Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Grablicht, bei welchem eine Kerze in einer Kunststoffhülle vorgesehen ist, wobei auf diese Kunststoffhülle eine Abdeckkappe, die eine zylindrische, mit Durchgangsöffnungen versehene Mantelwandung und eine Deckwandung aufweist, aufgesetzt ist, und wobei der oberer Wandbereich der Kunststoffhülle nach innen geneigt verläuft.
- Derartige Grablichter mit Abdeckkappen sind vor allem dazu bestimmt, dass sie im Freien aufgestellt werden, wobei die Abdeckkappe einerseits als Windschutz und andererseits als Regenschutz dient. Bei stärkerem Regen hat sich gezeigt, dass das von der Deckwandung auf den zylindrischen Mantelbereich abrinnende Wasser zu einem beträchtlichen Teil entlang der Durchgangsöffnungen nach innen läuft, sodass sich der Raum oberhalb der Kerze in der Kunststoffhülle mit Wasser füllt und die Kerze zum Erlöschen bringt.
- Die
DE 20100017 U1 beschreibt eine Schutzhaube für Windlichter oder Grablichter zum Aufsetzen auf den das Wachs enthaltenden Hüllkörper. Die Schutzhaube hat seitliche Öffnungen, die durch Einschnitte in der Seitenwand gebildet sind, wobei die Stege zwischen den Einschnitten aus der Ebene der Seitenwand nach innen versetzt sind. Der Hüllkörper ist zylindrisch ohne Eindellungen. Die Druckschrift nimmt die Erfindung nicht vorweg. - Die
SI 20101 A2 - Die
DE 202009015812 U1 undDE 202005012663 U1 offenbaren ebenso Schutzhauben für Wind- oder Grablichter, deren Schutzhauben lediglich den Hüllkörper im Durchmesser überragen und keine Lösung für die gestellten Aufgaben bieten. DieDE 202012012006 U1 undEP 0441768 A1 zeigen den allgemeinen Stand der Technik zu Grablichtern mit Schutzhauben. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde eine Grabkerze der eingangsgenannten Art zu schaffen, bei welcher auch bei stärkerem Regen ein Füllen der Kunststoffhülle mit Regenwasser verhindert ist.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass dem oberen Rand der Kunststoffhülle benachbart eine umlaufende, die Aufsteckhöhe der Abdeckmappe begrenzende Schulter vorgesehen ist, und dass in dem dem oberen Rand benachbarten zylindrischen Mantelbereich der Kunststoffhülle nach innen gerichtete Eindellungen vorgesehen sind, die vom oberen Randbereich ausgehen und bis unter die Schulter reichen und dort nach außen offen sind. Dadurch wird ein durch die Durchgangsöffnungen nach innen gelangendes Wasser oberhalb des nach innen aufwärts geneigten Randbereiches der Kunststoffhülle in einem Ringraum gesammelt wird, wobei dieser Ringraum durch die Eindellungen ständig entleert wird. Es kann damit nicht zu einem Erlöschen der Kerze durch aus dem Ringraum in den Raum oberhalb der Kerze eindringendes Wasser kommen.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann die Unterkannte der Durchgangsöffnung höhenmäßig im Bereich des inneren Randes des Randbereiches der Kunststoffhülle liegen. Dies sichert einerseits einen entsprechenden Luftaustausch zur Erzielung des notwendigen Sauerstoffgehaltes für die Flamme und anderseits wird durch die Eindellung verhindert, dass in dem Ringraum zwischen der Mantelwandung der Abdeckkappe und dem oberen Randbereich der Kunststoffhülle aufgefangenes Wasser über den Innenrand übertritt, da überschüssiges Wasser bereits dann durch den unteren Bereich der Eindellungen wieder austreten kann. Schließlich können die Eindellungen durch Zylindermantelabschnitte mit parallel zur Achse der Kunststoffhülle verlaufenden Erzeugenden gebildet sein. Damit wird erreicht, dass die Eindellungen über die gesamte Länge den gleichen freien Durchgangsquerschnitt aufweisen womit ein erhöhter Rückstau innerhalb der Eindellungen vermieden ist.
