Definitions

  • the invention relates to a carton for packaging goods or for decoration. Moreover, the invention relates to a flat strip of material for producing such a carton.
  • Folding boxes of various kinds are known. Regularly, the cartons have several wall elements which are connected to each other via lines of weakness.
  • the cartons usually have a bottom and a cover element with which the respective carton can be closed.
  • the cartons are usually delivered in a flat, partially assembled state.
  • the folding boxes are unfolded on automatic machines or semiautomatic machines or manually, depending on the number of copies, and filled with the product to be packaged.
  • an additional loop or a gift ribbon can be attached as a decoration.
  • the vendors or the packing staff have to pack a variety of goods as a gift, often long lines in front of the corresponding tables.
  • the care of the seller or the packaging staff in the packaging of the goods so that the goods are rather careless and dirty packaging after some time.
  • the boxes are usually gray cardboard, which is covered with differently patterned paper.
  • the boxes are already built so that no manual unfolding or assembling is required. As a result, the box takes up a lot of space, which is impractical for storage and transport and high costs. In addition, such gift boxes are relatively expensive.
  • US 132 368 shows a gift box according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the present invention seeks to provide an improved carton, which has a high-quality optical and can be unfolded quickly and intuitively including Dokorationsmaterial. Furthermore, the invention has for its object to provide a flat strip of material from which a corresponding carton can be made.
  • the carton according to the invention is given by the features of the main claim 1.
  • the flat material strip according to the invention for producing such a folding box is given by the features of claim 4.
  • Advantageous embodiments and developments of the carton and the strip of flat material are the subject of subsequent claims to these claims.
  • the carton according to the invention has four wall elements, which are connected in rows with their lateral edges in each case over mutually opposite weakening lines.
  • the two outer wall elements are attached to each other.
  • the carton has a lid member and a bottom member, which together with the wall elements form a closed body, in the interior of which the product to be packaged can be stored.
  • the cover element has two cover tabs. The use of two separate cover flaps results in a significantly lower bulging of the cover element, which leaves a visually appealing impression on the end user.
  • At least two strips of material are present on the folding box, which are fastened to mutually opposite wall elements and which can be fastened to each other at least in the area of the cover element.
  • a total of four material strips can be present in an advantageous manner, so that in each case a material strip can be attached to each of the wall elements.
  • two mutually opposite material bands could then be fastened to each other in each case in the region of the cover element and in the region of the bottom element.
  • two loops may be present.
  • the two other material bands could then be fastened together as described below.
  • the material strips may be formed so long that they can be tied in the region of the cover element and / or in the region of the bottom element to form a loop.
  • the material strips can also be glued to one another in the region of the cover element and / or in the region of the floor element. This can be done for example via a double-sided tape. This tape may already be present on the tapes, so that only the protective film has to be removed in order to fasten the tapes to each other. Subsequently, a further decoration of the carton can be made, for example via a ready-tied loop, a decorative sticker or any other decorative object.
  • the bottom element may be formed as a glued bottom.
  • a glued floor can still allow a flat folding of the carton, so that a flat transport of the same is possible.
  • the floor is already finished, so that no further unfolding or plugging in this regard is required, which allows a particularly simple and rapid unfolding of the folding box.
  • the bottom element When using the folding box as a decorative object and the bottom element in an advantageous embodiment may have two bottom flaps.
  • the bottom flaps are also intuitive to close and allow a symmetrical appearance of the carton.
  • the wall elements, the cover element and the bottom element of the folding box can form a body in the form of a closed cuboid or a truncated pyramid.
  • the lines of weakness between the individual wall elements are each parallel to each other.
  • Such folding boxes can be stored to save space and are universally suitable for many different forms of products to be packaged.
  • the lines of weakness between the individual wall elements could also be directed toward one another, so that a folding box in the form of a truncated pyramid results.
  • the carton may be made of cardboard or cardboard-like material or at least contain such material. Such material can be easily recycled; at the same time it is sufficiently stable to protect the product to be packaged.
  • the carton is formed from a one-piece blank. This results in no additional effort in the production of such a carton, which would be necessary, for example, by positioning a plurality of independently present blank parts.
  • the strip of flat material according to the invention for producing a corresponding folding box has four wall elements, which are connected in a row with their lateral edges to each other via weakening lines lying opposite one another.
  • a fastening tab is present, which has a further weakening line with the other wall elements opposite the lateral edge of outer wall element is connected.
  • two cover tabs are present, each of which attaches to the upper edge of a wall element via a line of weakness.
  • the cover tabs are present on one of the two outer wall elements and on one of the two middle wall elements, wherein the corresponding wall elements are separated from one another via a further wall element. At the lid tabs each a push-in tab is present.
  • the sum of the height of the two cover tabs corresponds to the respective width of the two free wall elements on which no cover flap is present.
  • a carton made from such a flat strip of material would have a two-part cover element, in which the two cover tabs would bulge significantly less than with a single lid flap.
  • two bottom tabs may be present, each of which attach via a line of weakness at the lower edge of a wall element.
  • the bottom flaps can be present on one of the two outer wall elements and on one of the two central wall elements, wherein the corresponding wall elements are separated from one another via a further wall element.
  • the bottom flaps may in particular be present on those wall elements on which the cover flaps are present.
  • At the bottom tabs each can be present a tuck.
  • the sum of the height of the two bottom flaps can correspond to the respective width of the two free wall elements on which no bottom flaps are present.
  • the two lid or bottom flaps can be made the same height.
  • the height of one of the two lid or bottom flaps would correspond to half the width of the free wall element.
  • the resulting in the insertion of the lid or bottom flaps and thus the closing of the carton slot in the lid or bottom element would then be exactly in the middle, which is a visual gives an appealing impression.
  • such a central slot can be particularly easily covered by the decoration of the carton.
  • a dust flap hangs over a weakening line on the two free wall elements, to which no lid or bottom flap hangs.
  • the two dust flaps each have a slot which runs perpendicular to the line of weakness between the wall element and the dust flap. In this slot, the Einstecklaschen the lid or bottom flaps can be inserted to later close the carton safely, without the lid or bottom flaps can solve themselves again.

  • the attachment of the material bands can be carried out in an economic manner, that they are adhered to the respective wall elements.
  • the adhesive area does not have to be made over the entire length of the wall elements. Rather, it may be sufficient to provide an adhesive only in sections. In this case, the adhesive region should preferably take place in the lower or middle region of the wall elements.
  • the material ribbons reach over the bottom area of the carton, as long as the subsequent carton box is used as a gift box.
  • the folding box is usually handed over and set up so that the floor area is not visible.
  • the material bands can thus rest flush on the lower edge of the respective wall elements. In this way, material band can be saved.
  • the material strips can protrude as far as desired over the upper and / or lower edge of the wall elements. If the material bands are to be tied into a loop, it is also necessary that they are made relatively long.
  • the material strips should in this case consist of a flexible material, so that it can not come to unwanted kinking or damage to the material bands during transport and storage of the strip of flat material.
  • the material bands in this case can be cloth or textile bands.
  • first and two second bands of material may be present.
