Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Flurförderzeug mit einem Fahrerschutzdach, insbesondere einen Schubmaststapler. Ein Fahrerschutzdach besteht dabei aus einem Paar von vertikal angeordneten Säulen, die seitlich mit dem Fahrzeugkörper verbunden sind und die eine Krone tragen. Im Gegensatz zu einer geschlossenen Kabine, die mindestens vier tragende Säulen aufweist, ist die Sicht des Fahrers durch ein mit einem Paar von Säulen ausgebildetes Fahrerschutzdach nur minimal eingeschränkt.

DE 10 2005 015 978 ist ein Fahrerschutzdach für eine Flurförderzeug bekannt, das aus zwei Baugruppen besteht, die jeweils zwei Tragstreben besitzen. Das Fahrerschutzdach besitzt somit insgesamt vier an den Ecken des Schutzdaches angeordnete Tragstreben. - Aus
DE 102 08 889 A1 ist ein Gegengewichtstapler mit einer geschlossenen Fahrerkabine bekannt, die mit transparenten Fensterflächen ausgestattet ist. Ferner ist bekannt geworden, ein verglastes Fahrerschutzdach vorzusehen und dieses mit einem Dachwischer zu reinigen.
AusWO 2007/092773 ist insbesondere aus Fig. 18 ein Fahrerschutzdach bekannt, das zwei lastseitig an dem Fahrzeug angeordnete Säulen aufweist, die eine oder mehrere umlaufende Gurte tragen. Zwischen den Gurten sind Streben angeordnet, die den Fahrer vor größeren herabfallenden Teilen schützen. - Aus
DE 10 2011 101 919 A1 ist eine geschlossene Fahrerkabine für einen Gegengewichtstapler bekannt. Ein durchsichtiges Schutzdach ist schwenkbar an der Fahrerkabine angeordnet. - Bekannt ist bei Schubmaststaplern mit einer durch zwei Säulen abgestützten Krone ein Fahrerschutzdach zu bilden. Da insbesondere bei Schubmaststaplern in großen Höhen gearbeitet wird, muss das Fahrerschutzdach durchsichtig sein, damit der Fahrer einen guten Blick auf die Last hat. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, innerhalb der Krone Horizontalstreben vorzusehen, die partiell einen Durchblick auf den ausgefahrenen Hubmast gestatten. Die Horizontalstreben schützen den Fahrer vor herunterfallenden Gütern. Bei dem Einsatz mit Flüssigkeiten oder in feuchten Umgebungen ist es ebenfalls bekannt, auf die Horizontalstreben ein Gitter für herab fallende Kleinteile oder eine transparente Glasscheibe für tropfende Flüssigkeiten vorzusehen. Die Schutzfunktion des Fahrerschutzdachs wird dabei aber durch die Horizontalstreben und deren Anordnung innerhalb der Krone sichergestellt.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Fahrerschutzdach zur Verfügung zu stellen, das eine möglichst gute Sicht auf das Hubgerüst gestattet, ohne dabei auf den erforderlichen Schutz für den Fahrer zu verzichten.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch ein Flurförderzeug mit den Merkmalen aus Anspruch 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen bilden den Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Flurförderzeug ist mit einem Fahrerschutzdach ausgestattet, das zwei seitlich an dem Fahrzeug angeordnete Säulen aufweist. Die Säulen tragen eine mit einem oder mehreren Gurten ausgestattete Krone. Die Gurte der Krone sind mit einer Montageplatte verbunden, in der eine Öffnung für ein Glasdach vorgesehen ist. Das Glasdach ist mit einem umlaufenden Profilrahmen elastisch verbunden, insbesondere in diesem verklebt. Über den Profilrahmen ist das Glasdach an der Krone befestigt. Der Profilrahmen ist dabei mit mindestens einem Gurt und/oder mindestens einem zwischen den Gurten sich erstreckenden Stützprofil verbunden. Die erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Krone eines Fahrerschutzdachs erfüllt die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen hinsichtlich der Stabilität und Widerstandskraft gegen herunterfallende Gegenstände. Die Stabilität wird insbesondere durch die an dem umlaufenden Profilrahmen angeordnete Glasscheibe erzielt, wobei zur Erhöhung der Stabilität der Profilrahmen an den Gurten und an Stützprofilen befestigt ist. Der Profilrahmen ist bevorzugt an einer oder zwei Seiten mit einem Gurt und an den übrigen Seiten mit den Stützprofilen verbunden. Bei Fahrzeugen mit geringerer Nenntragfähigkeit kann der Profilrahmen auch ohne zusätzliche Stützprofile mit einem oder mehreren Gurten verbunden sein.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung des Flurförderzeugs ist ein Paar von Stützprofilen vorgesehen, die sich in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung zwischen den Gurten erstrecken. Eine solche Erstreckung in Längsrichtung bedeutet hierbei, dass das Stützprofil einen spitzen Winkel mit der Fahrzeugslängsrichtung einschließt. Derartige Stützprofile können sehr stabil zwischen einem zur Vorderseite und einem zur Rückseite weisenden Gurt angeordnet werden und bieten so eine gute Abstützung für den Profilrahmen in der Krone.
