Definitions
- the present invention relates to an operating table comprising a patient support having a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis, which is mounted on a column having a column head. Furthermore, a cardan bearing is provided, with which the patient support is pivotable about a horizontal basic position about its longitudinal axis and about its transverse axis.
- Such operating tables are known from the prior art and are used in hospitals or outpatient medical practices as operation or examination tables, such as in WO03 / 030802 disclosed.
- the patient support can be adjusted from its horizontal basic position about its transverse axis (trend) and about its longitudinal axis (tilt). In this case, pivoting is usually 30% in the transverse axis and 20% in the longitudinal axis.
- the rotary axes Trend and Tilt are arranged more or less centrally to the column in modern operating tables, a full combination of both movements is not always given.
- the pivoting means may comprise a pivot lever mounted on the column, which is pivotable about a stationary horizontal axis.
- a pivot lever mounted on the column, which is pivotable about a stationary horizontal axis.
- the stationary horizontal axis can in particular run parallel to the transverse axis of the patient support when it is in its horizontal basic position.
- the pivot lever may be L-shaped.
- Such an L-shaped configuration gives the designer additional degrees of freedom by allowing the space created by the L to be used elsewhere, for example, by parts of a drive.
- the gimbal bearing may have an outer bearing part as a holder for the patient supports, which is articulated to an inner bearing part, which in turn is hingedly connected to the pivoting device.
- the outer bearing part may be, for example, frame-shaped and receive in its interior the inner bearing part to obtain a compact bearing arrangement. It may be advantageous if the pivoting device is at least partially in the inner bearing part (and in the outer bearing part) can be pivoted, since this minimizes the maximum height of the entire assembly is minimized.
- the lifting of the cardanic bearing takes place exclusively by pivoting. Apart from the initially mentioned simple but stable construction, this also simplifies the control of the operating table, since only one drive, namely a drive for the pivoting device, has to be actuated for lifting the patient support.
- a drive for pivoting the patient support about its longitudinal axis can be integrated into the gimbal bearing.
- a compact design is additionally favored.
- a drive may be provided, with which the patient support is displaceable relative to the column in its longitudinal direction and preferably also independently of the pivoting device.
- a longitudinal displacement of the patient support can be effected without the pivoting device having to be activated.
- a displacement of the patient support can be effected, with which an otherwise caused by the pivoting device longitudinal displacement is compensated.
- a controller is provided which controls the drive such that it compensates for a caused by actuation of the pivoting device translation movement of the patient support by an opposite movement. In this way, it is possible to raise the patient support by a pure pivoting movement, without this performs a translational movement parallel to the horizontal.
- two separate drives can be provided for a movement of the patient support about its transverse axis or about a horizontal axis.
- Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an operating table with a mounted on a column 10 patient support 12, but not for ease of illustration in Fig. 1 but only in Fig. 5 is shown.
- the patient support has a longitudinal axis L and a transverse axis Q and is by means of a gimbal bearing 14 from its horizontal basic position ( Fig. 1 and Fig. 5 ) about its longitudinal axis L and about its transverse axis Q pivotable.
- pivoting around the transverse axis Q corresponds to a trend position and pivoting about the longitudinal axis L of a tilt position of the patient support 12.
- a pivoting device is provided which lifts the gimbal bearing on the column head addition.
- the pivoting device comprises an on the column 10 and the column head 16 mounted L-shaped pivot lever 18 which is pivotable about a stationary horizontal axis H1.
- the stationary, i. firmly connected to the column 10 and the column head 16 horizontal axis H1 runs in the horizontal base position of the patient support 10 parallel to the transverse axis Q of the patient support 12th
- the pivot lever 18 has a short and a long lever arm, wherein the short lever arm is pivotally mounted on the column head 16 and the long lever arm is pivotally connected at its outer end to the cardan bearing 14.
- the short lever arm In the fully lowered position of the gimbal bearing 14 of the long lever arm of the runs Swing lever 18 horizontally, whereas the short lever arm is vertical.
- the pivotable connection between the pivot lever 18 and the gimbal bearing 14 takes place about a horizontal axis at any time pivot axis H2, which coincides in the horizontal base position of the patient support 12 with the transverse axis Q of the patient support.
- the gimbal bearing 14 for the patient support 12 comprises in the illustrated embodiment, a frame-shaped outer bearing part 20 as a holder for the patient support 12, which is articulated to a likewise frame-shaped inner bearing part 22, wherein outer bearing part 20 and inner bearing part 22 about the longitudinal axis L are pivotable.
- the inner bearing part 22 is designed so that the long arm of the pivot lever 18 can be pivoted into the inner bearing part (see. Fig. 1 and Fig. 5 ).
- the lifting of the gimbal bearing 14 and thus also the patient support 12 can be done exclusively by pivoting the pivot lever 18 which is pivotally connected at its free end to a push rod 26 of a drive. Furthermore, a further push rod 28 is articulated away from the connection point between the inner bearing part 22 and pivot lever 18 in order to enable a pivoting movement of the inner bearing part 22 about the horizontal pivot axis H2.
- a drive (not shown) is integrated into the cardanic bearing 14.
- a drive (not shown) is provided, with which the patient support 12 relative to the column 10 in the longitudinal direction, i. parallel to the axis L, and preferably independently of the pivoting device is displaceable.
- Fig. 5 can the patient rest 12 in the in Fig. 7 pivot shown maximum trend position by the pivot lever 18 is pivoted as far as possible about the axis H1.
- the patient support 12 can be brought into the position of the maximum reverse trend by the push rod 26 is maximally extended and thereby the outer bearing part 20 is pivoted about the horizontal pivot axis H2 maximally, the pivot lever 18 while still with his long lever arm with help the push rod 28 can be lowered.
- FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 make it clear that any combination of trend and tilt is possible.
- Fig. 3 a position of the patient support 12 and the outer bearing part, in which the pivot lever 18 is pivoted upwardly, so that the outer bearing part 20 can be pivoted about the longitudinal axis 11 without a collision with the column 10 occurs.
- the patient support 12 pivots both about its longitudinal axis L and about the horizontal pivot axis H2 at the free end of the pivot lever 18.
- the patient support 12 can be adjusted either independently of a pivoting movement of the pivot lever 18 in the longitudinal direction L. It is also possible to carry out this translational movement in such a way that this compensates for a translation of the patient support 12 caused by the swiveling device, so that, when the cardanic support is moved away from the inlay Fig. 1 position shown in the in Fig. 2 shown position to compensate for the corresponding movements, so that the patient support performs in its horizontal position, no translation but a pure lifting movement.

Description

Fig. 1 undFig. 5 ).
- In
Fig. 1 bzw.
