Claims (13)

  1. Uhrengehäuse (1), das einen Aufnahmeraum für ein Uhrwerk und eine Läutvorrichtung, die einen Hammer zum Schlagen auf eine Tonfeder (3, 5) umfasst, definiert, wobei das Gehäuse umfasst:
    - ein Gehäusemittelteil (2),
    - einen Boden,
    - ein Glas,
    - die Tonfeder (3, 5) und
    - einen an der Tonfeder (3, 5) befestigten Tonfederträger (4),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Tonfeder (3, 5) und der Tonfederträger (4) direkt einteilig mit dem Gehäusemittelteil (2) oder mit dem Boden des Uhrengehäuses (1) ausgebildet sind, um ein einziges Teil zu bilden.
  2. Uhrengehäuse (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material, das verwendet wird, um das Uhrengehäuse mit der Tonfeder und dem Tonfederträger zu verwirklichen, Gold oder Platin oder eine Legierung aus diesen Metallen ist.
  3. Uhrengehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tonfeder (3) an einem ihrer Enden an dem Tonfederträger (4) gehalten wird, während das andere Ende frei ist, wobei ein Teil der Tonfeder einen Kreisabschnitt über einen Winkel im Bereich von 180° bis 360° definiert, um um ein Werk der Uhr in dem Uhrengehäuse angeordnet zu werden.
  4. Uhrengehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tonfeder (3) zusammen mit dem Tonfederträger (4) mit dem Innenteil des Gehäusemittelteils (2) verbunden sind.
  5. Uhrengehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Tonfedern (3, 5), die mit demselben Tonfederträger (4) verbunden sind, direkt einteilig mit dem Gehäusemittelteil (2) oder mit dem Boden des Uhrengehäuses ausgebildet sind.
  6. Uhrengehäuse (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende der ersten Tonfeder und ein Ende der zweiten Tonfeder jeweils mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Tonfederträgers verbunden sind, während das andere Ende jeder Tonfeder frei ist, und dass jede Tonfeder einen Kreisabschnitt über einen Winkel im Bereich von 180° bis 360° definiert, um um ein Werk der Uhr in dem Uhrengehäuse angeordnet zu werden.
  7. Uhrengehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Tonfedern innerhalb des Gehäusemittelteils (2) koaxial übereinander ohne gegenseitigen Kontakt angeordnet sind.
  8. Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Uhrengehäuses (1) mit Läutvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein einzelnes Teil mit dem Gehäusemittelteil (2) oder mit dem Boden des Gehäuses gebildet wird und wenigstens eine Tonfeder sowie ein Tonfederträger nach einem Vorgang des Schmiedens eines Vorformlings oder des Formens des Teils in einer Form gebildet wird.
  9. Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Uhrengehäuses (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst, die darin bestehen:
    - einen Vorformling des Gehäusemittelteils (2) zu schmieden, um eine oder zwei Tonfedern (3, 5) zu erhalten, wobei ein Ende jeder Tonfeder mit einem Tonfederträger (4) verbunden ist, während wenigstens das andere Ende jeder Tonfeder über eine Materialbrücke innerhalb eines Hauptabschnitts des Gehäusemittelteils verbunden ist, und
    - wenigstens die Materialbrücke, die jede Tonfeder hält, zu fräsen oder zu sägen, um ihr Ende freizugeben.
  10. Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Uhrengehäuses (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein anschließendes Fräsen ausgeführt wird, um jede Tonfeder zu stimmen.
  11. Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Uhrengehäuses (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst, die darin bestehen:
    a) einen Vorformling des Gehäusemittelteils (2) mit einem inneren Abschnitt, der vorgesehen ist, um wenigstens eine mit wenigstens einem Tonfederträger (4) verbundene Tonfeder (3, 5) herzustellen, zu schmieden,
    b) den inneren Teil des Gehäusemittelteils (2) des Uhrengehäuses zu fräsen, um den inneren Teil der Tonfeder (3) auf Seiten des Werks zu definieren, und
    c) den äußeren Teil der Tonfeder (3) zu fräsen, um die am Tonfederträger (4) gehaltene Tonfeder von dem inneren Teil des Gehäusemittelteils (2) zu befreien sowie das freie Ende der Tonfeder freizugeben.
  12. Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Uhrengehäuses (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem zwischen dem Schritt b) und dem Schritt c) einen Schritt d) umfasst, der darin besteht, zwischen einem Trägerabschnitt (2b) einer Uhrenwelle und einem oberen Teil der Tonfeder (3) auf Seiten der Uhrenwelle zu fräsen, wobei dieses Fräsen bis zur inneren Oberfläche des Hauptabschnitts des Gehäusemittelteils (2) ausgeführt wird.
  13. Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Uhrengehäuses (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, wobei zwei Tonfedern (3, 5) verwirklicht werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Schritt d) und dem Schritt c) oder zwischen dem Schritt b) und dem Schritt c) ein Fräsen oder Sägen zwischen den zwei Tonfedern (3, 5) auf jeder Seite eines Tonfederträgers (4) ausgeführt wird und dass im Schritt c) ein Fräsen ausgeführt wird, um den äußeren Teil jeder Tonfeder des inneren Abschnitts des Gehäusemittelteils (2) freizugeben und um jedes freie Ende der Tonfedern (3, 5) freizugeben.