- In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung ist mindestens ein Querprofil zwischen den sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Stützprofilen angeordnet. Das Querprofil ist mit den sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Stützprofilen verbunden und bildet eine weitere Abstützung für den Profilrahmen des Glasdachs.
- In einer zweckmäßigen Ausgestaltung sind weitere Stützprofile mit dem Glasdach elastisch verbunden, bevorzugt verklebt. Die weiteren Stützprofile sind aus sicherheitstechnischen Gründen nicht erforderlich, sondern geben einem Benutzer des Flurförderzeugs eher ein ausreichendes Sicherheitsgefühl, insbesondere wenn er zuvor unter einem Fahrerschutzdach mit Horizontalstreben gearbeitet hat.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung besitzt die Krone einen Vordergurt und einen Hintergurt, die mit der Montageplatte und an ihren Enden jeweils mit einer der Säulen verbunden ist. Die von den Gurten umfasste Fläche ist im Wesentlichen viereckig und besitzt abgerundete Ecken, wobei die Säulen an den seitlichen Kanten des Rechtecks anliegen. Der Vordergurt erstreckt sich somit an beiden Seitenkanten der Krone und bildet die Vorderkante, während der Hintergurt die Hinterkante und ebenfalls den hinter den Säulen liegenden Teil der beiden Seitenkanten bildet.
- In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist die Montageplatte, die innerhalb der umlaufenden Gurte angeordnet ist, mit Öffnungen für die Montage von Zusatzgeräten an und/oder auf dem Fahrerschutzdach ausgestattet. Die vorgesehenen Öffnungen erlauben es, Zusatzgeräte noch nachträglich zu montieren oder je nach kundenspezifischer Ausstattung des Flurförderzeugs die erforderlichen Zusatzgeräte an dem Fahrzeug zu montieren.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist das Glasdach in Trapezform ausgebildet. Um eine gute Sicht auf das Hubgerüst durch das Fahrerschutzdach zu haben, ist der breite Schenkel des Trapez nach vorne zum Hubgerüst hin angeordnet, während der schmalere Schenkel des Trapez nach hinten, von dem Hubgerüst fortweisend angeordnet ist.
- Bevorzugt besteht das Dach aus einem Sicherheitsglas, wobei zweckmäßigerweise Verbundsicherheitsglas eingesetzt wird. Bei einem Verbundsicherheitsglas sind beispielsweise zwei Sicherheitsglasscheiben über eine dazwischen liegende Folie miteinander verbunden.
- Der Profilrahmen, in dem die Glasscheibe montiert ist, besitzt bevorzugt ein L-förmiges Profil im Querschnitt, wobei das Glasdach in dem Profil verklebt ist. Hierbei erfolgt eine umlaufende Verklebung und zugleich eine Versiegelung der Glaskanten. Insbesondere bei Verbundsicherheitsglas ist dies wichtig, um ein Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in die Glasscheibe zu verhindern.
