Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) für die Behandlung eines Metallbands (2) in einem Vertikalglühanlagensystem, umfassend einen Bereich, in dem eine Blankglühwärmebehandlung eines Metallbands (2) in einer kontrollierten gashaltigen Atmosphäre durchgeführt wird, wobei der Bereich nacheinander einen ersten vertikalen Eingangskanal (3) für ein Band (2), einen zweiten horizontalen Verbindungskanal (4), einen dritten vertikalen Ausgangskanal (5) für das Band (2) umfasst, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Folgendes umfasst: elektromechanische Mittel (8) zum Festlegen und Trennen des Metallbands (2), die geeignet sind, stromabwärts von dem ersten vertikalen Eingangskanal (3), vorzugsweise in dem dritten vertikalen Ausgangskanal (5) auf eine solche Weise betrieben zu werden, dass sie das Metallband (2) direkt festlegen und hermetisch trennen und dadurch die Zirkulation von Gasen steuern, einen ersten Bereich stromaufwärts von den elektromechanischen Mitteln begrenzen und in einer kontrollierten Atmosphäre betrieben werden und einen zweiten Bereich stromabwärts von den elektromechanischen Mitteln begrenzen und in einer kontrollierten Atmosphäre oder in einer Umgebungsatmosphäre betrieben werden, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    - Mittel (9) zum Steuern und Regeln einer kontrollierten Atmosphäre, die geeignet sind, in dem zweiten oder dritten Kanal in dem stromaufwärts gelegenen Bereich und in dem stromabwärts gelegenen Bereich betrieben zu werden, in dem sich die elektromechanischen Festlege- und Trennmittel befinden,
    - elektromechanische Mittel (10) zum hermetischen Abschließen, die geeignet sind, die Zirkulation von Gas zu steuern, in dem zweiten (4) oder dritten vertikalen Kanal (5) betrieben zu werden und durch direktes Festlegen synchron mit den elektromechanischen Festlege- und Trennmitteln (8) auf das Band zu wirken, wobei die elektromechanischen Festlege- und Trennmittel (8) und die elektromechanischen Mittel (10) zum hermetischen Abschließen durch reversibles Festlegen direkt auf das Band (2) wirken und die elektromechanischen Festlege- und Trennmittel (8) geeignet sind, sich in einer translatorischen Bewegung parallel zu der Längsachse des zweiten oder dritten Kanals zu bewegen, vorzugsweise mit Hilfe von Führungen, Schienen oder Gleitkufen, die sich vorzugsweise in diesen Kanälen befinden.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Mittel (9) zum Steuern und Regeln einer kontrollierten Atmosphäre geeignet sind, Gas oder Gasmischungen einzuleiten oder zu entfernen, und die Temperatur, den Taupunkt und den Druck zu regeln, und derartige Mittel Detektions- und Analysesensoren, Gasspeichersysteme, An- und Absaugsysteme sowie Anschluss- und Verbindungssysteme umfassen.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die elektromechanischen Mittel (10) zum hermetischen Abschließen und zum Steuern der Zirkulation von Gas geeignet sind, sich synchron mit den elektromechanischen Festlege- und Trennmitteln (8) auf eine solche Weise zu öffnen und zu schließen, dass sie den Durchfluss von Gas in Bereichen mit kontrollierter Atmosphäre trennen und begrenzen.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die elektromechanischen Festlege- und Trennmittel (8) und die elektromechanischen Mittel (10) zum hermetischen Abschließen bewegliche, vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehende Elemente umfassen, die geeignet sind, direkt auf das Metallband zu wirken, und mit einem elastischen Material, wie zum Beispiel natürlichem oder synthetischem Gummi, vorzugsweise Silikongummi, bedeckt sind, das gegen über der Umgebungstemperatur liegende Temperaturen, vorzugsweise gegen Temperaturen im Bereich von 20 °C bis 90 °C, beständig ist.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die beweglichen Festlege- und Trennmittel geeignet sind, gleichzeitig auf beide größere Seiten des Metallbands (2) zu wirken, wodurch sie einen hermetischen Abschluss gegenüber beiden größeren Flächen des Bands erreichen, wobei sie in einer Form realisiert sind, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, umfassend: wenigstens eine Metallplatte, die zu dem Band (2) verschiebbar ist, wenigstens ein Paar von Metallplatten, die zu dem Band verschiebbar sind, eine Anzahl von Metallplatten, die verschiebbar sind, teleskopisch betrieben werden und zwar so, dass sie sich von außen nach innen zu dem Band (2) erstrecken, und wenigstens ein Paar von Elementen, die zu dem Band (2) bewegbar und geeignet sind, sich auf wenigstens einem Paar von Gelenken zu dem Band (2) zu drehen.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die beweglichen Elemente der elektromechanischen Mittel (10) zum hermetischen Abschließen Elemente, vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehende Elemente, umfassen, die geeignet sind, sich reversibel in einer translatorischen Bewegung zu bewegen und sich zu drehen, bis sie in Kontakt mit dem Metallband treten, wobei sie mit einer Abdeckung realisiert sind, die aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das geeignet ist, zu verhindern, dass auf dem Band (2) Spuren hinterlassen werden, und einen hermetischen Abschluss zu gewährleisten, und das vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, umfassend: Filz, synthetisches oder natürliches Gewebe oder Baumwolle.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Mittel (9) zum Steuern und Wiederherstellen einer kontrollierten Atmosphäre geeignet sind, wenigstens eine Gasform einzuleiten, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, umfassend: Wasserstoff, Stickstoff, ein Gemisch aus Wasserstoff und Stickstoff sowie Luft, und das Metallband (2) aus Stahl, vorzugsweise Edelstahl, hergestellt ist.
