Claims (12)

  1. Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens eines Schlagwerkmechanismus einer Uhr, wobei die Anordnung mindestens eine Tonfeder (2) umfasst, die über einen Tonfederträger (3) mit einem Montageelement (4) einteilig ausgebildet ist, um nur ein Teil zu bilden, wobei das Montageelement (4) der Montage der Anordnung in ein Gehäuse der Uhr dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageelement (4) kreisförmig ist, wie etwa ein Einbauring oder -kreis.
  2. Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zur Herstellung der Anordnung verwendete Material ein amorphes Metall oder ein Edelmetall wie etwa Gold oder Platin oder eine Edelmetalllegierung ist.
  3. Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tonfeder (2) an einem ihrer Enden an dem Tonfederträger (3) gehalten wird, während das andere Ende frei beweglich ist, wobei ein Teil der Tonfeder einen Kreisabschnitt mit einem Winkel im Bereich von 180° bis 360° definiert, um innerhalb eines Uhrengehäuses um ein Werk der Uhr herum angeordnet zu werden.
  4. Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Tonfedern (2, 2') umfasst, die vom selben Tonfederträger (3) ausgehen.
  5. Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende der ersten Tonfeder (2) und ein Ende der zweiten Tonfeder (2') jeweils auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Tonfederträgers (3) angebracht sind, während das andere Ende jeder Tonfeder frei beweglich ist, und dass jede Tonfeder einen Kreisabschnitt mit einem Winkel im Bereich von 180° bis 360° definiert, um innerhalb eines Uhrengehäuses um ein Werk der Uhr herum angeordnet zu werden.
  6. Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Tonfedern (2, 2') einander koaxial überlagert angeordnet sind, um in dem Uhrengehäuse ohne gegenseitigen Kontakt montiert zu werden.
  7. Uhr (10), die ein Uhrengehäuse mit einem Mittelteil (12), einem Boden (11) und einem Glas (13), die einen Aufnahmeraum für ein Uhrwerk (14) mit einem Schlagwerkmechanismus definieren, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlagwerkmechanismus eine Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  8. Uhr (10) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens gesichert in das Uhrengehäuse montiert ist, um die Schallabstrahlung der mindestens einen schwingenden Tonfeder (2) der Anordnung zum Ausführen eines Schlagens zu optimieren.
  9. Uhr nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montageelement (4) gegen eine Innenwand (12a) eines Mittelteils (12) des Uhrengehäuses gesichert montiert ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach einem Prägevorgang eines Vorformlings oder des Gießens des Teils in einer Form aus der mindestens einen Tonfeder (2), die über einen Tonfederträger (3) mit einem Montageelement (4) verbunden ist, ein einziges Teil gebildet wird, wobei das Montageelement (4) der Montage der Anordnung in ein Gehäuse der Uhr dient.
  11. Verfahren für die Herstellung einer Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst:
    - Prägen eines Vorformlings der Anordnung, um ein Montageelement (4), den Tonfederträger (3) und ein oder zwei Tonfedern (2, 2') zu erhalten, wobei ein Ende jeder Tonfeder mit dem Tonfederträger (3) verbunden ist, während mindestens das andere Ende jeder Tonfeder über eine Materialbrücke in einem inneren Teil des Montageelements befestigt ist, und
    - Fräsen oder Sägen zumindest der Materialbrücke, die jede Tonfeder hält, um ihr anderes Ende freizugeben.
  12. Verfahren für die Herstellung einer Anordnung (1) zum Ausführen eines Schlagens nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein anschließendes Fräsen ausgeführt wird, um jede Tonfeder zu stimmen.
