Description

The invention relates to a method for producing the locking parts of the rotary latch and pawl of a motor vehicle lock according to the preamble of claim 1 and a motor vehicle lock with a rotary latch and pawl locking the rotary latch in the closed state according to the preamble of claim 6.

US 4,235,462 A describes a method for producing the locking parts of the rotary latch and pawl of a motor vehicle lock according to the preamble of claim 1 and a motor vehicle lock with a rotary latch and pawl locking the rotary latch in the closed state according to the preamble of claim 6.

It is known to reduce the creaking noise that occurs when driving the motor vehicle, which can occur between the stirrup leg and the catch, by providing either the stirrup leg or the catch in the contact area of the two with a surface structure that contributes to a reduction in sliding friction. Thereby after the DE 10 2010 009 141 A1 on the bracket leg in the contact area obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the bracket leg grooves or corresponding webs. As mentioned, these should reduce the known creaking. In addition, inserts are provided in the area of receiving the rotary latch in the contact area between the bracket leg and the rotary latch, which are intended to support the effect of the bracket arm provided with the surface structure or can even take over its function. In these applications, the surface is also equipped with a surface structure or just. These inserts are relatively small and hold in the intended position | confirmation copy | only due to an undercut. In addition, the grooves and other surface structures described are created artificially and do not take into account the conditions that occur when punching a rotary latch and pawl.

The invention is therefore based on the object of simplifying the manufacture of low-noise motor vehicle locks or making them as effective as possible.

To achieve this object, the invention proposes the subject matter of the independent claims.

According to the method, the invention proposes that when punching the locking parts in the area Contours for puzzle components are punched out of the corresponding snap-in surfaces, into which puzzle components with a slippery / low-friction and / or silent edge surfaces are inserted in a secure manner when rubbing together the catch and pawl. The use of separate puzzle components makes it possible either to assign a locking surface to the puzzle component to prevent the noise that occurs when the catch and pawl are pushed together, for example with inclined grooves, or to realize smoothed edge surfaces. The multiple possibility of designing the puzzle surface or the contact area with the adjacent locking part is therefore advantageous, so that solutions which reduce the noise can be implemented depending on the cost situation or the desired result. The individual puzzle components can, due to their design and the corresponding puzzle-part-shaped contours, be effectively fixed on the locking parts after punching them out, so that they can still perform the necessary tasks even after a motor vehicle lock has been in operation for a long time.

It is further provided according to the invention that the at least one contour for the at least one puzzle component is produced in the main catch area of the rotary latch, the pawl preventing the catch from swiveling back in the closed position in the main catch area. This design makes it possible to adapt the size of the puzzle component to that of the design of the main catch area, so that the size of the puzzle components is also adapted to the conditions in the main catch area. You will have to assume that a certain size of the puzzle components and thus the contours is necessary, if only to make assembly easier and to ensure the exact fit of the puzzle components in the contours. The versatility of the puzzle components used makes it possible to form a puzzle component having the latching surface of a locking part or several puzzle components to accommodate the locking surfaces of both locking parts. In particular, a sufficient large detent surface can always be realized in this way, so that the desired contact surface can ensure the precise and uniform operation of the motor vehicle lock. It is conceivable, for example, that the puzzle component of the catch has a larger latching area than the puzzle component of the pawl.

As a rule, it is advantageous from the manufacturing point of view if the surface of the puzzle component of the rotary latch or the pawl is made to compensate for the punching contours that were created when punching the other locking part, and then preferably has obliquely running grooves or punched grooves. The one when punching Straight grooves that are inevitably created are thus assigned to the locking part that is not to be further processed, while the puzzle component of the other locking part then has a latching surface, for example with oblique grooves, so that both locking parts can work with one another advantageously and in a noise-reducing manner. The different grooves arranged on the two locking parts cannot interlock, lie on each other only by a few overlaps and thus lead to a low-noise rubbing of the two locking parts on one another. In addition to the possibility of using puzzle components provided with straight and inclined grooves, the invention further provides that a material is used for the puzzle component that compensates for the effect of the surface structure of the other locking part that is produced during punching, preferably that of the straight grooves . So here the second locking part should not use a locking surface with oblique grooves, but rather a locking surface that takes over the task due to the choice of material to work with the straight grooves of the other locking part to reduce noise.

In addition to the choice of material, it is also possible according to the invention that the latching surface of the puzzle component of the rotary latch or the pawl is hardened or coated. Here, too, it is expedient to harden or coat only one locking surface of one of the locking parts, while the other can continue to be used with the existing stamped grooves. Since the puzzle component is a separate component, separate treatment by hardening or coating is not complex.

According to the device, the invention proposes that at least one latching surface be assigned to at least one separately usable puzzle component, which can be inserted in a positionally secure manner in at least one contour shaped like a puzzle piece when the locking parts are punched, and whose edge surface / latching surface is designed to slide smoothly and / or to be quiet when the locking surfaces of both locking parts are rubbed together is.

