Claims (14)
- Ein modulares Bodenbelag-System zur Installation über einer Fläche, aufweisend:eine Mehrzahl von Basen (12) zum Ineinander-Im-Eingriff-Sein, um eine Unterbau-Etage zu bilden,eine Mehrzahl von Klemmen (50) zum lösbaren Verbinden mit einer von der Mehrzahl von ineinandergreifenden Basen (12), wobei die Mehrzahl von lösbaren Klemmen (50) eine Mitteletage ausbildet, undeine Mehrzahl von Platten (62), wobei jede Platte dazu eingerichtet ist, wenigstens zwei lösbare Klemmen (50) lösbar zu verbinden, wobei die wenigstens zwei lösbaren Klemmen (50) mit wenigstens einer von der Mehrzahl von Basen (12) im Eingriff sind, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jede Basis (12) aufweist:eine Mehrzahl von offenen Bereichen, welche darin definiert sind, undeine Mehrzahl von Haken (46a, 46c, 46d), welche an jedem Innenumfang, welcher einen entsprechenden offenen Bereich definiert, befestigt sind,wobei jede lösbare Klemme (50) aufweist:eine Klemmenbasis (52) mit einer Unterseite (54) und einer Oberseite (56),wenigstens ein Paar von Greifern (58a, 58b), wobei jeder Greifer sich von der Oberseite (56) der Klemmenbasis (52) aus erstreckt, wobei ein erster Greifer (58a) jedes Paars von Greifern (58a, 58b) an der Klemmenbasis (52) auf einer Seite, welche entgegengesetzt zu einem zweiten Greifer (58b) ist, angebracht ist, undeine Mehrzahl von Verbindungsstäben (60a, 60b, 60c, 60d), welche von der Unterseite (54) der Klemmenbasis (52) aus vorstehen, wobei jeder Verbindungsstab dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einem der Haken (46a, 46c, 46d) in Eingriff zu stehen, undwobei jede Platte (62) ausgebildet ist, um sich innerhalb des Paars von Greifern (58a, 58b) für einen sicheren Eingriff zu verschieben, wobei die wenigstens zwei lösbare Klemmen (50) mit wenigstens einer von der Mehrzahl von Basen (12) im Eingriff sind.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System des Anspruchs 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jede Basis (12) ferner aufweist:einen Außenrahmen (14) mit einem Mittelpunkt (16), wobei der Außenrahmen (14) konvex-polygon-förmig mit einer geraden Anzahl von Kanten ist, und wobei der Außenrahmen (14) in einer Rahmenebene (25) ausgebildet ist,eine Mehrzahl von Abstandsstücken (26a, 26b, 26ae, 26af), wobei jedes Abstandsstück sich von dem Außenrahmen (14) aus hin zu dem Mittelpunkt (16) erstreckt,eine Mehrzahl von Innenrahmen (28a, 28b, 281, 28d), welche in dem Außenrahmen (14) konfiguriert sind, wobei jeder Innenrahmen einen Außenumfang (30a) und einen Innenumfang (32a) aufweist, wobei jeder Innenrahmen kreisförmig oder elliptisch geformt oder konvex-polygon-förmig mit einer geraden Anzahl von Kanten ist,eine Mehrzahl von Rohren (40a, 40b, 40c, 40d), welche in den Kanten / der Kante jedes Innenrahmens ausgebildet sind, wobei jedes Rohr einen Fußabschnitt (42aa, 42z, 42w) aufweist, welcher sich in einem Winkel von 70-100 Grad von der Rahmenebene (25) aus erstreckt, wobei der Fußabschnitt (42aa, 42z, 42w) den Außenrahmen (14) im Abstand von der Fläche abstützt,eine Mehrzahl von Stützelementen (44w, 44y, 44z), wobei jedes Stützelement ein Rohr (40d) von einem Innenrahmen (28a) mit einem Rohr eines benachbarten Innenrahmens (281) verbindet, und wobei zwei Rohre eines Teils der Mehrzahl von Innenrahmen mit wenigstens einem Abstandsstück (26a, 26b, 26ae, 26af) verbunden sind, undein männliches Verriegelungsmittel (48a, 48h) und ein weibliches Verriegelungsmittel (49a, 49h), welche an jeder von wenigstens vier Seiten des Außenrahmens (14), die der Mehrzahl von Abstandsstücken (26a, 26b, 26ae, 26af) entgegengesetzt sind, ausgebildet sind, wobei das männliche Verriegelungsmittel (48a, 48h) und das weibliche Verriegelungsmittel (49a, 49h) in einer Im-Abstand-Angeordnet-Beziehung an einer Seite vorliegen,wobei die Mehrzahl von Haken (46a, 46c, 46d) an jedem Innenumfang (32a) jedes Innenrahmens (28a, 28b, 281, 28d) befestigt ist.