Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt eine Entnahmevorrichtung für Lebensmittelprodukte, insbesondere Brot- und/oder Backwaren, mit einer Vorratskammer und mit einem Entnahmeraum, die durch eine Trennwand voneinander separiert sind, wobei die Trennwand zur Vereinzelung der Lebensmittelprodukte im Wesentlichen aus schwenkbaren Sperrbügeln (1) gebildet ist, die an einer Haltestange (3) drehbar angeordnet sind. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass Scharnierteile (2) vorgesehen sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Entnahmevorrichtung für Lebensmittelprodukte mit den Merkmalen im Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik z.B. der DE 20 2013 100 425 U1 ist eine solche Entnahmevorrichtung in Form eines Verkaufsregals bekannt, wie es in Selbstbedienungsgeschäften Einsatz findet. Mehrere solcher Entnahmevorrichtungen sind übereinander angeordnet. Je Entnahmevorrichtung besteht die Möglichkeit die Wahl der Waren zu bestimmen. Insbesondere werden in dieser Form Lebensmittelprodukte wie Brot- und/oder Backwaren dargeboten. An den Seiten jeder Entnahmevorrichtung sind Trennwände zur Vereinzelung der Lebensmittelprodukte vorgesehen. Diese sind aus schwenkbaren Sperrbügeln gebildet, die an einer Haltestange drehbar angeordnet sind. Die Haltestange ist drehfest an der Entnahmevorrichtung angebracht. Die schwenkbaren Bügel sind so angeordnet, dass sie nur in den Entnahmeraum, der vorliegend in Form eines Schachtes gebildet ist, schwenken können, nicht jedoch in die Vorratskammer. Hierdurch wird unterbunden, Ware aus dem Entnahmeraum in den Vorratsraum zurückzubefördern. Auch ein Hineingreifen in den Entnahmeraum kann verhindert werden.
  • Das europäische Patent 2 248 448 B1 beschreibt ebenfalls eine Entnahmevorrichtung für Lebensmittelprodukte. Die Vorratskammer ist von dem Entnahmeraum durch eine Trennwand separiert. Auch finden schwenkbare Sperrbügel Einsatz, die an einer Haltestange drehbar angeordnet sind. Die Sperrbügel sind abwechselnd unterschiedlich lang ausgeführt und berühren aufgrund der Schräge des Bodens jeweils den Boden von Vorratskammer bzw. Entnahmeraum, so dass ebenfalls ein Zurückbefördern von Ware als auch ein Hineingreifen in den Vorratsraum unterbunden werden kann.
  • Eine weitere Entnahmevorrichtung wird von der DE 20 2011 104 060 U1 beschrieben. Diese offenbart eine andere Anordnung der Bügel, um ein Rückführen von Waren zu unterbinden. Die Bügel sind zwar auch an einer Haltestange angeordnet, jedoch sind die Sperrbügel nicht aufgehängt, vielmehr die Anordnung der Bügel ist um 180° zu dem bekannten Stand der Technik gedreht. Zudem sind die Bügel mit einem Gegengewicht versehen, so dass sie nachdem die Waren über die Bügel bewegt worden sind, selbsttätig wieder in die senkrechte Ausgangsstellung um die Stange zurückdrehen.
  • Die Sperrbügel der bereits bekannten Systeme sind meist zwei- oder mehrteilig ausgeführt, d.h. sie weisen eine aus Runddraht gebildete rechteckige Form auf, an der weiterhin eine Halterung mit Ösen angeordnet wird, um den Sperrbügel an der Haltestange drehbar anzubringen. Oder aber sie bilden ein komplexes System mit Gegengewichten.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, die Sperrbügel und deren Anordnung an einer Haltestange zu verbessern.
  • Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen im Hauptanspruch. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Die Anordnung eines Sperrbügels an einer Haltestange erfolgt auf einfache Art und Weise. Biegeteile am Sperrbügel oder andere Bauteile, die in der Vergangenheit für eine Anordnung an der Haltestange meist angeschweißt werden mussten, sind nicht notwendig.
  • Zudem kann mittels der verschieden beschriebenen Kunststoffvarianten eine kostengünstige Variante bereitgestellt werden. Ferner verkürzt sich die Montagezeit, und auch ein Wechsel der Sperrbügel kann auf eine einfache Art erfolgen.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigt

  • Die Erfindung beschreibt eine Entnahmevorrichtung für Lebensmittelprodukte, insbesondere Brot- und/oder Backwaren. Solche Entnahmevorrichtungen kommen meist in Selbstbedienungsgeschäften zum Einsatz. Die Entnahmevorrichtung weist eine Vorratskammer auf, in der die Brot- und/oder Backwaren angeboten werden. Ferner ist eine Entnahmevorrichtung vorgesehen, so dass ein Kunde die Brot- und/oder Backwaren auf einfache Art entnehmen kann. Vorratskammer und Entnahmeraum sind durch eine Trennwand voneinander separiert. Die Trennwand zur Vereinzelung der Lebensmittelprodukte ist im Wesentlichen aus schwenkbaren Sperrbügeln 1 gebildet. Diese sind an einer Haltestange 3 drehbar angeordnet. Zum einfachen Anbringen oder zum Wechseln der Sperrbügel 1 an der Haltestange 3 sind Scharnierteile 2 vorgesehen.