This special design of the rotary latch and / or the pawl, that is, the two locking parts of the motor vehicle lock, gives the possibility of previously designing the separately used puzzle components so that they can effectively take over the low-noise part when rubbing the two locking parts together. However, it is also advantageous that the contours in the form of puzzle pieces and the corresponding puzzle components make it possible to arrange them in a secure manner in the respective locking part, with precise shaping not even requiring a separate fixation. It is advantageous that not even the entire puzzle component has a certain low-noise design required, but that it is sufficient if the edge surface or the latching surface of the puzzle piece is designed to be slippery, or else latching surfaces are used here which render the effect of the disadvantageous punch marks ineffective when moving the two locking parts past one another.

It is further provided according to the invention that the at least one puzzle-piece-shaped contour and the at least one puzzle component are formed or arranged in the main catch area of the rotary latch or the pawl, the catch pawl preventing the catch from pivoting back in the closed position in the main catch area. It is once again expressed that the actual aim of the present invention is to make this main catch area of the rotary latch and pawl more favorable to the process, i. H. to make it low-noise, which is achieved in that the puzzle-piece-shaped contours and the puzzle components preferably compensate for the effect of the respective other puzzle component.

A particularly expedient embodiment is that in which the latching surface on the puzzle component has an obliquely running grooves and the latching surface on the other locking part has a straight / vertically running grooves punching contour or is reversed with respect to the grooves. This is advantageous because then one of the two locking parts does not require a puzzle component and can continue to be built and operated with the existing punching grooves or stamping contours, while only the second locking part, preferably the rotary latch, can be changed by changing the latching area with little effort by inclined surfaces Scoring with little effort can ensure that the previously occurring adverse noises are reduced or no longer occur. The straight grooves of the punching contour are acted upon by the oblique grooves of the puzzle component or the associated locking surfaces during the movement of the pawl so that there is only a point of contact at a few overlaps, so that the previously occurring locking of the straight parts formed on both locking parts Punching contours can no longer occur. With at least two overlaps per groove, the pawl moves uniformly past the rotary latch, so that a uniform movement sequence is also ensured. Instead of a special scoring on the respective puzzle component, according to a further development of the invention, the possibility is given to have the puzzle component made of a material that compensates for the effect of the punching contour on the other locking part or makes it ineffective or has a hardened or coated surface. Of course, the hardened or coated surface also makes the odd effect Grooved stamped contour compensated, only that here the hardening and coating only the respective locking surface is to be designed accordingly, while according to the other possible solution, the entire puzzle component consists of a correspondingly friction-friendly material.

The invention is characterized in particular by the fact that a motor vehicle lock is created with relatively little additional production effort, in which the pawl and rotary latch in the latching area are designed in the area where they both lie one on top of the other or so that the previous noise pollution is significantly minimized . In addition, a uniform movement of the pawl along the catch is ensured, because the special design of the locking surface preferably one of the locking parts facilitates the movement, because this separately designed locking surface is assigned to a puzzle component, which easily and safely into a puzzle-shaped contour of one of the Locking parts can be used. The straight stamping grooves or the corresponding stamping contour remaining on the other locking part is then compensated for by the correspondingly designed locking surface on the puzzle component in such a way that the previous disadvantageous noises can no longer occur or are greatly reduced. Of course, there is also the possibility of assigning a corresponding puzzle component to both locking parts and providing them with a particularly suitable locking surface so that the noise level can be brought to zero.

Figure 1 shows a plan view of a motor vehicle lock 1, in which the rotary latch 2 moving about the axis 3 securely surrounds the shackle leg 9 of the lock shackle 7. Here, therefore, the closed state of a motor vehicle lock 1 is shown, the catch 2 being secured via the pawl 5 pivotable about the pawl axis 6, that is to say the motor vehicle lock 1 can only be opened again if the pawl 5 has previously been pivoted away, which is not shown here Handle the motor vehicle door is possible. The stirrup leg 9 has moved up to the catch 2 through the receptacle 4 into the depth base 27 and thus secures the closed state of the vehicle door, not shown here, the locking parts 30, 31, ie the pawl 5 and the catch 2, being parts of the motor vehicle door, while the lock shackle 7 are fixed to the body of the motor vehicle with the shackle leg 9. The locking parts 30, 31 of the locking mechanism 8 are produced in a preferably multi-part stamping process from corresponding metal sheets, the surface of the locking elements 12, 13, which are kept free from the casing 10, first being marked by a stamping contour 14 on both locking parts 30, 31. However, this surface formation is changed in the area of the locking surface 13 in that here the locking surface 13 is assigned to a separate component, which is explained further below. The stamped contour 11 on the locking part 30 is therefore different from the stamped contour 11 on the locking part 31. The corresponding grooves 18, 19 run obliquely and the grooves 17, ie the straight stamping grooves, result in a significantly more favorable sliding friction between the locking parts 30 , 31, that is between the pawl 5 and the rotary latch 2, so that it can no longer lead to the unfavorable noise pollution. It is not particularly emphasized that the edges 15, 16 of the rotary latch 2 and the pawl 5 are provided with a plastic casing 10. The edges 15, 16 are thus covered by such a casing 10. Only in the area of the latching surfaces 12, 13 and also the contact surface 20 between the catch 2 and the stirrup leg 9 does this sheathing 10 not exist, so that the special surface structure, as can be seen in the following figures, can be effective there. The surface structure ensures noise minimization and sliding friction minimization, both of which work together. The latching surfaces 12, 13 lie in the area of the main latch 22. Their special training results from the following figures.

