Ein weiterer Nachteil beim Transport einer Pfanne auf den Gabelzinken eines Gabelstaplers besteht darin, dass zwischen dem Hubgerüst und der Gießpfanne der entlang des Hubgerüsts auf und ab bewegliche Gabelträger untergebracht werden muss. Dies führt zu einer Verlagerung des Schwerpunkts der Pfanne vom Hubgerüst und von der Vorderachse des Staplers weg nach vorne, wodurch die maximale Nutzlast beim Transport gefüllter Pfannen erheblich abnimmt.

Nachteilig daran ist, dass das bekannte Anbaugerät nur eine geringe Transportsicherheit aufweist, da die Sicht des Fahrers auf dem Fahrweg und die Pfanne durch die konstruktive Ausgestaltung des Anbaugeräts eingeschränkt ist. Ausgehend hiervon liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Anbaugerät und einen Gabelstapler für das erfindungsgemäße Anbaugerät der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, dass beim Transport von Pfannen, insbesondere Pfannen mit einem schmelzflüssigen Inhalt, die Transportsicherheit verbessert und die Nutzlast erhöht werden kann, ohne die Transportkosten zu erhöhen und die vielseitigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten des Gabelstaplers zu beeinträchtigen.

Claims (15)

  1. Attachment device (12) for a forklift (10) for transporting a pan (14), in particular a casting pan, wherein the forklift (10) comprises a lifting gear (62) with coupling means and guiding means (64) for a detachable coupling and guiding of a fork carriage, and wherein coupling means (66) and guiding means (86, 88) of the attachment device (12), which cooperate with coupling and guidance means (64) of the lifting gear (62) of the forklift (10), and installations (76, 92, 94) for receiving and securing the pan (14) are provided, characterized in that the attachment device (12) comprises a pivot drive (70) being arranged below the pan (14), by which the pan (14) being received in the attachment device (12) can be pivoted around a generally vertical axis.
  2. Attachment device according to claim 1, characterized in that the coupling means (66) comprise lifting chain couplings for coupling with lifting chains of the lifting gear (62).
  3. Attachment device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the guiding means comprise guiding rollers (88) being mounted on roller pins (86), which roll onto the guiding means (64) of the lifting gear (62).
  4. Attachment device according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the means (76, 92, 94) for receiving and securing the pan (14) comprise a hydraulically pivotable tilting frame (76) having means (92, 94) for clipping-in and securing the pan (14).
  5. Attachment device according to claim 4, characterized in that the tilting frame (76) can be pivoted for more than 90 degree around a pivot axle being arranged near a casting nozzle (20) of the pan (14).
  6. Attachment device according to claim 4 or 5, characterized by two dip cylinders (80) for tilting the tilting frame (76), which rest on a ground plate (72) and engage with their upper ends on a swinging link (102) being rigidly connected with the tilting frame (76).
  7. Attachment device according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the axis (90) of the pivot drive (70) runs through the middle of the pan (14) received in the attachment device (12).
  8. Attachment device according to one of the previous claims, characterized by a cover (82), which is, for opening and closing of an upper inlet opening (34) of the pan (14), arranged pivotably in the attachment device (12), whereby preferably the cover (82) has got a first cover part (112) for closing the inlet opening (34) and a second cover part (114) being arranged moveably in respect to the first cover part (112) for closing or opening an upper opening (38) of a casting nozzle (20) and/or a casting opening (40) of the pan (14), and whereby preferably the second cover part (114) is arranged pivotably around a hinge (118) on the first cover part (112).
  9. Attachment device according to one of the previous claims, characterized by a casting channel (84), which can be pivoted from a use position in front of the casting nozzle (20) of the pan (14) into a non-use position sidewards of the pan (14), whereby the casting cannel (84) is, in its non-use position, in general aligned against the drive direction of the forklift (10).
  10. Combination of an attachment device (12) according to one of the claims 1 to 9 and a pan, characterized in that the pan (14) has got a pan body (16) with an upper pan part (18), that the upper pan part (18) comprises a casting nozzle (20) protruding on one side, and that preferably the pan body (16) of the pan (14) comprises a changeable bottom part (24), which is preferably connected with the upper pan part (18) along a flange connection (22).
  11. Combination according to claim 10, characterized in that the upper pan part (18) has got a cylindrical section (28) and a conically tapered part (30) with the casting nozzle (20) arranged above therefrom, and that preferably the casting nozzle (20) has, in the direction of its free end, a conically tapered shape.
  12. Combination according to one of the claims 10 or 11, characterized in that an upper rim (36) of the casting nozzle (20) is arranged inclined, starting from an inlet opening (34) and extending upwards in the direction of the free end of the casting nozzle (20).
  13. Combination according to one of the claims 10 to 12, characterized in that the pan (14) comprises lifting lugs (42) for being lifted by a crane.
  14. Combination according to one of the claims 10 to 13, characterized in that the pan (14) comprises lifting pins (50), by which it can be hanged-up in an attachment device (12).
  15. Forklift (10) having a lifting frame (62), which comprises coupling means and guiding means (64) for a detachable coupling and guiding of a fork carriage, and having an attachment device (12) for the transport of a pan (14), whereby the attachment device (14) comprises means (76, 92, 94) for receiving and securing a pan (14), characterized in that the attachment device (12) is built according to one of the claims 1 to 14 and comprises coupling means (66) and guiding means (86, 88), which cooperate with the coupling and guiding means (64) of the lifting frame (62).
