背景技术
现有塑木复合地板一般通过卡件固定于龙骨上,卡件和龙骨之间通过螺丝等固定件连接,塑木复合地板的侧壁一般还设有和卡件相配合的卡接结构,地板与卡件卡接,实现地板与龙骨的固定,从而完成地板的铺装,上述铺装组件一般需要专业施工人员才能完成。
例如,CN201220366407.2公开了一种地板配件,为塑木复合地板铺装时最常用的T型配件,其纵剖面为T型结构,由横向部分和垂直连接横向部分底面中央的纵向部分组成,横向部分表面开有竖直的螺丝通孔,铺装方法为用该地板配件横向部分的两端卡在左右两块开槽地板侧壁的凹槽处,再用螺丝钉穿过螺丝通孔,将该地板配件和开槽地板底部的龙骨旋紧。由于螺钉的直径不可能太小,一般有3~5mm,因此造成地板或墙板有至少3~5mm的缝隙,不但影响美观,而且易使杂物落入缝隙中,难于清理,因此不适宜室内地面的铺装,一般只用于墙面或室外地面的铺装。而且由于需要使用螺丝等固定件,因此一般需要专业施工人员。
发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新的地板组件,该地板组件结构简单,普通消费者即可自行完成铺装。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种地板组件,由铺于地面的底托、固定于底托上的扣件,及固定于扣件的地板组合而成,所述底托与扣件之间、以及扣件与地板之间设有相配合的插接或卡接结构。
进一步的,所述底托由多个小托横向和/或竖向水平连续排布组成,所述小托的形状为矩形、或轴对称的偶数个边的凸形多边形、或圆形、或椭圆形,所述扣件固定于小托上,扣件与小托之间设有相配合的插接或卡接结构。
进一步的,所述扣件的底面设有向下突出的突起部,所述小托设有可使突起部插入的插接部。
进一步的,所述底托由正方形小托横向及纵向水平排布组成,相邻两正方形小托之间设有宽度一致的横向及纵向的间隔带,正方形小托为镂空框体形状,其四个边框的中部各设有一个向框体中心突出的插接部。
进一步的,所述插接部为可使扣件的突起部插入的环形或 “C”形结构。
进一步的,所述扣件为立方体形状,扣件顶面设有与其底面的突起部的大小相匹配的沉槽。
进一步的,所述地板的左右两侧壁设有凹槽,所述扣件设有左右对称的两个突出的卡接部,左右两卡接部卡入地板左右两侧壁的凹槽中。

本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明由底托、扣件、地板三者组装而成,底托与扣件之间、扣件与地板之间的连接方式为插接或卡接,无需螺丝等固定件,铺装方式简便,普通消费者即可自行完成铺装。
2、本发明的底托由多个小托横向和/或竖向水平连续排布组成,所述小托的形状为矩形、或轴对称的偶数个边的凸形多边形、或圆形、或椭圆形。其中矩形的形状为较优的设计,当小托为矩形时,底托内可设计为由正方形小托横向及纵向水平排布组成,相邻两正方形小托之间设有宽度一致的横向及纵向的间隔带,每个正方形小托于相邻的一个隔离带组成一个矩形形状。由于每个正方形小托的用于插接扣件的四个插接部组成正方形,因此扣件可横向插接于小矩形托,也可竖向插接于小矩形托,进而使地板可以横向铺装也可竖向铺装,另外,地板的长度可以随意裁切,因此本发明的地板组件不受地面形状的限制,适用于任何形状的地面的铺装。
3、本发明扣件顶面设有与其底面的突起部相匹配的沉槽,因此可实现多层扣件的叠加,使地板相对于地面的高度可调。
4、本发明扣件顶面还设有插槽,插槽内插有上部设有尖锐凸起的金属片,地板与扣件的卡接部卡接后,金属片的尖锐凸起正好顶住地板的底面,甚至深入到塑木复合地板的共挤层,摩擦力可以使地板与扣件的连接更加牢固。
5、本发明地板铺装完成后,露出地板截面的两侧的地板组件还可以加装封边,使地板截面被隐藏在封边内,更加美观。
6、本发明两条相邻地板之间不需要传统的T型连接件或其它连接件,因此相邻地板之间的缝隙可以尽可能的小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例
如图1-12所示,一种地板组件,由铺于地面的塑胶底托1、固定于底托1上的塑胶扣件2,及固定于扣件2上的地板3组合而成,所述底托1与扣件2之间、以及扣件2与地板3之间设有相配合的插接或卡接结构。
其中,底托1由4×4=16个正方形小托11横向及纵向水平排布组成,相邻两正方形小托11之间设有宽度一致的横向及纵向的间隔带6(每个正方形小托11和相邻一个间隔带6组成一个矩形)。正方形小托11为镂空框体形状,其四个边框的中部各设有一个向框体中心突出的插接部111,使每个正方形小托11的四个插接部相互之间也组成一个正方形,每个插接部111形状类似“C”形。
为了使底托1更稳固的铺装于地面,所述每个正方形小托11的四个角位置各设有一个环形柱状的抓地件5。当然,在其它实施例中,抓地件5可以不需要设置这么多。
相邻两底托1之间通过插接或拼接方式连接,本实施例中,相邻两底托1之间设有相配合的凹凸配合结构。
本实施例中,扣件2为立方体形状,底面设有四个向下突出的圆柱状的突起部21,四个突起部21正好可插入正方形小托11的四个“C”形的插接部111内,从而实现底托1与扣件2的插接固定。
所述扣件2的长度及宽度略大于正方形小托11,扣件2插在正方形小托11上后,扣件2略微突出于正方形小托11外,位于间隔带6上方,间隔带6的设置可使地板3安装后,相邻地板3之间有一定的缝隙,给地板因气温变化引起的热胀冷缩留出一定空间。
为了使地板的铺装高度可调节,该扣件2顶面还设有与其底面的突起部21相匹配的沉槽22,上面一块扣件2的突起部21插入下面的扣件2顶面的沉槽22内,实现多层扣件的叠加,使地板相对于地面的高度增高。
