Abstract

Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand (1) mit langgestreckten Trageprofilen (5, 6), gegebenenfalls mit eingeschobenem schalldämmendem bzw. schallabsorbierendem Material, die von beabstandeten Stehern (2, 2') gehalten sind, wobei die zwischen den Stehern übereinander gestapelten Trageprofile (5, 6) auf ihrer dem Lärm abgewandten Seite der Wand so ausgebildet sind, daß sie die Flansche der Steher unter Bildung einer minimalen Trennfuge zwischen in der Wandlängsrichtung aneinandergrenzenden Trageprofilen übergreifen und überdecken.

Description

Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand. Derartige Wände werden beispielsweise entlang von Autobah- nen, Eisenbahntrassen u.dgl. aufgestellt, um den von den Verkehrsmitteln erzeugten Lärm zu absorbieren und abzuschirmen oder um schädliche Windeinwirkungen abzuhalten.
Die Wände werden üblicherweise aus Holz-, Stein-, Ziegel-, Kunststoffmaterial oder aus Metall hergestellt und weisen Pa- neele mit verschiedenartigsten Profilformen auf, die von beabstandeten Pfosten bzw. Stehern gehalten werden.
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, eine Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand zu schaffen, welche als solche eine geschlossene Wandform mit kleinstem Fugenbild ergibt und unterschiedliche gekrümmte Formen der Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand zuläßt.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand mit langgestreckten Trageprofilen, gegebenenfalls mit in diese eingeschobenen Körpern aus schalldämmendem bzw. schallabsorbierendem Material, die von beabstandeten Stehern gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen den Stehern gestapelten Trageprofile auf ihrer dem Lärm abgewandten Seite der Wand die Flansche der Steher unter Bildung einer minimalen Trennfuge zwischen in der Wandlängsrichtung aneinandergrenzenden Trageprofilen übergreifen und überdecken.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Trageprofile als Strangpreßprofile aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff gebildet sind, die eine glatte oder gewellte Oberfläche und im wesentlichen C-Form haben sowie an ihrer Außenseite mit Flügelansätzen versehen sind, über welche die Trageprofile formschlüssig ineinandergreifen. Die Trageprofile weisen vorzugsweise eine Endausnehmung auf, mit welcher sie den Flansch des Stehers übergreifen.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung greifen die Trageprofile mit Rippen in die Körper aus schalldämmendem bzw. schallabsorbierendem Material ein.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zei¬ gen: Fig. la eine Perspektivansicht eines Abschnittes der Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand gemäß der Erfindung mit Trage- profilen gemäß Fig. 4a, und Fig. 1b eine Stirnansicht der Wand; Fig. 2a eine zweite Ausführung eines Abschnittes der Wand in Perspektivansicht mit Trageprofilen gemäß Fig. 4b, und Fig. 2b eine Stirnansicht; Fig. 3a eine dritte Ausführungsform der Erfindung mit Trageprofilen gemäß Fig. 4a, und Fig. 3b ei- ne Stirnansicht; die Fig. 4a und 4b Detailansichten des Zusammenbaues mit zwei Trageprofilen der erfindungsgemäßen Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwandausführungen .
Die Fig. la und lb, 2a und 2b, 3a und 3b zeigen eine vertikal ausgerichtete ebene bzw. bogenförmig konkav bzw. konvex gekrümmte Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand 1 gemäß der Erfindung, die in im Boden verankerten, beabstandeten Stehern 2 bzw. 2' gehalten ist. Die Wand 1 weist beispielsweise gemäß den Fig. lb und 4a übereinander gestapelte langgestreckte Trageprofile 5 bzw. 6 mit Absorberkörpern 3 aus Kunststoffmaterial od.dgl. auf, zwischen denen im Bereich der Steher 2, 2' Distanzelemente 4 aus elastischem Material angeordnet sind, die im wesentlichen Hundeknochenform haben. Die Absorberkörper 3 sind auf der dem Lärm abgewandten Seite der Wand 1 durch die Trageprofile 5 bzw. 6 abgedeckt, die sich zwischen den Stehern 2 bzw. 2' erstrecken und mit Endausnehmungen geformt sind, so daß sie die Flansche der Steher 2, 2' überdecken, wodurch ein geschlossenes Wandbild mit minimalen Fugen entsteht.
Die Trageprofile 5, 6 sind, wie dies insbesondere aus den Fig. 4a und 4b hervorgeht, als Strangpreßprofile aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff ausgebildet und haben eine gewellte oder flache Oberfläche und im wesentlichen C-Form. An ihrer Außenseite sind die Trageprofile 5, 6 mit Flügelansätzen 5', 5" bzw. 6', 6" versehen, über welche die Trageprofile 5, 6 formschlüssig ineinandergreifen, so daß ein geschlossenes Wandbild entsteht.
Die Trageprofile 5, 6 verfügen über Rippen 5'" bzw. 6'" , auf die Absorberkörper 3 federnd aufgeklemmt werden, wie die Fig. 4a und 4b zeigen. In der Ausbildung der Wand als Windschutzwand können diese Rippen entfallen.
Es versteht sich, daß die vorstehend erörterten Ausführungsbeispiele im Rahmen des Erfindungsgedankens formal verschiedentlich abgewandelt werden können, speziell was die geometrische Form der Trageprofile betrifft.

Claims

Patentansprüche :
1. Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand (1) mit langgestreckten Trageprofilen (5, 6), gegebenenfalls mit eingeschobenem schalldämmendem bzw. schallabsorbierendem Material, die von beabstandeten Stehern (2, 2') gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen den Stehern (2, 2') übereinander gestapelten Trageprofile (5, 6) auf ihrer dem Lärm abgewandten Seite der Wand (1) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie die Flansche der Steher (2, 2') unter Bildung einer minimalen Trennfuge zwischen in der Wandlängsrichtung aneinandergrenzenden Trageprofilen übergreifen und überdecken.
2. Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trageprofile (5, 6) als Strang- preßprofile aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff gebildet sind, die eine glatte oder gewellte Oberfläche und im wesentlichen C-Form haben sowie an ihrer Außenseite mit Flügelansätzen (5', 5"; 6', 6") versehen sind, über welche die Trageprofile (5, 6) formschlüssig ineinandergreifen.
3. Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trageprofile (5, 6) mit Rippen (5"' bzw. 6'" ) in Körper aus schalldämmendem bzw. schallabsorbierendem Material eingreifen.
4. Lärm- und/oder Windschutzwand nach einem der Ansprü- che 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steher (2, 2') gerade, konvex oder konkav gekrümmt ausgebildet sind.
