Definitions
- the invention relates to a wall or ceiling system for buildings according to the preamble of claim 1, with a first planar wall or ceiling system for buildings, with a first planar sandwich component, comprising a sandwiched between each two cover layers, preferably an impregnating to increase the fire - And / or the water resistance and / or the mechanical stability having, pulp honeycomb body plate, wherein the first sandwich component is connected via a received in a peripheral groove of the sandwich component spring element with a component which receives the spring element in a peripheral component groove, wherein the spring element as a hollow channel spring element with at least one, preferably axially extending in the direction of its longitudinal extent, preferably axially continuous, hollow channel.
- the invention relates to the use of a spring element for the aforementioned purpose according to claim 13 and a building with a wall or ceiling system according to the invention according to claim 14.
- Wall elements comprising a pulp honeycomb panel, also called a honeycomb composite support member, are known.
- the applicant has, for example, in the WO 2012/045653 A1 advantageous method for coating such a core material, ie described by cellulose honeycomb panels for wall elements.
- the known wall elements are ideal for the construction of buildings, as they are characterized by a high load and a good insulation effect with low weight.
- the DE 19 07 683 A describes the basic idea to build a solid wall and ceiling element for prefabricated houses made of corrugated honeycomb, which are connected via hollow chamber spring elements, which have only a fixing function.
- the DE 196 54 672 A1 describes wall elements with a honeycomb core of interconnected corrugated cardboard strips.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an advantageous wall or ceiling system for buildings, which is characterized by a functional connection technology and sufficient space for Lvid exteriorswege, especially for heating and / or ventilation purposes. Furthermore, the object is to provide a building with such a wall or ceiling system. This object is achieved in terms of the wall or ceiling system with the features of claim 1 or by the use of a spring element according to claim 13. With regard to the building, the object is achieved with the features of claim 14.
- the invention is based on the idea of realizing a functional fixation of two, at least one pulp honeycomb panel comprehensive sandwich components or for fixing such a sandwich components with another component, such as a closure piece, in particular a ceiling or Bodenab gleich widely or a lateral Wandabschluß FA, at least to use a special spring element, which at the same time has an air guide function in addition to a fastening function or provides space for air guidance within the wall or ceiling system.
- wall or ceiling system for building at least one spring element is formed as Hohlkanalfederelement and comprises at least one, preferably axially extending in the direction of its longitudinal extent, preferably axially continuous, hollow channel as an air duct which is air-conductively connected to a blower.
- the hollow channel thus serves as an air-conducting cavity for fresh air and / or heating air and / or exhaust air duct.
- the air duct can also have the function of a cable duct and / or pipe channel as a cavity for receiving at least one cable and / or at least one tube.
- the hollow channel spring element preferably extends in the vertical direction, while in the case of ceiling systems, the hollow channel spring element preferably extends in the horizontal direction.
- a fastening function is thus skilfully paired with an air duct function and possibly an installation function, without any functional losses for both purposes.
- the spring element is in each case one edge side Groove of the components to be joined is taken in sections, it being particularly preferred if the corresponding edge-side groove is bounded in the at least one sandwich component to be joined by two cover layers, which preferably form the groove walls of the receiving groove for the hollow channel spring element, it being even more preferred is when a groove bottom of the hollow channel spring element receiving groove is formed in the sandwich component of a cell-honeycomb body plate.
- the at least one hollow channel has a minimum cross-sectional area of 4 cm 2, preferably of 6 cm 2, still more preferably from 9 cm 2, most preferably from 12 cm 2, particularly preferably of 20 cm. 2
- the hollow channel spring element when the hollow channel spring element, the connection between a sandwich component and an upper Deckenabschluß- or -an gleichschluß or a lower Bodenabschluß acting. Forming element, the hollow channel spring element is the function of a sealing strip.
- the hollow channel spring element is preferably suitable for receiving horizontally extending installations.
- the laying direction for installation is preferably vertical, as well as in the case where the hollow channel spring element connects a sandwich component and a (side or vertically oriented) wall termination element.
- the hollow channel spring element there are different possibilities - it is essential first that at least one hollow channel is provided for at least one of the aforementioned purposes.
- the spring element is to be used as an air duct, it is preferable to provide a single channel.
- the cellulose honeycomb panel which is preferably provided with an impregnating coating
- it is a honeycomb body made of pulp, in particular of paper or cardboard.
- This can be produced in a conventional manner in different ways, for example by the co-bonding of several corrugated cardboard layers.