实施例中,扣件2与地板3为卡接固定,所述扣件2顶面设有左右对称的两个突出的卡接部23,所述地板3的左右两侧壁设有凹槽31,左右两卡接部23卡入地板3左右两侧壁的凹槽31中,以实现扣件2与地板3的卡接固定。
由于底托1上每个正方形小托11的四个用于插接扣件2的插接部111组成一个正方形,扣件2可以横插,也可以旋转90度角竖插,因此地板3可以横向安装也可以竖向安装。
为使扣件2和地板3固定的更加牢固,所述扣件2顶面还设有插槽24,插槽24内插有上部设有尖锐凸起的金属片4,地板3与扣件2的卡接部23卡接后,金属片4的尖锐凸起正好顶住地板的底面,并插入地板3的共挤层内。为了使金属片4对地板3的固定作用更强,扣件2顶面可设置多个插槽24,例如可设置三个水平排布的插槽24,每个插槽24内各插一个金属片4。
为使铺装效果更加美观,地板铺装完成后,露出地板截面的两侧的地板组件还可以加装封边,使地板截面被隐藏在封边内,更加美观。
本发明地板组件铺装时,首先把地面全部铺上底托,由于相邻底托之间还设有相互间的连接结构,可实现相邻底托之间的固定,避免单个底托移位或翘起。然后,把扣件通过其底面的突起部插在底托每个小矩形框的插接部上,实现扣件与底托的固定,可以每个小矩形框都插接一个扣件,也可以间隔一个或几个小矩形框插接一个扣件。如果需要使地板的高度相对地面更高,可以在安装的每个扣件上再加多一个扣件。接着,在最上层扣件的插槽内插入金属片,最后,将整条地板放于一排扣件上,使地板的轴向方向与扣件的卡接部的方向相一致,并使每个卡接部卡在地板的凹槽内,使地板卡接于扣件上,从而完成地板的铺装。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制,例如,底托和扣件的配合结构可以有多种,只要能实现底托与扣件的插接或卡接即可,扣件和地板之间的配合结构同样可以有多种实现方法,只要能实现两者的插接或卡接固定即可。但凡采用等同替换或等效变换的形式所获得的技术方案,均应落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种地板组件,其特征在于:由铺于地面的底托(1)、固定于底托(1)上的扣件(2),及固定于扣件(2)的地板(3)组合而成,所述底托(1)与扣件(2)之间、以及扣件(2)与地板(3)之间设有相配合的插接或卡接结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述底托(1)由多个小托横向和/或竖向水平连续排布组成,所述小托的形状为矩形、或轴对称的偶数个边的凸形多边形、或圆形、或椭圆形,所述扣件(2)固定于小托上,扣件(2)与小托之间设有相配合的插接或卡接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述扣件(2)的底面设有向下突出的突起部(21),所述小托设有可使突起部(21)插入的插接部(111)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述底托(1)由正方形小托(11)横向及纵向水平排布组成,相邻两正方形小托(11)之间设有宽度一致的横向及纵向的间隔带(6),正方形小托(11)为镂空框体形状,其四个边框的中部各设有一个向框体中心突出的插接部(111)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述插接部(111)为可使扣件(2)的突起部(21)插入的环形或 “C”形结构。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述扣件(2)为立方体形状,扣件(2)顶面设有与其底面的突起部(21)的大小相匹配的沉槽(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述地板(3)的左右两侧壁设有凹槽(31),所述扣件(2)设有左右对称的两个突出的卡接部(23),左右两卡接部(23)卡入地板(3)左右两侧壁的凹槽(31)中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述扣件(2)顶面设有插槽(24),插槽(24)内插有顶部有尖锐凸起的金属片(4),地板(3)与扣件(2)的卡接部(23)卡接后,金属片(4)的尖锐凸起正好顶住地板的底面。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任意一项所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述相邻两底托(1)之间通过插接或拼接方式连接。
  10. 据据权利要求1~8任意一项所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述底托(1)和扣件(2)为塑胶件。
  11. 根据权利要求1~9任意一项所述的地板组件,其特征在于:地板铺装完成后,露出地板(3)截面的两侧的地板组件加装有封边。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述底托(1)内设置若干底部水平的环形或柱状的抓地件(5)。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的地板组件,其特征在于:所述每个正方形小托(4)的边角的位置各设有一个抓地件(5)。
