In the execution according to Fig. 14 a second embodiment of the system is shown with an intermediate member ZG ', this being arranged for receiving the mounting adapter 8' (or 8) so that in the region of the front side receiving contour AK of the frame R, an additional holding connection is made. The intermediate member ZG 'is designed in the form of a fixable directly on the frame R vertical strut 40, so that a closed system similar Fig. 1 is formed. The vertical struts 40 form with the at least one mounting adapter 8, an edge-side clamping unit on the frame R, so that this frame R with one of the execution according to Fig. 10 appropriate design can be used. By the vertical struts 40 is an adaptation to the by the intermediate member ZG in Fig. 10 "extended version" of the frame R created. Thus, the modular system can be optimally adapted to the different mounting adapter 8, 8 '.

The execution according to Fig. 14 provides, in particular, that the frame R is combined with the here provided closing unit of mounting adapter 8 'and vertical struts 40 so that here a back-filling zone BZ "(similar Fig. 1 ) is created.

The above-described systems with different embodiments of the goods issue unit 1 show a system which can be set up on the floor. It is understood that the above-described embodiments can also be designed as hanging cabinets (not shown), while a variable design of the compartment division is possible and in the respective system in addition to the in Fig. 11 Other accessories can also be integrated into the accessory TG.

Claims (19)

1. Goods dispensing unit for self-service removal of baked goods (B), comprising a rack (R) formed of transverse, longitudinal and vertical struts (2, 3, 4), the compartment-like front regions (G) of which receive the baked goods (B) on respective supporting trays (5, 5') such that said baked goods can be seen in the region of relevant removal devices (7, 7', 7", 7"') which are provided with a front removal opening (6), characterised in that at least one fastening adapter (8, 8') is provided in the region of each removal device (7, 7', 7", 7"'), which fastening adapter both accommodates said removal device and produces a connection to the region of the rack (R), it being possible to integrate the fastening adapter (8, 8'), which is in the form of a substantially closed rectangular frame (10), at least in regions in the strut system of the rack (R) such that the fastening adapter (8, 8'), which is connected to the rack (R), defines, together with the removal device (7, 7', 7", 7"'), a front installation position, and a filling zone (BZ) is delimited therebehind in the region of the rack (R).

Goods dispensing unit according to claim 1, characterised in that the at least one removal device (7, 7', 7", 7'") of each compartment (G) can be interchangeably connected to the rack (R) by means of the relevant fastening adapter (8, 8'), each removal device (7, 7', 7", 7"') in particular forming, together with the fastening adapter (8, 8'), a functional interchangeable unit.
3. Goods dispensing unit according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that a plurality of removal devices (7, 7', 7", 7"') can be accommodated in the region of each fastening adapter (8, 8') and thus, in particular, various removal assemblies (9) can be combined.
4. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the at least one removal device (7, 7', 7". 7"') can be interchangeably secured to and removed from the fastening adapter (8, 8') by means of elements which are each designed as a plug-in connector.
5. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the fastening adapter (8), which is provided as an add-on part, is interchangeably held on the rack (R) by means of respective connection elements.
6. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the fastening adapter (8), which is designed as a rectangular frame (10), comprises pairs of parallel lateral struts and pairs of parallel transverse struts (11, 11'; 12, 12'), and in particular an intermediate strut (13) which is parallel to the lateral struts (11, 11') is provided between the two parallel transverse struts (12, 12').