  • Die Figuren 1a bis 1e zeigen einen Bürgel 1 der mittels eines Scharnierteils 2 an eine Haltestange 3 angeordnet ist. Mehrere solcher Bügel 1 bilden die Trennwand, die zwischen Vorratskammer und Entnahmeraum vorgesehen ist. Die Scharnierteile 2 umschließen den aus einem Draht gebildeten Bügel 1 sowie die Haltestange 3. Zu einer vereinfachten Anordnung des Scharnierteils 2 an der Haltestange 3, ist das Scharnierteil aus einem Ober- und einem Unterteil 2.1, 2.2 gebildet. Eine mögliche Zweiteilung ist in Figur 1d gezeigt.
  • Die Breite des Scharnierteils 2 ist in Abhängigkeit der Breite der Bügel 1 gewählt, die Höhe des Scharnierteils 2 ist derart ausgeführt, dass eine dauerhafte und sichere Verbindung zwischen Bügel 1 und Haltestange 3 gegeben ist.
  • Diese Scharnierteile 2 sind entweder einteilig oder zweiteilig ausgeführt. Pro Bügel 1 ist ein Scharnierteil 2 im Einsatz. Jedes Scharnierteil 2 ist wechselbar an der Haltestange 3 und am Sperrbügel 1 anbringbar. Es verbindet Sperrbügel 1 und Haltestange 3.
  • Die zweiteilige Variante weist ein Oberteil 2.1 und ein Unterteil 2.2 auf. Die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen ein solches Scharnierteil 2. Um Ober- und Unterteil 2.1, 2.2 wechselbar miteinander zu verbinden, ist eine Verrasterung 2.3 vorgesehen. Am Oberteil 2.1 sind vier Haken vorgesehen, die in Ausnehmungen, die am Unterteil 2.2 vorgesehen sind, einrasten. Die Anzahl der Haken bzw. der Ausnehmungen ist beliebig. Zusätzlich kann in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Aufnahmen 2.4 für die Drähte des Bügels 1 eine weitere Verrasterung 2.3 vorgesehen sein. In Figur 3 ist dies ebenfalls als Haken im Oberteil 2.1 bzw. Ausnehmung im Unterteil 2.2 ausgeführt. Die Form der Verrasterung 2.3 ist beliebig.
  • Um den Sperrbügel 1 an der Haltestange 2.6 anzubringen, kann das Scharnierteil 2 Teile des Sperrbügels 1 und der Haltestange 2.6 aufnehmen. Das Scharnierteil 2 weist hierfür eine Aufnahme 2.4 für den Sperrbügel 1 und eine Aufnahme 2.5 für die Haltestange 3 auf. Die Aufnahmen 2.4 und 2.5 sind z.B. in den Figuren 1d, 2 sowie 3 dargestellt. Entsprechend der Form des Bügels 1 bzw. der Haltestange 3 sind die Aufnahmen 2.4 bzw. 2.5 radial und hinsichtlich des Durchmessers derart ausgeführt, dass Bügel 1 bzw. Haltestange 3 sicher aufgenommen werden können.
  • Als geeignetes Material für das Scharnierteil 2 bietet sich Kunststoff, insbesondere ein Polypropylen, an. Das Scharnierteil 2, einteilig oder zweiteilig, lässt sich einfach und preisgünstig in einem Spritzgussverfahren herstellen.
  • In einer alternativen Variante, wie z.B. in Figur 4 dargestellt, bilden das Oberteil 1.1 des Sperrbügels 1 und das Scharnierteil 2 ein Teil. Als Material bietet sich wiederum ein Kunststoff, z.B. ein PP, an. Es können aber auch beide Bauteile Ober- und Unterteil 1.1, 1.2 aus Kunststoff gebildet sein.
