer chemischen Zusammensetzung, wie oben beschrieben, zur Reinigung bildet einen weiteren Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Bevorzugt ist dabei eine Verwendung zur Reinigung, bei der der Schmutz ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Teer, Asphalt, Öl, Fett und anderen hydrophoben Anschmutzungen.
Ebenso ist eine Verwendung zur Reinigung bevorzugt, bei der die zu reinigende Oberfläche ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus harten Oberflächen, wie Glas, Porzellan, Kunststoff, Metall, Lack usw. und textilen Oberflächen, wie Textilfasern, Geweben, Gewirken, Teppichen, Stoffen usw.
Das bedeutet, dass sich die erfindungsgemäße chemische Zusammensetzung zum einen besonders zur Reinigung von Küchen, Geschirr, Besteck, Sanitäreinrichtungen, Fußböden, Wänden, Möbeln, Fahrzeugen aller Art, wie Automobilen, Flugzeugen, Lokomotiven, Eisenbahnen, Schiffen sowie für Maschinen und Industrieeinrichtungen eignet. Zum anderen eignet sich die erfindungsgemäße chemische Zusammensetzung besonders zur Reinigung von Textilfasern und diese enthaltenden bzw. aus diesen bestehenden Gegenständen.
Grundsätzlich ist die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen chemischen Zusammensetzungen als sogenannter Prespotter bevorzugt. Das bedeutet, dass die erfindungsge- mäße chemische Zusammensetzung bei der Entfernung von Flecken hartnäckiger Anschmutzungen vor der eigentlichen Reinigung mit herkömmlichen Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln verwendet wird. Dazu wird die erfindungsgemäße chemische Zusammensetzung vor dem eigentlichen Wasch- oder Reinigungsvorgang auf die Anschmutzung aufgetragen. Die erfindungsgemäße chemische Zusammensetzung wird dabei vorzugsweise unverdünnt verwendet.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Dosiervorrichtung für die chemische Zusammensetzung, wie oben beschrieben, dabei ist eine Dosiervorrichtung bevorzugt, bei der mindestens zwei der Komponenten der chemischen Zusammenset- zung getrennt gelagert und erst bei der Freisetzung miteinander in Kontakt gebracht werden.
Ein Kit bestehend aus einer Dosiervorrichtung, wie oben beschrieben, und mindestens einer der Komponenten der chemischen Zusammensetzung, wie oben beschrieben, bildet einen weiteren Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Ebenso stellt eine Vorrichtung zur Reinigung, die die chemische Zusammensetzung, wie oben beschrieben, umfasst, einen Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung dar. Dies kann z. B. ein Schwamm, ein Tuch, ein Lappen oder eine Bürste sein, den/das die bereits mit der erfindungsgemäßen chemischen Zusammensetzung getränkt ist, bzw. auf den/das die erfindungsgemäße chemische Zusammensetzung bereits aufgebracht ist.
Eine Lager- und/oder Dosiervorrichtung, die eine Vorrichtung zur Reinigung, z. B. einen Schwamm, ein Tuch, einen Lappen oder eine Bürste bei der Entnahme dieser aus der Lager- und/oder Dosiervorrichtung mit der erfindungsgemäßen chemischen Zusammensetzung in Kontakt bringt, ist ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Zur weiteren Illustration der Erfindung folgen nun einige Beispiele, die nicht als den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung beschränkend anzusehen sind:

Claims
1. Chemische Zusammensetzung, umfassend:
a) 0,1 - 15 Gew-% mindestens eines Alkoholethoxilates der Formel (I)
R1-(OCH2CH2)z(CH2CHR0)aOH (I), bei dem
R1 = C4 - Cβ-Alkyl, C6 - C8-Aryl ist, z = 2 - 10 ist,
R0 = Ci - Cβ-Alkyl, C6 - Cs-Aryl ist und a = 0 - 4 ist,
und
b) 0,1 - 30 Gew-% mindestens eines von a) verschiedenen nichtionischen Tensids der Formel (II)
R2-(OCH2CH2)y (CH2CHR3)χ OH (II), bei dem
R2 = C8 - Cis-Alkyl ist,
R3 = Ci - Cs-Alkyl ist, y = 2 - 50 ist, x = 0 - 50 ist,
und

2. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 , die unabhängig voneinander die Komponente(n) in einer Menge von a) 1 bis 12 Gew.-% b) 1 bis 25 Gew.-% und c) 1 bis 20 Gew.-% umfasst.
3. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die unabhängig voneinander die Komponente(n) in einer Menge von a) 2 bis 10 Gew.-% b) 3 bis 15 Gew.-% und c) 3 bis 15 Gew. -% umfasst.
4. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der unab- hängig voneinander
R1 = lineares C4 - Cs-Alkyl, verzweigtes C4 - Cs-Alkyl, cyclisches Ce - Cs-Alkyl ist und/oder z = 2 - 8 ist und/oder R0 = lineares Ci - Cβ-Alkyl, verzweigtes Ci - Cβ-Alkyl, cyclisches Ce - Cs-Alkyl ist und/oder a = 0 - 2 ist, und/oder

6. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der das oder die Terpen(e) ausgewählt ist/sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Orangen- und Zitrusterpenen.
7. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, die zusätzlich eine oder mehrere Säure(n) enthält, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus
Schwefelsäure, Essigsäure, Phosphorsäure, Zitronensäure, Amidosulfonsäuren und Methansulfonsäure.
8. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 7, die einen pH im Bereich von 1 bis 6 aufweist.
9. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 8, die einen pH im Bereich von 1 bis 4 aufweist.
10. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, die außerdem mindestens ein Oxidationsmittel enthält.
1 1. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 10, bei der ein/das Oxidationsmittel Wasserstoffperoxid ist.
12. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 1 1 , die außerdem einen oder mehrere Duftstoffe enthält.
13. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, die außer- dem mindestens einen Farbstoff enthält.
14. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, mit einer Viskosität von mindestens 100 Pas.
15. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 14, mit einer Viskosität von mindestens 500 Pas.
16. Chemische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 15, mit einer Viskosität von mindestens 1.000 Pas.
17. Verwendung einer chemischen Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 zur Reinigung.
18. Verwendung nach Anspruch 17, bei dem der Schmutz ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Teer, Asphalt, Öl, Fett.
19. Verwendung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, bei der die zu reinigende Oberfläche ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: Glas, Porzellan, Kunststoff, Metall, Lack, Textilfasern.
20. Dosiervorrichtung für die chemische Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der An- Sprüche 1 bis 16.
21. Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, bei der mindestens zwei der Komponenten der chemischen Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 getrennt gelagert und erst bei der Freisetzung miteinander in Kontakt gebracht wer- den.
22. Kit bestehend aus einer Dosiervorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 20 oder 21 und mindestens einer der Komponenten der chemischen Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16.
23. Vorrichtung zur Reinigung, die die chemische Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 umfasst.
24. Lager- und/oder Dosiervorrichtung, die eine Vorrichtung zur Reinigung bei der Entnahme dieser aus der Lager- und/oder Dosiervorrichtung mit der chemischen
Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 in Kontakt bringt.
