Ils s'étendent sensiblement verticalement et couvrent respectivement les parois latérales 18A et 18B de l'ouverture 12.The framing device 4 comprises a lintel 20, a window support 22 and two legs 24A and 24B. The lintel 20 and the support 22 extend substantially horizontally and cover respectively the upper wall 14 and the lower wall 16 of the opening 12. The two legs 24A and 24B are identical. They extend substantially vertically and cover respectively the side walls 18A and 18B of the opening 12.

The lintel 20, the support 22 and the two legs 24A and 24B form a frame 25. The frame 25 is a monobloc structure molded in one piece. It is made of polymer concrete. Preferably, the material used is a polymer concrete comprising cement, a resin and aggregates whose particle size does not exceed 16 mm. The resin is for example one of the polyester resin, vinylester resin and acrylic resin. Aggregates are, for example, sands of quartz, basalt, granite, feldspar, mica and spath. The polymer concrete may be reinforced with metal fibers of length between 0.1 and 10 centimeters, preferably between 1 and 3 centimeters, with a width of between 0.1 mm and 1 mm. For example, the fiber width is 0.5 mm. The fibers are preferably of stainless steel.

Alternatively, the fibers are polyethylene or nylon.

The framing device 4 also includes moldings 26 covering the frame 25 so as to improve the aesthetic appearance of the framing device 4. Their shape is completely arbitrary: here they have a section having rounded shapes. They came molding with the frame.

The window block 6 is a known element, it will not be further described.

The installation means 7 comprise a thermal insulation 28, fixing means 30 and sealing means 32. The thermal insulation 28 is preferably a rigid insulating foam, especially polyurethane. The polyurethane 28 is distributed over the top, bottom and bottom walls, and under the frame. The sealing means are, for example, a plastic or silicone gasket.

Sur la section sortie selon le plan II en figure 2 sont représentées notamment la section du linteau 20 et la section de l'appui de fenêtre 22.On the exit section according to plan II in figure 2 are represented in particular the section of the lintel 20 and the section of the window sill 22.

The lintel 20 adopts an L-shaped profile whose first horizontal leg 34 covers the polyurethane layer 28 distributed on the top wall 14 and a second vertical leg 36, shorter than the first leg 34, projects over the outer surface 10 of the wall 2 , so as to partially cover it.

The window support 22 substantially adopts an L-shaped profile having a first leg 38 and a second leg 40. The first leg 38 has a direction oblique to the horizontal, so that the angle formed by the first leg 38 and the second branch 40 is between 90 and 180 °. The first branch 38 covers the polyurethane layer 28 distributed on the bottom wall 14. The second vertical leg 40, shorter than the first leg 38, projects over the outer surface 10 of the wall 2, so as to partially cover it. In addition, the first leg 38 has at its free end a vertical relief 42 against which the window block 6 is in contact. The second leg 40 of the support has at its free horizontal end a drip 44. The drip 44 is a hollow groove on the underside of the second leg 40.

L'extrémité libre de la première branche 46A du jambage 24A est en contact avec le bloc fenêtre 6.The jambs 24A and 24B being identical, only the description of the jamb 24A will be detailed here. The jamb 24A, a section of which is represented in figure 3 , also adopts an L-shaped profile whose first branch 46A covers the polyurethane layer 28 distributed on the side wall 18A and a second branch 48A, shorter than the first branch 46A, protrudes on the outer surface 10 of the wall 2, so that to partially cover it. The free end of the first leg 46A of the leg 24A is in contact with the window block 6.

The lintel 20, the support 22 and the legs 24A, 24B each have a thickness of polymer concrete of between 0.5 and 5 cm, preferably between 0.5 and 3 cm, and more preferably between 1 and 2 cm.

Le procédé d'installation du dispositif d'encadrement 4 dans l'ouverture 12 du mur 2 va maintenant être décrit, en regard des figures 1 à 3.The method of installing the framing device 4 in the opening 12 of the wall 2 will now be described, with regard to Figures 1 to 3 .

The installation of the framing device 4 can be performed during the construction of the wall 2 or after its construction.

First, a layer of polyurethane 28 is projected onto the walls 14, 16, 18 of the opening 12.

Then, the framing device 4 is placed opposite the opening 12, so that the lintel 20 is horizontal and vertically above the support 22.

Le cadre 25 est inséré dans l'ouverture jusqu'à la butée mécanique des secondes branches 36, 40, 48 contre la surface extérieure 10 du mur 2.The framing device 4 is subsequently inserted in a direction transverse to the wall 2, that is to say in a direction normal to the outer surface, in the direction of the arrow 50 shown in FIG. figure 2 . Frame 25 is inserted in opening up to the mechanical stop of the second limbs 36, 40, 48 against the outer surface 10 of the wall 2.

The device 4 is then fixed in the opening 12 by the fixing means 30. These fastening means 30 are known per se, and may be a bonding and / or screwing for example.

The window block 6 is fixed to the wall 2, so that the frame device does not mechanically support the window block 6.

In addition, silicone gaskets 32 are used to seal the installation.

The method may comprise a step of cutting the first legs of the jambs and lintel "to adapt them to the depth available in the opening, because, depending on the number and nature of the layers that cover the wall on the inside, The total wall thickness may vary. The window block is not always placed at the same depth relative to the outer wall surface 10. The first branches are cut, when necessary, to arrive just near the window block.