- In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung besitzt der Profilrahmen in dem unter der Glasscheibe angeordneten Profilabschnitt mindestens eine Ausnehmung, durch die ein Schneiddraht durch eine Fuge zwischen der Glasscheibe und dem Profilschenkel geführt werden kann. Mit Hilfe der Ausnehmung ist es möglich, den Schneiddraht durch die umlaufende Fuge zwischen Glasscheibe und Profilrahmen durchzuführen. Danach wird der unterhalb der Glasscheibe liegende Schneiddraht um 90° zu der Glasscheibe hin abgewinkelt und so die Verklebung zwischen Profilrahmen und Glasscheibe entlang dem Profilrahmen aufgeschnitten. Dies erlaubt einen einfachen und problemlosen Austausch der Glasscheibe.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung besitzen die Stützprofile und der oder die Gurte einen rechteckigen Querschnitt, der bevorzugt bandförmig eine wesentlich größere Breite als Tiefe besitzt. Die Gurte sind im Wesentlichen vertikal stehend in der Krone verbaut.
- Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung des Fahrerschutzdachs ist nachfolgend näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schubmaststapler 10, der ein Antriebsteil 12 und einen Hubmast 14 besitzt. Das Antriebsteil 12 besitzt ein gelenktes und angetriebenes Rad 16 sowie zwei vorstehende Stützarme 18, die an ihren Enden jeweils mit einem Rad 20 versehen sind. Zwischen den Stützarmen 18 ist ein Masthalter (nicht dargestellt) mit dem Hubmast 14 in Längsrichtung verfahrbar. - Das Antriebsteil 12 besitzt einen Fahrerplatz 22, in dem ein Fahrer quer zur Fahrzeuglängsrichtung Platz nehmen kann. Geschützt ist der Fahrerplatz 22 über ein Fahrerschutzdach. Das Fahrerschutzdach besitzt zwei mit dem Antriebsteil 12 verbundene Säulen 24, die eine Krone 26 tragen. Bei dem in
Fig. 1 dargestelltem Schubmaststapler aus dem Stand der Technik ist die Krone 26 mit Horizontalstreben 28 ausgestattet, die den Fahrer vor herabstürzenden Gegenständen schützen. Trotz einer geneigten und beabstandeten Anordnung der Horizontalstreben beeinträchtigen diese die Sicht des Fahrers von seinem Sitzplatz auf den Hubmast 14, insbesondere wenn dieser in voller Höhe ausgefahren ist. -
Fig. 2 zeigt das erfindungsgemäße Fahrerschutzdach 30, das zwei Säulen 32 umfasst. Die Säulen 32 werden jeweils über einen Flansch 34 an dem Antriebsteil 12 des Schubmaststaplers befestigt. Die Säulen 32 besitzen einen im Wesentlichen flachen, bandförmigen Aufbau, der sich zu einem Kopfabschnitt 36 hin verbreitert. Anders als bei Fahrzeugkabinen, die über vier das Dach tragende Säulen verfügen, sind die Säulen 32 ausgebildet, um bei starken, schlagsartigen Belastungen auf das Fahrerschutzdach sich zu verformen oder durch Schwingungen den auftretenden Impuls in den Fahrzeugkörper abzuleiten. - Der Kopfbereich 36 der Säulen ist nach hinten mit einem Vordergurt 38 und auf seiner rückwärtigen Seite mit einem Hintergurt 40 verbunden. Der Vordergurt 38 erstreckt sich auf der Vorderseite der Säulen 32 jeweils unter zwei abgerundeten 90°-Winkeln, um den vorderen Abschnitt der Krone zu begrenzen. Der Hintergurt schließt an der Rückseite der Säulen 32 an und begrenzt die Krone rückwärtig ebenfalls unter Bildung zweier Winkelabschnitte. Wie in
Fig. 2 zu erkennen, ist die Vorderseite des Vordergurts 38 im Wesentlichen gerade, während die Rückseite des Hintergurts 40 leicht gewölbt verläuft. - Die Gurte 38, 40 sind mit ihren vertikal verlaufenden Kanten mit der Säule 32 verbunden. Ferner ist jeder der Gurte mit der Montageplatte 42 verbunden. Die Montageplatte 42 dient dazu, Zusatzgeräte, wie beispielsweise Scheinwerfer, Lichtanlagen, Warnleuchten, DC-Wandler und andere Geräte zu montieren. Die Montageplatte 42 trägt auch einen Profilrahmen 44, in den eine Glasscheibe 46 eingesetzt ist. Die Glasscheibe 46 wird nicht durch Streben oder andere Bauteile verdeckt, sondern gibt vollständig den Blick auf den Hubmast frei.

