背景技术
目前，市场现有的实木及竹林地板的连接主要采用平口和锁扣两种方式，是通过实木地板和实木地板之间的榫头和榫槽直接连接，其不足之处在于平口地板、槽榫结合的地板铺装时需要用钉钉，需打地板龙骨，随四季变化地板会产生应力、变形、有异响。打龙骨的地板会使地面增高，降低可用空间，工序复杂，用料多，铺装专业技术要求高，龙骨易变形、易腐朽，无法重复使用，安装麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种铝扣地板，解决了常用地板铺装时需要用钉钉，需打地板龙骨，工序复杂，铺装专业技术要求高，龙骨易变形、易腐朽，无法重复使用，安装麻烦等问题。
本实用新型的具体技术方案如下：由地板、铝扣、V型槽、橡胶条、地板榫槽、地板榫头组合而成，该地板间设有铝扣连接件，铝扣连接件两边设有V型榫舌与地板背面的V型槽相锁合，锁扣中间是倒L型结构与榫槽相榫接，锁扣中间的倒L型两侧设有半圆槽，半圆槽内有两个橡胶条连接加固榫槽。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构简单，使用方便，免钉、无需打地板龙骨，可重复使用，提高了木材资源的利用率；装拆方便，不脱扣，易于推广；铝扣独特的设计，可使地板四季平整，严实合缝，避免局部隆起，裂缝的问题，整体效果好，实用性强。

具体实施方式：
实施例1：
如附图1至附图4所示，本实用新型由地板1、铝扣2、V型槽3、橡胶条4、地板榫槽5、地板榫头6组合而成。铝扣地板为长方形地板块，每块板的边部都有地板榫槽5、地板榫头6，榫槽榫头相互结合严实合缝。每块地板的背面都有V型槽3。该地板间设有铝扣连接件2，铝扣连接件2两边设有V型榫舌7与地板背面的V型槽3相锁合，锁扣中间是倒L型结构8与榫槽相榫接，正好卡在榫槽中，控制地板的纵向移动，使锁扣卡紧。锁扣中间的倒L型两侧设有半圆槽9，半圆槽9内设有两个橡胶条4连接加固榫槽，可保证地板随四季温度的变化出现胀缩时，也能使铝扣与地板紧密连接，不脱扣。

1. 一种铝扣地板，其特征在于：由地板(1)、铝扣(2)、V型槽(3)、橡胶条(4)、地板榫槽(5)、地板榫头(6)组合而成，该地板间设有铝扣连接件(2)，铝扣连接件(2)两边设有V型榫舌(7)与地板背面的V型槽(3)相锁合，锁扣中间是倒L型结构(8)与榫槽相榫接，锁扣中间的倒L型两侧设有半圆槽(9)，半圆槽(9)内设有两个橡胶条(4)连接加固榫槽。