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System des Anspruchs 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jede Platte (62) aufweist:eine Plattenoberseite (68), welche eine erste Breite (70) hat,einen Plattenboden (74), welcher eine zweite Breite (76) hat, wobei die zweite Breite (76) kürzer ist als die erste Breite (70), undeine erste Nut (78a), welche zwischen der Plattenoberseite (68) und dem Plattenboden (74) ausgebildet ist, an einer ersten Seite, und eine zweite Nut (78b), welche zwischen der Plattenoberseite (68) und dem Plattenboden (74) ausgebildet ist, an einer entgegengesetzten Seite der Platte (62), wobei jede Nut (78a, 78b) sich zum Eingriff mit den Paaren von Greifern (58a, 58b) der Länge der Platte nach erstreckt.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es ferner aufweist eine Mehrzahl von Plattenlöchern (94), welche in den Platten sich der Länge der Platten nach erstreckend ausgebildet sind, ohne die Nut (78a, 78b), die Plattenoberseite (68) oder den Plattenboden (74) zu durchdringen.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die zweite Breite (76) wenigstens 10 Prozent geringer ist als die erste Breite (70).
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Mehrzahl von Haken (46a, 46c, 46d) in einer C-Form ausgebildet ist, und wobei jeder C-förmige Haken an dem Innenumfang (32a) der Innenrahmen (28a) befestigt ist und jeder Haken an einem Mittelpunkt des Hakens befestigt ist.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jeder Verbindungsstab (60a, 60b, 60c, 60d) der lösbaren Klemme (50) eine Rippe zum Eingreifen in einen der Haken (46a, 46c, 46d) aufweist.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Verbindungsstäbe (60a, 60b, 60c, 60d) in einem Rautenmuster ausgebildet sind, um eine Ausrichtung der Platten in zwei Richtungen zu ermöglichen.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jeder Greifer (58a ,58b) eine Lippe (55a, 55b) zum Befestigen der Platte an der lösbaren Klemme (50) aufweist und wobei die Lippen (55a, 55b) jedes Paars von Greifern einander zugewandt sind.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es einen Schlitz (96), welcher in der Klemmenbasis (52) ausgebildet ist, und einen Zahnbefestigungsmechanismus (98), welcher in den Schlitz lösbar einsetzbar ist, aufweist, wobei der Zahnbefestigungsmechanismus (98) Zähne (100a, 100b, 100c) zum Durchdringen der Platte, wenn eine Last auf die Platte aufgebracht wird, aufweist.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Oberseite (56) der Klemmenbasis (52) jeder lösbaren Klemme (50) eine Mehrzahl von Löchern (51a, 51b, 51c, 51d) definiert, welche in der Lage sind, die Mehrzahl von Verbindungsstäben einer anderen lösbaren Klemme (50) aufzunehmen, und die Unterseite (54) der Klemmenbasis (52) jeder lösbaren Klemme (50) wenigstens zwei Nuten (57a, 57b) definiert, welche in der Lage sind, das wenigstens eine Paar von Greifern einer anderen lösbaren Klemme (50) aufzunehmen, wenn die Verbindungsstäbe der lösbaren Klemme in die andere lösbare Klemme eingesetzt sind.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Abstandsstücke (26a, 26b, 26ae, 26af) und die Innenrahmen (28a, 28b, 281, 28d) aus einem identischen Material wie der Außenrahmen (14) gebildet sind.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jede von den Basen (12) eine geformte Komponente mit einer Fähigkeit, Temperaturen von -17,8 Grad Celsius bis 48,9 Grad Celsius (0 Grad Fahrenheit bis 120 Grad Fahrenheit) zu widerstehen, ohne zu brechen, ist.
- Das modulare Bodenbelag-System nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Außenrahmen (14) von 1 Abstandsstück bis 32 Abstandsstücke, welche sich in Richtung zu dem Mittelpunkt (16) des Rahmens erstrecken, aufweist.