Fig. 3 zeigt den näheren Aufbau der Krone ohne eingesetzte Glasscheibe. InFig. 3 ist der Verlauf des Hintergurts 40 und des Vordergurts 38 zu erkennen. Die Gurte 38 und 40 werden über ihre Kanten 48 und 50 mit der Säule 32 in ihrem Kopfbereich 36 verschweißt. Deutlich zu erkennen anFig. 3 ist auch, dass die Montageplatte 42 seitlich eine Aussparung 52 besitzt, in die die Säule 32 eintaucht, um bündig mit dem Vordergurt und dem Hintergurt verschweißt zu werden. - Ebenfalls in
Fig. 3 ist der Profilrahmen 44 zu erkennen, der aus vier trapezförmig angeordneten Profilleisten besteht. Die nach vorne zum Hubgerüst weisende Profilleiste 54 ist dabei mit dem Vordergurt 38 verbunden. Die hintere Profilleiste 56 ist parallel zu der vorderen Profilleiste 54 angeordnet und stützt sich auf einer mehrteiligen Querstrebe 58 ab. Die schräg zur Fahrzeuglängsrichtung verlaufenden seitlichen Profilleisten 59 sind mit der vorderen Profilleiste 54 und der hinteren Profilleiste 56 verbunden. Zudem sind die seitlichen Profilleisten 59 auf einem in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Stützprofil 60 angeordnet. Die Stützprofile 60 erstrecken sich dabei zwischen dem Vordergurt und dem Hintergurt und dienen zur Befestigung der seitlichen Profile 59 des Profilrahmens 44. -
Fig. 4 zeigt den Aufbau ohne eingesetzten Profilrahmen. Deutlich zu erkennen ist die Montageplatte 42, die aus einem ersten Teil 42a und einem identischen zweiten Teil 42b besteht. Die Montageplatte 42 ist mit einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen und Bohrungen 62 versehen, die die Montage von Zusatzgeräten sowie die Führung von Kabeln durch das Fahrerschutzdach erlauben. Das Stützprofil 60 ist mit dem Vordergurt 38 und dem Hintergurt 40 verbunden. Die Anbindung des Stützprofils 60 an den Vordergurt erfolgt kurz vor der Biegung 62 des Vordergurts, mit der dieser in seinem Seitenwandabschnitt 64 übergeht. Auf diese Weise besitzt das Trapez auf der zum Hubgerüst weisenden Seite seine maximale Breite. - In
Fig. 4 ist ebenfalls zu erkennen, dass die Querstrebe 58 zwischen den beiden Stützprofilen 60 angeordnet ist und aus drei Profilabschnitten 58a, 58b, 58c besteht. Die Verwendung von drei Profilabschnitten hat den Vorteil, dass der Abstand 66 des mittleren Querprofilabschnitts 58b zu dem Vordergurt 38 größer ist. Der Profilrahmen 44 zur Aufnahme der Glasscheibe ist mit dem Vordergurt 38, den Stützprofilen 60 und den Querprofilabschnitten 58a, 58b und 58c verschweißt. -
Fig. 5 zeigt in einer Schnittansicht den näheren Aufbau des Profilrahmens 44 zur Aufnahme der Glasscheibe 46. Der Profilrahmen 44 besitzt ein Winkelprofil, das mit seinem horizontalen Schenkel 66 an dem Stützprofil 60 angeordnet ist. Die Glasscheibe 46 besteht aus zwei Scheiben 68 und 70, die über eine Folie 72 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Verklebung der Glasscheibe 46 mit dem Profil 44 erfolgt über ein selbstklebendes Profil, beispielsweise ein EPDM-Profil 74, das einseitig auf dem tragenden Schenkel 66 angeordnet ist und die Glasscheibe 46 verklebt. Für die Glasscheibe 46 und deren Halt in dem Profil 44 ist zudem wichtig, dass die Fuge zwischen Glaskante und Profil 44 sowie der sich daran anschließende Hohlraum mit einer Fugenmasse 76 verfugt wird. Hierdurch werden die Kanten der Glasscheiben 68 und 70 und insbesondere auch die Kante der Folie 72 verschlossen. Dies bedeutet, dass das EPDM-Profil zur Sicherstellung einer gleichmäßigen Verklebungsstärke und zur dämpfenden Lagerung der Glasscheibe dient. Die eigentliche Befestigung zwischen Glasscheibe und Profilrahmen erfolgt mit einer Klebemasse, welche auch gleichzeitig die Versiegelung der Kanten übernimmt. - Wie in
