Claims (7)
- Séparateur magnétique comprenant :
une courroie transporteuse (2) d'un deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) pour transporter un matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a) contenant des particules ferromagnétiques :un rouleau de guidage de courroie creux rotatif (3) ayant une circonférence externe partiellement enroulée avec la courroie transporteuse (2) décrite ci-dessus ; etun dispositif d'application de champ magnétique (4) disposé à l'intérieur du rouleau de guidage de courroie (3),un premier transporteur à courroie (A) pour transporter le matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a) contenant des particules ferromagnétiques ; etle deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) pourvu du dispositif d'application de champ magnétique (4) et situé au-dessus du premier transporteur à courroie (A), etdans lequel le dispositif d'application de champ magnétique (4) comprend une pluralité d'aimants (5) à l'intérieur du rouleau de guidage de courroie (3),les aimants (5) sont agencés de sorte que des pôles magnétiques adjacents dans la direction circonférentielle du rouleau de guidage de courroie (3) soient différents les uns des autres,le matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a) contenant des particules ferromagnétiques est fourni au premier transporteur à courroie (A) à partir d'un dispositif d'alimentation (6),une partie de bord de début de transporteur (11) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) est étroitement située au-dessus d'une partie de bord de fin de transporteur (10) du premier transporteur à courroie (A), etune partie de récupération de matériau magnétiquement attirée (7x) est disposée en dessous de la partie de bord de fin de transporteur (12) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) et une partie de récupération de matériau magnétiquement non attirée (7y) est disposée en dessous de la partie de bord de début de transporteur (11) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B), et dans lequella partie de bord de début de transporteur (11) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) est une partie dans laquelle le matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a) contenant des particules ferromagnétiques commence à entrer en contact avec le deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) et la partie de bord de fin de transporteur (12) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) est une partie dans laquelle le matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a) contenant des particules ferromagnétiques est déchargé du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B), dans lequella partie de bord de fin de transporteur (10) du premier transporteur à courroie (A) est une partie où le matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a) glisse entre la partie de bord de fin de transporteur (10) du premier transporteur à courroie (A) et la partie de bord de début de transporteur (11) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B), et dans lequella fréquence de changement de champ magnétique F en Hz, qui est définie par la formule (1) suivante et qui indique des changements du champ magnétique agissant sur le matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a) depuis le dispositif d'application de champ magnétique (4), est supérieure ou égale à 170 Hz,où x : le nombre de tours par minute d'un rouleau magnétique (4r)P : le nombre de pôles magnétiques (5) fournis au rouleau magnétique (4r), dans lequel, en ce qui concerne le nombre de pôles magnétiques (5), une paire du pôle nord et du pôle sud adjacents dans la direction circonférentielle de la surface faisant face au matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a) du rouleau magnétique (4r) est comptée comme un pôle magnétique. - Séparateur magnétique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
les aimants (5) sont agencés de sorte que des pôles magnétiques adjacents (N, S) dans la direction de largeur du rouleau de guidage de courroie soient identiques. - Séparateur magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant :
le dispositif d'application de champ magnétique (4) pourvu d'une pluralité de pôles magnétiques (5) agencés le long de la direction circonférentielle de rouleau à un intervalle prédéterminé, où des pôles magnétiques (5) adjacents dans la direction circonférentielle de rouleau sont différents les uns des autres, est disposé à l'intérieur du rouleau de guidage de courroie (3) du côté de la partie de bord de début de transporteur (11) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B). - Séparateur magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,dans lequel le dispositif d'application de champ magnétique (4) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) est formé à partir du rouleau magnétique (4r) entraîné en rotation, etla courroie transporteuse (2) et le rouleau de guidage de courroie (3) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) sont fabriqués à partir d'un non-métal et, de plus, le rouleau de guidage de courroie (3) est spécifié comme étant un rouleau non entraîné.
- Procédé de séparation magnétique comprenant les étapes consistant à :utiliser le séparateur magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, etfournir un matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a) d'un dispositif d'alimentation (6) au premier transporteur à courroie (A) avec une épaisseur de couche supérieure au diamètre de la plus petite particule contenue dans le matériau pulvérulent et granulaire (a), et dans lequella fréquence de changement de champ magnétique F en Hz, qui est définie par la formule (1) suivante, du rouleau magnétique (4r) est spécifiée comme étant supérieure ou égale à 170 Hz,
P : le nombre de pôles magnétiques (5) fournis au rouleau magnétique (4r), dans lequel une paire du pôle nord et du pôle sud est comptée comme un pôle magnétique. - Procédé de séparation magnétique selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la courroie transporteuse (1) du premier transporteur à courroie (A) et la courroie transporteuse (2) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B) sont déplacées dans les mêmes directions ou dans les directions inverses l'une de l'autre dans la partie de bord de fin de transporteur (10) du premier transporteur à courroie (A) et la partie de bord de début de transporteur (11) du deuxième transporteur à courroie (B).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une source de fer pour produire la source de fer à partir d'un sous-produit d'un processus de fabrication de fer, comprenant l'étape d'utilisation du séparateur magnétique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 ou le procédé de séparation magnétique selon la revendication 5 ou 6.