First of all is in Figure 2 shown that in the area of the main catch 22 puzzle piece-shaped Contours 53, 54 are formed in the rotary latch 2 and the pawl 5, in which adapted puzzle components 50, 51 are inserted securely. These puzzle components 50, 51 carry the specially designed latching surfaces 12, 13 shown in the following figures on their edge surfaces 55, 56. The correspondingly configured edge surface 55 is formed on the opposite region 37 of the puzzle component 50, wherein in Figure 2 a solution is shown in which two puzzle components 50, 51 of the catch 2 and the pawl 5 are assigned. As a rule, you will get by with the puzzle component 50 and the edge surface 55, for which the puzzle-part-shaped contour 53 was then produced beforehand in the rotary latch 2 during punching.

In Figure 3 A puzzle component 50 is shown, the edge surface 55 of which has obliquely extending grooves 18, 19. These work when the rotary latch 2 and pawl 5 rub against each other in a friction-friendly manner, because the latching surface 13 of the pawl 5 with the straight grooves 17 with the oblique grooves 18, 19 of the edge surface 55 only provide a few overlaps 25, 25 ', as said two locking parts 30, 31 are moved past each other. Instead of streak training shows Figure 4 an edge surface 55 or also 56 of a puzzle component 50, 51 in which a hard coating is applied or a smooth surface ensures that the grooves 17 or 18, 19 on the locking part 30 or 31 in the main catch area 49 are rendered ineffective. Figure 5 shows a puzzle-piece-shaped contour 54 in the main catch area 49, ie in the pawl 5. This becomes in this puzzle-piece-shaped contour 54 Figure 2 Obvious puzzle component 51 would be used securely, in which case it is then expedient for only this puzzle component 51 to be provided with an edge surface 56 as it is for the other locking part 31 Figure 3 and Figure 4 can be seen.

While in Figure 5 the main detent area 49 of the pawl 5 is shown in FIG Figure 6 the main catch area 49 of the catch 2 is shown. It can be seen that here too a puzzle-piece-shaped contour 53 was produced when punching the rotary latch 2, into which the puzzle component 50 was then inserted or inserted. The edge surface 55 then takes on a condition as shown in FIG Figure 3 or 4 is reproduced or as it was explained in the description.

Figure 7 shows a perspective view of the rotary latch 2, which is pivotable about the axis 3, not shown here. When pivoting this catch 2, the bracket leg 9, which in Figure 7 is not shown is inserted into the receptacle 4 and then later freed again, so that the motor vehicle door can then be opened or just closes. In the closed position, the catch 2 is locked by the pawl 5.

In Figure 7 It can be seen that the punching of the rotary latch 2 produces a clearly recognizable edge 5, the surface of which, as explained further above, is characterized by the punching contour 14, especially on the latching surface 12. This stamping contour 14 is in Figure 7 only hinted at. The latching surface 12 identifies the main latch 22, that is to say the position in which the pawl 5 prevents the rotary latch 2 from pivoting back in the closed position. Then, as already mentioned, the locking surface 13 of the pawl 5 rests on the locking surface 12 of the catch 2 and both can move against one another with reduced friction without the disadvantageous noises occurring because the straight grooves 17 of the catch 2 and the oblique provided grooves 18, 19 of the pawl 5 can not interlock or lock. The straight grooves can also be assigned to the pawl and the oblique grooves 18, 19 to the rotary latch 2.

A puzzle component 50 can be seen in the area of the main catch 22, 49, the edge surface 55 of which corresponds to the catch surface 12 with the straight grooves 17, for example. This edge surface 55 should correspond to the edge surface 56 of the pawl 5 in such a way that the existing grooves 17, 18, 19 do not hook or latch into one another. In the deep base 27 of the receptacle 4 it can be seen that there is a surface that deviates from the rest of the edge 15, which is achieved in particular by the fact that there is no casing 10 here. It can be seen that a separate part is also inserted here in order to positively influence the sliding action of the catch 2 on the bracket leg 9.
