Claims (10)
- Table d'opération, comportant
un support de patient (12) ayant un axe longitudinal (L) et un axe transversal (Q) qui est monté sur une colonne (10) qui présente une tête de colonne,
une monture à la cardan (14) par laquelle le support de patient (12) est susceptible de basculer hors d'une position de base horizontale autour de son axe longitudinal (L) et autour de son axe transversal (Q),
caractérisée en ce que
il est prévu un dispositif de basculement qui soulève la monture à la cardan (14) au-delà de la tête de colonne (16). - Table d'opération selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de basculement comprend un levier de basculement (18) monté sur la colonne (10), qui est capable de basculer autour d'un axe horizontal stationnaire (H1) qui s'étend en particulier parallèlement à l'axe transversal (Q) du support de patient (12) lorsque celui-ci se trouve dans sa position de base horizontale. - Table d'opération selon la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce que
le levier de basculement (18) est réalisé en forme de L. - Table d'opération selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,
caractérisée en ce que
la monture à la cardan (14) comprend une partie de monture extérieure (20) à titre d'élément de retenue pour le support de patient (12), qui est montée en articulation sur une partie de monture intérieure (22) qui est reliée en articulation au dispositif de basculement. - Table d'opération selon la revendication 4,
caractérisée en ce que
le dispositif de basculement (18) est susceptible de basculer au moins partiellement dans la partie de monture intérieure (22). - Table d'opération selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le soulèvement de la monture à la cardan (14) s'effectue exclusivement par un basculement. - Table d'opération selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
un entraînement pour le basculement autour de l'axe longitudinal (L) est intégré dans la monture à la cardan (14). - Table d'opération selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
il est prévu un entraînement par lequel le support de patient (12) est mobile en translation par rapport à la colonne (10) en direction longitudinale et de préférence indépendamment du dispositif de basculement. - Table d'opération selon la revendication 8,
caractérisée en ce que
il est prévu une commande qui pilote l'entraînement de telle sorte que celui-ci compense un mouvement de translation du support de patient (12), provoqué par l'actionnement du dispositif de basculement, par un mouvement en sens opposé. - Table d'opération selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
il est prévu deux entraînements (26, 28) pour un mouvement du support de patient (12) autour de l'axe transversal (Q).