- In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Figur 1 . zeigt eine Seitenansicht des oberen Randes der Kunststoffhülle.Figur 2 ist in einem etwas vergrößerten Maßstab eine Draufsicht auf eine Hälfe des oberen Randes der Kunststoffhülle.Figur 3 gibt in noch größerem Maßstab in Seitenansicht den oberen Bereich des Grablichtes bei aufgesetzter Abdeckkappe wieder. - Mit 1 ist eine Kunststoffhülle bezeichnet, welche beim fertigen Grablicht mit einer Kerze gefüllt ist. Der obere Randbereich 2 der Kunststoffhülle ist nach innen ansteigend geneigt, wobei dieser obere Randbereich 2 über einen zylindrischen Mantelbereich 3 für die Aufnahme der Kappe 4 zu einer Schulter 5 führt, auf welche die Abdeckkappe 6 aufgesetzt wird. Im zylindrischen Mantelbereich 4 sind Eindellungen 3 vorgesehen, welche bis unter die Schulter 5 reichen.
- Die Abdeckkappe 6 weist eine Deckwandung 7 und einen zylindrischen Mantelbereich 8 auf, in welchem Durchgangsöffnungen 9 vorgesehen sind. Diese Durchgangsöffnungen 9 dienen der Sauerstoffzufuhr für die Kerzenflamme.
- Wie in
Figur 3 deutlich erkennbar, gehen die Eindellungen 3 vom nach innen gerichteten Randbereich 2 der Kunststoffhülle aus und zwar unter Bildung einer oberen Einlassöffnung 10. Diese Eindellungen 3 führen dann nach unten bis über die Schulter 5, wobei sie unterhalb des zylindrischen Mantelbereiches 8 der Abdeckkappe des 6 eine Austrittsöffnung 11 offenlassen. - Bei im Freien aufgestelltem Grablicht rinnt bei Regen das Regenwasser über die Deckwandung 7 der Abdeckkappe 6 nach außen und dann an der Außenseite des zylindrischen Mantelbereiches 8. der Abdeckkappe nach unten. Dabei kommt es aber dazu, dass das entlang des Mantelbereiches außen abrinnende Wasser durch die Durchgangsöffnungen 9 nach innen durchtritt, welches sich dann im Ringraum zwischen dem oberen nach innen gerichteten Randbereich 2 der Kunststoffhülle 1 und der Innenwandung des zylindrischen Mantelbereiches 8 der Abdeckkappe 6 ansammelt. Bevor es dabei aber zu einem Übertritt von Wasser über die Oberkannte des nach innen gerichteten oberen Randbereiches 2 in das Innere der Kunststoffhülle 1 kommt, fließt das darin befindliche Wasser in die obere Einlassöffnung der Eindellung 3 hinein und rinnt dann durch die Ausgangsöffnung 11 nach außen und von dort dann entlang der Außenseite der Kunststoffhülle 1 ab.
Claims (3)
- Grablicht, bei welchem eine Kerze in einer Kunststoffhülle vorgesehen ist, wobei auf diese Kunststoffhülle (1) eine Abdeckkappe (6), die eine zylindrische mit Durchgangsöffnungen (9) versehene Mantelwandung (8) und eine Deckwandung (7) aufweist, aufgesetzt ist, und wobei der obere Randbereich der Kunststoffhülle (1) nach innen aufwärts geneigt verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass, dem oberen Rand (2) der Kunststoffhülle (1) benachbart eine umlaufende, die Aufsteckhöhe der Abdeckkappe (6) begrenzende Schulter (5) vorgesehen ist, und dass in dem, dem oberen Rand (2) benachbarten zylindrischen Mantelbereich (4) der Kunststoffhülle (1) nach innen gerichtete Eindellungen (3) vorgesehen sind, die vom oberen Randbereich (2) ausgehen und bis unter die Schulter (5) reichen und dort nach außen offen sind.
- Grablicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterkante der Durchgangsöffnung (9) höhenmäßig im Bereich des inneren Randes (2) des Randbereiches der Kunststoffhülle (1) liegt.
- Grablicht nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eindellungen (3) durch Zylindermantelabschnitte mit parallel zur Achse der Kunststoffhülle (1) verlaufenden Erzeugenden gebildet sind.