  • Das Unterteil 1.2 des Sperrbügels 1 wird in das Scharnierteil 2 wechselbar eingefügt, z.B. gesteckt. Hierbei kann das Unterteil 1.2 beliebig gestaltet sein. Es bietet sich z.B. ein Runddraht aus einem Stahl an, aber auch ein Kunststoff wäre denkbar. Bei der Kunststoffvariante könnte entsprechend der Stahlvariante ein U-förmiges Unterteil 1.2 Einsatz finden, wie dies beispielhaft in Figur 4 dargestellt ist. Es wäre aber auch möglich, dass das Unterteil 1.2 vollflächig aus einem Kunststoff gebildet ist. Die Aufnahme 2.5 ist wiederum radial ausgeführt und richtet sich in ihrem Durchmesser nach dem Durchmesser der Haltestange 3, mit dem Ziel, dass der Sperrbügel 1 drehbar - wie auch bei den anderen Ausführungen - an der Haltestange 3 gelagert ist.
  • In einer weiteren alternativen Variante bilden das Scharnierteil 2 und der Sperrbügel 1 ein Teil. Ein solches Scharnierteil 2 ist beispielhaft in Figur 5 dargestellt. Es ist wiederum eine radiale Aufnahme 2.5 für die Haltestange 3 vorgesehen. Das Scharnierteil 2 weist ein Oberteil 2.1 und ein Unterteil 2.2 auf. Ein Versatz zwischen Oberteil 2.1 und Unterteil 2.2 hat sich sinnvoll erwiesen. Für ein solches Scharnierteil 2 bietet sich wiederum ein Kunststoff an, z.B. ein durchsichtiges Tritan TX1001.
  • Die Länge der Bügel 1 bzw. des Unterteils 2.2 bei einer einteiligen Variante ist entsprechend den Anforderungen zu wählen. Vorteilhaft ist, dass jeweils der gleiche Typ an Scharnierteilen 2 Einsatz finden kann, unabhängig von der Länge der Bügel 1. Eine Länge von vorliegend ca. 14 cm bei einer Breite von ca. 2,5 bis 3,5 cm hat sich für den Einsatz der bereits bestehenden Entnahmevorrichtungen als vorteilhaft erwiesen.
  • In einer weiteren - nicht näher dargestellten - alternativen Lösung kann der Sperrbügel 1 z.B. nur in Form eines senkrechten Unterteils 1.2 ausgeführt sein. Dann wäre das Scharnierteil 2 entsprechend anzupassen. Hierbei würde es sich anbieten, das Scharnierteil 2 zu halbieren und somit nur eine rechte oder eine linke Aufnahme 2.4 für das Unterteil 1.2 vorzusehen. Alternativ zu einem Draht könnte z.B. auch ein aus einem Kunststoff gebildetes Unterteil 1.2 eingesetzt werden.

Claims (13)

  1. Entnahmevorrichtung für Lebensmittelprodukte, insbesondere Brot- und/oder Backwaren, mit einer Vorratskammer und mit einem Entnahmeraum, die durch eine Trennwand voneinander separiert sind, wobei die Trennwand zur Vereinzelung der Lebensmittelprodukte im Wesentlichen aus schwenkbaren Sperrbügeln (1) gebildet ist, die an einer Haltestange (3) drehbar angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Scharnierteile (2) vorgesehen sind.
  2. Entnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierteil (2) einteilig ausgeführt ist.
  3. Entnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierteil (2) zweiteilig ausgeführt ist und ein Oberteil (2.1) und ein Unterteil (2.2) aufweist.
  4. Entnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Verrasterung (2.3) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierteil (2) wechselbar an der Haltestange (3) anbringbar ist.
  6. Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierteil (2) wechselbar an dem Sperrbügel (1) anbringbar ist.
  7. Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierteil (2) Teile des Sperrbügels (1) und der Haltestange (3) aufnimmt, wobei das Scharnierteil (2) eine Aufnahme (2.4) für den Sperrbügel (1) und eine Aufnahme (2.5) für die Haltestange (3) aufweist.
  8. Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierteil (2) aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  9. Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierteil (2) mittels eines Spritzgussverfahrens hergestellt ist.
  10. Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierteil (2) und der Sperrbügel (1) ein Teil bilden.
  11. Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnierteil (2) und das Oberteil (1.1) des Sperrbügels (1) ein Teil bilden, und dass das Unterteil (1.2) des Sperrbügels (1) in das Scharnierteil (2) gesteckt wird.
  12. Entnahmevorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10 bzw. 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine Teil, gebildet aus Scharnierteil (2) und Sperrbügel (1), aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist und, dass bei der zweiteiligen Variante das eine oder beide Teile (1.1, 1.2) aus Kunststoff gebildet sind, wobei die aus Kunststoff gebildeten Teile mittels eines Spritzgussverfahrens hergestellt sind.
  13. Entnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrbügel (1) in Form eines senkrechten Unterteils (1.2) ausgeführt ist, und dass als Scharnierteil (2) nur eine rechte oder eine linke Aufnahme (2.5) für das Unterteil (1.2) vorzusehen ist.