Dans cette position, il est possible de faire passer le dispositif d'encadrement 4 à travers l'ouverture 12.In an embodiment shown on the figure 4 , the frame 25 is brought from an inner side of the wall to be then attached to the outer side of the wall. The frame 25 is shown schematically on the figure 4 . It can be seen that the lintel 20 and the support 22 have respective shorter lengths than those of the legs 24A and 24B. In order to allow the framing device 4 to be passed through the opening 12, the frame 25 is placed in a lying position, that is to say with the lintel 20 and the support 22 arranged in a substantially directional orientation. vertical and jambs 24A and 24B follow a substantially horizontal orientation. In this position, it is possible to pass the framing device 4 through the opening 12.

Ce mouvement est matérialisé par la flèche F2 de la figure 4.After passing the frame 25 on the outside of the wall, following a movement illustrated by the arrow F1 of the figure 4 , the frame 25 is placed in a substantially vertical orientation, that is to say with the legs 24A and 24B vertical and the lintel 20 and support 22 substantially horizontal. The frame 25 can then be inserted into the opening until the second branches of the lintel 20, the support 22 and the jambs 24A and 24B bear against the outer surface 10 of the wall. This movement is materialized by the arrow F2 of the figure 4 .

The pivoting movement of the frame 25 making it possible to move it from the supine position to the vertical position is controlled by any appropriate means.

Such an installation method is particularly advantageous for buildings of great heights.

Alternatively, the frame 25 is brought from outside the wall and not from the inside. It does not pass through the opening. It is placed directly on the outside of the wall.

Le procédé de fabrication du dispositif 4 va maintenant être décrit, en référence aux figures 5 à 9.The manufacturing method of the device 4 will now be described, with reference to Figures 5 to 9 .

Dans la représentation de la figure 4, l'élément 68 correspond au linteau 20 et l'élément 70 à l'appui 22.As visible on the figure 5 , the method comprises an initial step of producing a die 60 of the opening equipped with the framing device. The die 60 comprises a support 61, having a flat bottom 62 and an upright edge 64. The upright edge 64 has a closed contour and internally delimits a volume 66 having the size and shape of the opening 12. This volume 66 is closed on one side by the bottom 62 and is open opposite the bottom 62. The die 60 further comprises elements 68, 70 having the shape of the lintel, the support 22 and jambs 24A and 24B. These elements are placed on the erected edge 64, exactly in the arrangement provided in the opening 12. In the representation of the figure 4 the element 68 corresponds to the lintel 20 and the element 70 to the support 22.

Elles sont plaquées contre le bord dressé 64.Then, as illustrated on the figure 6 sealing plates 72, 74 are placed around the matrix, and inside thereof. The plates 74 are arranged in the volume 66, parallel to the edge 64, and are slightly spaced from the elements 68 and 70. The sealing plates 72 are placed outside the volume 66, all around the upright edge 64. They are pressed against the erect edge 64.

Les plaques 72 et 74 font saillie légèrement au-dessus des éléments 68 et 70.The plates 72 and 74 protrude slightly above the elements 68 and 70.

More specifically, liquid silicone is poured between the sealing plates 72 and 74. The silicone is housed between the plates 74 and the elements 68, 70. It also comes cover the part of the elements 68 and 70 which are pressed against the edge of the flange 64.

On utilise ensuite ce moule 76 pour mouler le cadre 25.After cooling and solidifying the silicone, the plates 72 and 74 are evacuated, and the flexible mold 76 is separated from the support 61. The mold 76 has the shape illustrated in FIG. figure 8 . This mold 76 is then used to mold the frame 25.

Il a par exemple une section en L.A counter mold 79 is placed around the mold 76, as visible on the Figure 9 . The counter mold 79 and the mold 76 define between them a space 81 having the shape of the frame 25. The counter mold 79 defines the non-visible side of the frame 25. It is for example silicone. It has for example a section in L.

The polymer concrete 80 is poured into the space 81, and fills in particular the cavities 78 left in the mold by the shapes 68, 70 ( figure 9 ). The polymer concrete 80 was prepared separately, and in particular the metal fibers were mixed with this polymer concrete.

Finally, after drying in air, the frame 25 is demolded. The flexible mold removed from the frame 25 is able to be reused.

Such a molding process, combined with the use of a particularly resistant polymer concrete, allows for one-piece frames of the desired shape, particularly lightweight.

Thus, the framing device 4 according to the invention by its monobloc character, has a very fast installation after molding. In addition, the L-shaped section of its frame 25 ensures a good seal of the opening 12 and allows to perfectly cover a layer of insulating material 28, thus ensuring the insulation of the opening and reducing thermal bridges.

In addition, the framing device 4, because it has very thin thicknesses, achievable through the use of polymer concrete, is manu-transportable because the mass of the device is reduced.

Finally, moldings can be easily made and can ensure the aesthetics of the room and get window frames whose appearance is customizable.

The framing device can be placed either against the inner surface of the wall or against the outer surface. The wall can also form an internal partition of a building.

Le cadre 25 est alors plaqué contre la surface externe du mur porteur 8.On the Figure 3 , the insulating layer 9 has been shown defining the outer surface of the wall, and the frame 25 is pressed against this insulating layer 9. Alternatively, the insulating layer 9 is internal and defines an inner surface of the carrier wall 8. The frame 25 is then pressed against the outer surface of the bearing wall 8.