Fig. 5 dargestellt, kann die Oberkante 78 der Glasscheibe durchaus über die Oberkante 80 des Profils 44 vorstehen, ohne dass hierdurch die Sicherheit durch das Glasdach beeinträchtigt ist. - Im Gegensatz zur Verwendung von tragenden Glasscheiben bei Kabinenkonstruktionen, wie sie beispielsweise bei Gegengewichtsstaplern gegeben ist, wird bei der Anordnung der Glasscheibe in dem Profilrahmen und dessen Befestigung in der Krone darauf geachtet, dass das Fahrerschutzdach eine deutlich geringere Verwindungssteifigkeit als eine Kabine mit ihren Säulen besitzt. Bei der Verwendung eines Mehrscheibensicherheitsglases können alle durch Normen vorgegebenen Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllt werden.
Claims (12)
- Flurförderzeug mit einem Schutzdach, das zwei, seitlich an dem Fahrzeug angeordnete Säulen (32) aufweist, die eine mit einem oder mehreren Gurten (38, 40) ausgestattete Krone tragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gurte mit einer eine Öffnung für ein Glasdach (46) aufweisenden Montageplatte (42) verbunden sind, wobei das Glasdach mit einem umlaufenden Profilrahmen (44) elastisch verbunden ist, der mit mindestens einem Gurt (38, 40) und mit mindestens einem zwischen den Gurten sich erstreckenden Stützprofil (58, 60) verbunden ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Paar von Stützprofilen (60) sich in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung zwischen den Gurten (38, 40) erstreckt.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Querprofil (58) zwischen den Stützprofilen (60) quer zur Längsrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Profilrahmen (44) mit einem Gurt (38), dem Paar von Stützprofilen (60) und dem Querprofil (58) verbunden ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weitere Stützprofile mit dem Glasdach elastisch verbunden sind.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krone einen Vordergurt (38) und einen Hintergurt (40) aufweist, die mit der Montageplatte (42) und an ihren Enden jeweils mit einer der Säulen (32) verbunden sind.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (42) mit Öffnungen (62) für die Montage von Zusatzgeräten an und/oder auf dem Fahrerschutzdach versehen ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Glasdach eine Trapezform aufweist.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Glasdach aus einem Sicherheitsglas besteht, bevorzugt einem Verbundsicherheitsglas.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Profilrahmen ein L-förmiges Profil aufweist, wobei das Glasdach in dem Profil (44) verklebt ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Profilrahmen (44) mindestens eine Ausnehmung in dem unter der Glasscheibe angeordneten Profilabschnitt aufweist, durch die ein Schneiddraht durch eine Fuge zwischen der Glasscheibe und dem Profilschenkel geführt werden kann.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützprofile und der oder die Gurte einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
