Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade, consisting of posts and bars, in particular vertical posts and horizontal bars, which are firmly connected to each other at their crossing points.
- Such a facade is from the DE 203 18 988 U1 known.
- There is a facade revealed which consists of vertical posts and horizontal bars.
- the posts and bars are firmly connected at their crossing points and formed by steel pipes.
- the steel tubes are used for storage of elements such as glass elements, metal elements or the like. These are arranged on intermediate bearings on the respective steel pipe and arranged by screws cover strips arranged on the posts or bars.
- the screws are screwed into a threaded holes containing flat iron, which is firmly attached to the relevant steel pipe.
- a flat steel is provided, through which the screws are passed.
- the present invention seeks to provide a facade with an improved burglar alarm.
- a facade consisting in particular of vertically arranged posts and in particular horizontally arranged bars which are interconnected at their crossing points, wherein the posts and bars are used for storage of facade elements or the like, wherein at least one facade element is connected by at least one fastening device with a post or bolt, wherein the fastening device comprises a flat metal which with the post or bar is firmly connected, wherein on the flat metal at least two superimposed upper and lower plates are screwed by means of screws with an inner profile, wherein the facade element between the lower plate and the post or bar is arranged and wherein in the inner profile of the respective screw a metal closure piece is firmly inserted.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a facade of the type mentioned, which additionally has a high burglary resistance.
- the finding of the present invention is that by screwing at least one upper and one lower plate, in particular metal plate, independently of one another with screws having an inner profile which is closed with a metal closure piece, the burglar resistance can be considerably improved. This is because the panels can not easily be unscrewed and then the underlying facade element can be removed. Instead, the screw head plug must be drilled out. In addition, the screws for each plate must be drilled independently, since the plates are fastened independently by means of the screws and their Verschluß Swissen.
- the metal closure piece with the inner profile of the associated screw forms a press fit and / or a positive connection. In this way, the metal closure piece can close the screw with the inner profile suitable, so that the metal closure piece can be removed only by drilling again, which improves the burglar resistance.
- the lower metal plate, the upper metal plate and / or the flat metal are pinned and / or bolted together by at least one metal pin or metal bolt.
- the metal pin and / or metal pin may be arranged in such a way relative to the screws with inner profile that it must first be sawn through before the screws can be sawn through. As a result, the screws are additionally protected against accidental removal.
- the metal closure, the metal pin and / or the metal bolt is made of cemented carbide, hardened metal or a metal having a hardness of at least 60HRC. These materials have the advantage that they further complicate a boring of the metal closure piece.
- the hardened metal or metal may be both metal and a metal alloy.
- the metal closure piece and / or the associated screw with inner profile is heat treated or hardened.
- the drilling of the screw and the metal closure piece received in its inner profile is also made more difficult and the Security against burglary further increased.
- screws with internal profile but also conventional screws, such as steel screws, brass screws, copper screws, etc. can be used.
- the metal closure alone increases already increased burglary.
- the upper plate and / or the lower plate has a countersunk hole for receiving the associated screw with an inner profile.
- the countersunk hole has the advantage that the screw head of the screw can be accommodated therein and additionally protected against manipulation. This also increases the security against burglary.
- the upper plate and / or the lower plate extends over at least a partial length of the post or bar to which the respective plate is attached.
- the plates need not extend the entire length of the associated post or latch. An extension along a partial length of the post or bolt already increases the burglary security.
- the lower plate is screwed to the flat metal or in addition to the bolt or post by means of the respective screw with inner profile.
- the screwing of the lower plate only with the flat metal is particularly inexpensive.
- the upper plate is screwed to the lower plate, to the flat metal and / or to the bolt or post by means of the respective screw with inner profile. It is particularly cost-effective if the upper metal plate is screwed tight only to the lower metal plate or to the flat metal. In this case, a bore for the screw extend into the flat metal and in the Flat metal and / or the lower metal plate to be threaded.
- a cover strip is provided between the facade element and the lower plate. Between the cover strip and the facade element may optionally be provided an additional seal on which the facade element can rest.

- the upper plate is formed wider than the lower plate.
- the upper and / or lower plate may be a metal plate.
- a metal plate may for example be made of hard metal or a hardened metal.
- the metal closure piece is a metal ball, a metal hemisphere or a metal disk.
- a metal ball is particularly simple and inexpensive to manufacture and further applicable to a variety of internal profiles, since only the diameter of the metal ball is to be dimensioned such that this either at least a partial positive engagement with the inner profile and / or forms a press fit with the inner profile of the associated screw.
- the shape of the metal closure piece in particular the metal disk, at least partially or substantially corresponds to the inner profile of the screw.
- the metal closure piece forms with the inner profile of the screw at least a positive connection and preferably a press fit.
- the press fit has the advantage that the metal closure piece is particularly difficult to remove from the screw and thus the burglar resistance is further increased.
- the metal ball or metal hemisphere forms an interference fit with the internal profile of the screw.
- the screw with the inner profile is a screw with a square socket, réellephilfkantant, Allen, Torx, slot or Phillips.
- the invention is not limited to the said screws.
- Each screw can be inserted with an inner profile and closed burglar-resistant with a corresponding metal closure piece.

Abstract
Description

Fig. 2-6 gezeigt ist.
Fig. 1 gezeigt ist.
Fig. 1 zuvor gezeigt ist.
Fig. 2 nicht dargestellt.
Fig. 2 gezeigt ist. - In
- In
Fig. 5 angedeutet ist, die Deckschale 25 vorgesehen werden. - In
Fig. 2 einen unteren Abschluss der Fassade 10.
Fig. 2 beschrieben wurde.
Fig. 6 gezeigt ist.
Fig. 6 auf der Dichtung 26 auf. - In
- In
Fig. 9 angedeutet ist. - In
Fig. 11 zeigt dabei eine Ansicht A, der Befestigungsvorrichtung 8 gemäßFig. 10 , aus der Richtung, wie mit einem Pfeil A inFig. 10 angedeutet ist.
Fig. 1 beschrieben wurden.