Goods dispensing unit according to claim 6, characterised in that connection profiles in the form of insertion recesses (14) and/or connector pins (15) are each provided in the region of the struts (11, 11'; 12, 12') which form the rectangular frame (10), the connection profiles provided on the rectangular frame (10) can be connected to corresponding counter members (16) provided in each case on the rack (R) or on the compartments (G) thereof, and each removal device (7, 7', 7") itself comprises a connector (14), which connectors interact on the rectangular frame (10) by means of connector pins (15) provided as counter profiles.
8. Goods dispensing unit according to claim 6, characterised in that, instead of the intermediate strut (13), a guide beam (17, 18) which is directed into the inner chamber of the rack (R) is provided on the respective removal devices (7, 7', 7").
9. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that each removal device (7, 7', 7") is provided with a hygienic removal assembly.
10. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that, towards the front removal opening, the rack (R) is provided with support connectors, each of which can be oriented obliquely downwards (arrow N) and receives at least one supporting plate (5, 5') for the goods (B).
11. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the fastening adapter (8, 8') which accommodates the removal devices (7, 7', 7", 7"') can be connected to the rack (R) by means of at least one intermediate member (ZG, ZG').
12. Goods dispensing unit according to claim 11, characterised in that the fastening adapter (8, 8'), together with a supporting tray (5"), an intermediate member (ZG) which overlaps said tray in regions and guide connectors (FV) which are each provided in the region connecting the intermediate member (ZG) to the edge of the supporting tray (5"'), forms a drawer-like unit (arrow E).
13. Goods dispensing unit according to either claim 11 or claim 12, characterised in that the component combination consisting of the fastening adapter (8, 8') and the peripherally guided supporting tray (5"') preferably forms a system comprising a front filling zone (BZ') in the region of the rack (R).
14. Goods dispensing unit according to either claim 11 or claim 12, characterised in that at least the drawer-like unit consisting of the fastening adapter (8, 8') and the supporting tray (5'") forms an assembly that can slide at least in regions through the inner chamber of the rack (R) such that either a front or a rear filling zone (BZ, BZ') can be used.
15. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 11 to 14, characterised in that the intermediate member (ZG) is designed as a contour body (24) which is formed, in the installation position, as an upside-down U-profile and is provided with a base leg (25) and two lateral legs (26, 27), the lateral legs (26, 27) preferably having an attachment profile (28) that follows, at least in regions, the longitudinal edge of the supporting tray (5"'), the lateral legs (26, 27) being provided with insertion recesses (29) in the region of the attachment profile (28) thereof, and said insertion recesses holding respective transverse walls (21') therein.
16. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 11 to 15, characterised in that a collection plate (30) is provided in the region of the supporting tray (5"'), which collection plate engages below said supporting tray at least in the region of through-openings (D) and is held such that it can be taken out of its use position and/or moved therefrom, it being possible to move the collection plate (30) into a tilted position (arrow K), in which it can be accessed from the front, such that, in this position, crumbs or similar remnants of baked goods can be removed from the relevant compartment (G) in the region of closable outlet openings (31).
17. Goods dispensing unit according to claim 16, characterised in that the remnants of baked goods can be guided away in the region of the outlet opening (31) which can be closed by means of a push plate (37), for which purpose the collection plate (30) comprises, as a holder, two tilting struts (32, 33) that act in parallel with one another at the periphery of said collection plate, and the collection plate (30) is provided with front latching hooks (34, 35) which can be taken out of and resiliently brought back into the holding position thereof on the underside of the supporting tray (5"') or the fastening adapter (8) by means of an operating lever (36) in each case.
18. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 11 to 17, characterised in that relevant telescopic or roller slides (38) are provided as peripheral guide connectors (FV), and the bearing leg (39) of which slides can be connected to the rack (R) in the region of the transverse strut (2) such that bearing legs (39) of each of the guide connectors (FV) are held in an inclined installation position (N') on the rack (R).
19. Goods dispensing unit according to any of claims 11 to 18, characterised in that two vertical struts (40) are provided as an intermediate member (ZG') for the fastening adapter (8, 8'), which vertical struts can be directly secured on the inside to the front receiving contour (AK) of the rack (R) and form, together with the at least one fastening adapter (8, 8'), a peripheral closure unit on the rack (R), such that, together with the closure unit consisting of the fastening adapter (8, 8') and the vertical struts (40), the rack (R) forms a rear filling zone (BZ").
